People 25Gh/s  starter kit cost 1300usd and addon 25Gh/s Hboard is cost 500 usd and starter kit cost more but after that you buy hboard low price.

ps: you can addon 15 more Hboards and full 400Gh/s use less 300W power.
584  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: September 09, 2013, 10:06:24 PM
Woohoo - got my starter kit out of billing-address limbo!

Aaand...

Quote
Hashrate 1hr   34665 Mh/s

At the pool!!

38W at the wall on 120V, which seems pretty good given how lightly I'm loading the PS (Corsair TX750).

I have some tips to improve performance on the software side that I'm collecting as I roll them out here;
I've got my pi's load average down to 0.10 and total CPU utilization at ~5% with only two shares rejected in the last hour.

How did you get get up so high for 25Gh/s starter kit?
585  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: September 09, 2013, 08:16:24 PM
Forgot a step....
Change pools - start hashing into  your own accounts instead of Daves

Haha, I wonder if there is anyone who forgot that step.

Just got my starter kit this morning and got it set up (order #89). Just a single H-board, no EOL. Reported noncerate is 26.872GH/s and 25.483GH/s on the pool. It's only been running for about 10 minutes, so I will update later after it has been running for a few hours.

I am very happy with Bitfury and MegaBigPower. Great job to everyone involved.

A few hours later, things are still looking good. 27.144GH/s noncerate and 26.915GH/s with diff 32 on BTC Guild.

your diff too high and try to set your diff to 16.
586  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: September 09, 2013, 04:27:06 PM
Is anyone else having trouble getting your pool (BTC Guild in my case) to report the same or near the same hashrate as the bitfury admin page displays?

My admin page is always just around 26Ghs while my BTC Guild dashboard has been showing 18Ghs over the last hour.

I suspect this has something to do with the difficulty warning on the admin page, but I've tried, 32, 64, and 128 and none have increase my speed.

You were put diff too high your hash drop low but I didnt have problem BTCGuild for on day.

587  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: September 09, 2013, 04:09:02 PM
My package just arrived. I'm afraid to open the box.  Cry I'm having issues lately getting things done. I've had 2 ASICminer Blades in hand for 2 weeks and they are still in their wrapping. Ethernet switches, power supplies, UPS'... I think i'm just overwelmed. Don't get me wrong, I know all about this stuff, it isn't a lack of knowledge. It is just motivating myself to get it done. I'm slightly handicapped and it is sapping my motivation. Undecided

You have to get it done and time is cost you btc.
588  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Product Teasers] Prototype hubs & more from Big Picture Mining Cooperative on: September 09, 2013, 03:56:28 PM
what chips are these based on? (i mean 1.2gh, to be 2.5gh, that doesn't sound like avalon. Smiley)

that look like asic chip from Bitfury.

Can someone tell me why I'm seeing the below hashrate differences for my 400 gh/s kit?

Bitfury admin pages noncerate is 417.51 gh/s. Slush's pool is 2.9 gh/s!

Bitfury admin page 1 (xxx.xxx.x.250)
Noncerate: 45.04GH/s
pool config: stratum.bitcoin.cz, 3333, idxxx.worker1

Bitfury admin page 2 (xxx.xxx.x.251)
Noncerate: 372.474GH/s
pool config: stratum.bitcoin.cz, 3333, idxxx.worker2

Slush's Pool
                     curr                                                sugg.
login               shares  score         Mhash/s   stratum  diff.
idxxx.worker1   954      2043.1946  1411.922   yes       32
idxxx.worker2   1009    2129.3236  1493.323   yes        256

Average hashrate in last 10 rounds: 3708 Mhash/s

hi tom ! my interfaces are some how got delete or gone(( can't found it !!!! when i did "sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces" only a blink page came up!!! i am so fucking lost!!! can somebody i could talk over phone  and help me set the rig up please?? i could send 1btc for reward !!! thank you very much. (just pm me with your number and will call later today!! have to go to work now(()

you can copy above then paste it and I did change 192.168.1.1 to your router ip 192.168.0.1.

