581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vote and Help on: March 27, 2018, 07:51:11 PM
I voted for Ethereum. Despite the battling being faced by Ethereum at this time, i still like that coin any day and any time. Just as a proof, most times whenever i want to convert my tokens on exchange, i usually for for the ETH pair, even if BTC is available. There was a day someone asked me that why don't i convert my tokens to Bitcoin, instead of Ethereum. The only answer i gave her was that, "I just love Ethererum". I know one day that this coin will overcome all the challenges it is facing and those challenges will make it stronger.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto mining versus buying coins for the same amount of money on: March 26, 2018, 12:39:56 PM
In my opinion, i feel investing in coins by buying them is much better and safer than mining. Although they both have their disadvantages, but buying coins has lesser disadvantage. The challenge i find with buying coins is that you will have to do proper research on the coin you want to buy, before investing in it. From what i have learnt, most times, it is better to buy the dip of some of these coins. Except you are sure that the coin still has more potentials even at the rise, before you will consider a coin that has not plunged.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY POLICE DEPT. V2.0 on: March 26, 2018, 12:28:42 PM
This is very good. We really need prompt actions when it comes to dealing with violators. Cheating is an attitude that should not be condoled. I believe this will teach other cheaters some lesson. I so much dread when someone is siphoning the benefits meant for sincere people from them. I have seen situations where someone used all the details meant for another person and what he did to claim the reward not belonging to him was to change the MEW address. I think everyone will need to work together with this body to support it.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY POLICE DEPT. V2.0 on: March 26, 2018, 12:15:20 PM
I is high time those who cheat and do not merit any award be fished out. This is a very good body and if it is just the work of an individual trying his best to ensure that bounty campaigns are free from cheater, then i will say kudos to you, because you have done a very good job that worth commendation.
I feel most bounty hunters are very busy that they find it hard to easily notice some of these cheaters. We can also assist them by bringing to their notice the activities of the cheater.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ban on Facebook and Google ad. on: March 23, 2018, 06:28:18 PM
Looking at the news that has been going round for quite sometime now on the ban of ICO ads. on Facebook and Google. Most especially on Facebook, which seems not to have been fully implemented, because ads. are still ongoing. To this effect, do you think this will still be implemented or it is just a way of scaring investors away from ICOs. If it eventually comes to reality, what are other option you think might be left for ads, most especially after Facebook and Google succeed in the ban?
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ignis on: March 23, 2018, 06:19:57 PM
Investing into ignis when it was and still holding until it dumps, does not mean the end of the road. It is good you said you bought some again at the deep, but with this, you have not completed the work. If you really think and make it mandatory for yourself to still make it from this coin and the you do not wnt to explore others, i think you should consider trading. I believe still pumps, although not at much price. Now that you have some experience on it, you can buy at the dip and sell when it pumps. Then continue with the circle. I think with this, you will gain back your loss.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about IOTA? on: March 23, 2018, 06:11:34 PM
Just of recent, i was considering investing into IOTA, not until now that i saw thread. I have always see IOTA to be a promising project, but now that you have said that IOTA has issue with wallet. Now, considering the use of exchange wallet for the storage of IOTA, don't you think this might be a form of risk? Most especially considering some news that now spread this days as regarding the hacking o some online wallets on exchanges or the delisting of a particular coin on some exchange, where you won't be able to get back your coin.
