signature campaign bounty received , but i have one problem! i can't withdrawal my tokens from theviralexchange ( You will be able to withdraw your Dent tokens when the campaign will be over, more info : https://www.dentcoin.com) what i need to do ??

I think Devs have gone nuts or distributors forgot to send the bounties to TVE or maybe TVE has gone scam. What the hell is going on here, you people are not even interested in replying to our questions anymore?

Hi Yahoo,
Thanks for grading the sheet back. I have a query to ask you again and sorry to bother you back.
Actually, the post number that you counted for Sheet 2 (2nd week) seems that you took it over Saturday as I had 909 posts until August 2 which was Wednesday, but they should have been counted till 29th July (Saturday) as the week was started on 23rd July and I have made 13 posts during that week after which the new week from 30 July to 5th August (Sheet 3) started and all the remaining number of posts have been made by me during that week and number of posts is 15. Shouldn't I get 3 stakes for Week 3 also?  Grin
583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So has Roger Ver dumped his BTC for BCC yet? on: August 05, 2017, 04:32:51 PM
that thing between these two was more of a joke not a real thing. and i am sure nobody would dump bitcoin for BCC even Roger Ver himself. bitcoin is way too valuable, established and rising to give up. it is not a random pumped altcoin that you know is going to fall at some point. it is a solid rise which will only continue up in long term.
with BCC, it doesn't matter how good he thinks it is, the future of it is shaky at best.

Well if he didn't, then what the fuck is this?
https://blockchain.info/tx/2248452e2122ff2d446565462cac276bbc8420c5874695a9b5c8e3bca8afa2b2
Are these coins moved to Ver's own wallet itself or they sold them for BCC?
We should ask that whether they dumped their "BCC" for BTC at exchanges yet?
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: @RogerVer lets make a deal. At least 60k, my BTU for your BTC. on: August 05, 2017, 04:26:35 PM
Looks like they had a deal already. 19Mz2o9RDABT74SA9njZqMtJXKEzj2qUoH sent 40k BTC to 1PzGnXGvoGGtCcGpqzkJHebZVgM48VL2x4 in a single transaction, here's the tx id - 2248452e2122ff2d446565462cac276bbc8420c5874695a9b5c8e3bca8afa2b2
So there's still something shady behind BCH atm and a game is yet to begin. Let's wait for Aug 8 as that will prove to be the deciding day.
Looks like they were not interested in giving higher fee that's why even 10 sats/byte got them all their confirmations with a 0.00016201 BTC fee. (/sarcasm)

your info has been updated

Thanks for updating the sheet yahoo. I wanted to ask if I am eligible for 3 stakes as a Hero member or 2.5?
Asking this because I am also wearing the avatar.  Grin
586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Aug 1 summary on: August 04, 2017, 03:14:25 PM

Because the instructions are a pain in the fucking ass. I wish I had just sent all my btc to bittrex prior to the 1st, but I listened to all the stupid bs about making sure your btc wasn't on any exchange.

Keeping coins on exchange is a risk that gives you rewards.

Risks: exchange gets hacked, exit scam, loss of funds due to network disruptions from problematic forks, etc. etc.

Reward: being able to trade without delays, access to limited markets.

The decision is always yours, if you are unsatisfied with advises from other people, than do your own research.

If that's the case whether an exchange is a risk or not, please visit my thread to discuss this too where many expert people have given some great comments with their own available experiences. Still, trade only after pre-searching and researching on your own due diligence.

I think everything has settled for Bitcoins and so focus is already shifted back to it but still, I am scared too much about the word "replay protection" which is currently out of my mind and I always have a headache reading too much about this. Is there anything that could prevent Bitcoin itself from having this replay getting occurred?
587  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should exchanges be trusted anymore? on: August 03, 2017, 05:36:32 PM
If you don't like online exchanges you can find potential buyers offline and go trade with them face-to-face in the real world. You could get robbed there as well by the way.
That is right, there is danger everywhere, even if you settled to keep a vault in your home, yet is it not 100% safe. Best bet is to always have it at the back of one's mind, while dealing with exchanges and about every other online company that one's actually fishing on croc infested water.

Mt.Gox style collapse is now a regular feature in the cryptocurrency world and I think watching out for the tell-tale shady signs should be a red flag to know when the party is about to come to a halt. My account with this exchange have been out of use for a long time now and already there have been reports that BTC-e is a disaster waiting to happen, people needed only to do their due diligence to see through their gimmicks. These for instance:

http://digiconomist.net/fraud-risk-assessment-btce

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/btc-e-trustworthy-or-recipe-for-disaster/

Shady signs are needed to be seen but what if scammers are smart enough to just snatch away everything from you before you do anything?
It is not necessary that you will be getting information about everything that is yet to happen so being aware still gets us nowhere unless thieves leave a sign of thievery they are going to conduct.
588  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: August 03, 2017, 05:26:26 PM
Its volatility is its only important weapon actually, based on which businesses are adopting Bitcoin as a new way of financing themselves to nurture the beauty of something that is money itself and provides interest to you to keep it. Controlling it would rather remove interest of many who are in it just for the sake of trading.
589  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should exchanges be trusted anymore? on: August 03, 2017, 01:11:37 PM
Had been in a dilemma after seeing BTC-E's owner being arrested for a $4 Billion money-laundering fraud which he had been conducting, who knows that from when. First Mt Gox, then Bitfinex then Poloniex and now this, few were hacked and some had their admins only cheating their users.
Do you really think any exchanges are trustworthy anymore?