hi everybody!! got my starter kit today, but ran in to problem during set up so power down, and now the pi have no video out (hdmi) red power light are on, can anybody help please!! never use pi before ((

thanks

You don't need hdmi.  As long as you know or can figure out the IP address you can just SSH to the raspberry pi with a tool like putty should you require command line access, else just web browse to the units IP address.   If its still at the default address, just put your pc on the same subnet and access the default address via SSH

Thanks Lubah!! got the video out working and able to fix Gateway IP, but now have no idea how to reconfigure pool credential via SSH? (I have a macbook pro can i just plug an ethernet cable from my laptop to the router, and use the 192.168.1.249 with a browser??)

thanks

If you have your rPi set to a good ip address for your network then you should be able to plug it into your network and then access it at whatever ip address you set it to.

ie: instead of http://www.google.com in the address bar of your browser you just use the ip address you set the rPi to.

You'll get a webpage that you fill out with your credentials.

still unable via SSH to pool credential(( is there a way i could log in to pool credential from command line access by hook up monitor/keyboard to the Pi???

If you know the IP address of your rig, just put it in the web browser.  You'll see the BitFury Admin page where you can configure your pool credentials.  No ssh needed for doing pool credentials.

thanks dave!! but now i am even more lost!! try to get the correct IP address by doing "sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces" now a blink page came out (((( dont know what to do !!! can somebody help Huh

Thanks

You can check ip in your router.

Looks like all OCT h-boards are gone now. Glad I ordered more earlier.

Maybe because of demand they can direct more of them towards Dave. Smiley

I got more H-boards to sell in October!
Haha stock's replenished Smiley, any chance of discounts on H-Boards or can you throw in some EOL boards with the order? Those are good fun to work with:)

+1

I dont think KNC will ship out miners at end of Sept. and no way for KNC to ship out with no asic chip yet.
597  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitfury ASIC sales in EU and Europe on: September 07, 2013, 04:38:09 PM
For a more durable way to overvoltage the boards you should replace resistor R01F. The nominal value is 1.0K, and to increase the voltage the resistor needs to be replaced with one of a higher value.

A value of 1.5K is generally still safe, and should increase voltage from 0.65 to 0.7. If you want to go higher, you can try 2.2K or maybe even 3.3K if you feel lucky.

Of course, as punin said, this will void your warranty, and may break your card. Keep a close eye on the regulator temperature. Also, the resistor is in a somewhat tricky position to desolder, and you risk getting tin on the pins of the regulator.

The resistor should be 0603 size to fit properly on the pad. Also, I recommend a 1% type with low temperature coefficient. Resistors with high positive temperature coefficient may cause thermal runaway: as the resistor heats up, the voltage increases, causing the resistor to heat up even more.

Note: if you accidentally mess up the capacitor next to the resistor (C10F), and you wish to replace it, use 1nF, 50V, X7R type. Similarly, resistor R02F is 10k, 1%.
Dont you think better to change resistor R01F to Variable Resistor and we can player with it.
598  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [GUIDE] BitFury Miner Support/Tuning on: September 07, 2013, 06:51:09 AM
Can you explain how to do this?

:-)

Maybee some pictures ...

a) Get an Ohmmeter or DMM

b) Get an HB or softer Pencil

c) Locate R02F resistor. Donot mod R01F.

d) Make sure R02F measures 1.3KOhm

e) Rub pencil on the surface of R02F 3 - 4 times

f) Measure resistance, if it's 1.2K plug the board in

g) Measure output voltage, and repeat steps e,f if necessary for fine-tuning Wink

h) Hash like a boss

Maybe you need to post picture of step e) if you could and thank you.

I'm curious as to how many BTC were used to purchase one of these when they went on sale(August shipping).  The reason I ask is because I was thinking about buying an October order but when crunching the numbers I will lose 15-20 coins and was trying to figure out how that makes sense.

most of us paid by CC and some buyers paid by wires.

What was the dollar amount for an August 400 gh/s unit?
  For 400Gh/s miner was 19xxxusd.