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO NEO NEO on: March 22, 2018, 10:22:05 PM
There are so many  protocol advantages  that NEO has, that give it an edge over completing ecosystems. It is a coin with great prospects. NEO was the best performing coin in 2017. If you had invested a mere $1,000 in it in May last year, you would have over $220k now. So, investing into NEO now is not and will not be a mistake, because it has every tendency to  compete with coins of higher values.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: March 21, 2018, 11:14:54 AM
It is not always true for all ICO. I have engaged in an ICO bounty campaign where the time was long, but the pay was much. There are actually so many reasons or factors that contribute to this. For instance, imagine a bounty where there were so many participants at the start and the rule says - you must not miss a week of participation, else you will be disqualified. So, just because of the lengthy period, so many people backed off and they were declined. Those of us left had to be taken the tokens allocated for the bounty, which means more tokens for us and we were few in number.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Reasons why ICOs fail on: March 21, 2018, 11:03:16 AM
There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I DON'T CARE ABOUT MERIT! DON'T GIVE ME MERIT! on: March 20, 2018, 03:58:46 PM
I understand your plight. Some many people need merit, but we all have to work for it. I believe if something is called merit, it is necessary for one to work for it and not ask for it. We all need to try to improve on our posts and make relevant and meaningful comments on threads. I am also working towards achieving that and i believe you can also do the same. When the time comes, we can get it.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who’s Who? The life and times of a Telegram scammer on: March 20, 2018, 03:52:38 PM
This is a serious issue that needs to be attended to. It happens to almost every ICO i have seen, except for some very few. It doesn't happen before the start or during Pre-ICO alone, it also happens during the ICO and after, where the scammers take advantage of ignorant investors.
The issue now is how the various ICO projects will make necessary awareness for people not to fall victim of this acts again.
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs NEO vs EOS on: March 19, 2018, 10:27:29 PM
If i want to old, i would prefer to hold ETH first, then followed by NEO before considering EOS. Although they are all good coins and they have good potentials.
I prefer Ethereum above all because the prospects of Ethereum is higher and that there is every tendency for it to rise at any time. It is good for both shirt term and long term hold.

595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Needless of Call for Cryptocurrency Regulation on: March 19, 2018, 08:29:51 AM
The just concluded G20 Summit has just brought another upsurge in cryptocurrency. Expectations were high as regards what the outcome of the meeting could be.
It is now a happy moment for cryptocurrency enthusiast that NEW REGULATIONS were not put in place, rather the former were upheld, because it was reported that cryptocurrency is not seen as a threat

596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crowdholder of month for the month of February on: March 16, 2018, 01:39:24 PM
This is a good gesture from the platforms. For most resources like this, it is always good to do a give back to community members or members of that platform. This goes a long way to encourages the users and this is a good means of inviting more users to the platform, because the platform will be well spoken of. I feel others should also emulate this good gesture, which will foster more development.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptopia... on: March 16, 2018, 01:31:05 PM
That is more reason accounts need to be protected with 2FA. There have been several attempts to hack so many accounts other other exchanges as well, but accounts locked with 2FA were protected. So many people these days, most especially those having accounts with funds should have learnt their lessons from different news around, most especially the news of hacking of accounts.
Link will also be appreciated please, so as to hold unto the truth.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What platform (Waves, Stellar, Ethereum etc) is best to launch my ICO? on: March 15, 2018, 05:40:24 PM
As for me, i still prefer ethereum platform. I have also noticed something with waves platform. Most of the tokens listed on waves platform do not easily moon. Most of them, even if they start well, they might easily dump later. Except for some few ones. Yes, ethereum network might be congested, yet i prefer it over others.
Although, most times, the value of a token apart from the community, can be determined and improved upon by the activities of the developers.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best exchange on: March 15, 2018, 05:33:57 PM
You can't by yourself determine the exchange to use after an ICO. The primary determinant of an ICO is the developing team of the ICO and they determine where to list their project. Every other persons are secondary determinants. An ICO might be listed in more than one exchange. After then, you can choose where you would like to trade it out of the listed exchanges. Nonetheless, there are good exchanges where ICO can list. Examples of such out of many are: Binance, Bittrex, Kucoin, Okex, Bit-z, HitBTC and many others.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USEFUL TIPS FOR BOUNTIES on: March 15, 2018, 04:50:12 PM
The question i would like to refer back to you is - Which of the bounties are you talking of, because there are several bounty campaigns: socia media, signature, article, youtube video and so on. The answer can be determined by the aspect you are referring to.
Nevertheless, i think starting from somewhere such as few social media bounties will be good, so as not to overload yourself with too join of work. Just as the saying goes thus that A journey of a thousand miles begins with a step."