What happened to Poloniex?

Exchanges are as trustworthy today as they always have been, you need to only use them for trading and keep your coins in your own wallets as much as possible...

Keeping your money in your wallets is fine, but are you intended to pay huge fees that exchanges like Bittrex are now levying upon you every time you trade and make something there? They charge BTC0.001 per withdrawal, so if you are a small trader would you still want to withdraw immediately?
I think the other way as I feel waiting for my goals to be reached is important, but when exchanges will just cheat their users like this then I am afraid we will never trade anywhere in the future.

BTC-E did not stole its users bitcoins. Their admin was arrested because they did not implement Know Your Customer AKA Spy On Your Users procedure and your money was stolen by government.

Non-KYC exchanges should be trusted. KYC exchanges should not because they are working with governments.

I already clarified this in my statement that "few were hacked and some had their admins only cheating their users." I didn't say they steal our BTC but their intention must have been that only behind doing such money-laundering related deeds.

The thing is why would you even store that much money which you cannot afford in an exchange that is known to have absolutely no physical address, close to zero customer support and is basically a money laundering pit?

Do your own due diligence before doing anything - that's true whatever you do with your bitcoins.

Exchanges were never supposed to be a safe place for you to store your coin. It's called an exchange for a reason, not a wallet. If you store your bitcoins on an exchage for a prolonged period of time then you're the only one to blame when one gets hacked or shut down/exit scams, because if you just held onto your own private keys everything would have been fine.

Why would I store, exactly right? But I said one thing in between these threads that I am repeating once again that nobody stores their coins at such places intentionally but they put them just for the purpose of trading because exchanges are the only medium who allow us to profit or lose our coins there. Losing on our own doesn't make me feel that bad as much as how I feel when I get cheated just like everyone else.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 02, 2017, 09:27:12 AM
seems miners keep their hashing on "the old" BTC, think we can survive for 10 more years with segwit .
BTC withdrawal/deposits are open now, does anyone know when the BCC deps/wds will be open?

The original Bitcoin can not be replaced by a fork, since it will destroy the reputation of the whole crypto. Bittrex will make the withdraw available only after it finds 6 blocks per hour.
It will not if done right. Let me say that around 70% of BTC trading happens in China. That means that Chinese  Markets have big influence on current BTC price. So if they pump enough into this new shit they will make Chinese believe that it is worth something and they will slowely move their funds to BCC. That will mean that BTC Price will drop as long as 70% of trading volume is gone. From the other hand People with money who want just to make a buck will ride BCC wave. More BTC price drop.
So they are actually killing BTC and making China coin where transactions (moving billions of Chinese dollars up and forth) are controlled by them only. And if they have enough money (or willing to spent) they will succeed around 1st of November simple as that Grin
Money and power that is all. They have money but not power Grin
If they sucseed they will have them both Grin
And a sponsored article from my favourite sponsored site coin desk:

What Happened to Bitcoin Today: A Recap of the Blockchain's Big Split

WTF does Blockchain's Big Split means? - 5% of Chinese hashing power or what how big is the big spilt Grin 5 of 100 miners is something BIG? Excuse me i am not getting it what about you?

Sponsored is such a small word, the cheapest that would suit is "PAID".
CoinDesk seems to have been trying to make it a "Big Bang Show" by spitting out some real hard words which weigh too much on our heads to be able to understand but only trying their hard to get other miners too to switch to this "Big Splitty Thing". They just want us to dump our Bitcoins for their currency and then pump up Bitcoins back (sometime in the near future) but it is incredible how Bitcoin is still able to hold its value and I feel we are going to see something extraordinary in the next few days.
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitfinex BCC/BCH on: August 02, 2017, 09:19:15 AM
I moved my coins today to Bittrex after BCC got listed there. Is there a possibility I could get BCC after my Bitcoins getting confirmed?
Or was it already done before the split, I mean the 1:1 distribution?
It was too bad when Bittrex disabled all Bitcoin deposits and only the few who had their BTC there enjoyed the hard pump.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty [IXT] InsureX blockchain-secured marketplace for Insurance Bounty Program on: August 01, 2017, 09:39:12 AM
Yes. that's mean all the participants will receive initial bounty payment. mean the full payment.

Will TVE be conducting the bounty distribution as well?
Will we ever get paid for our twitter and facebook shares?
It was mentioned in the campaign itself that we need to register at TVE to get our bounties but we are seeing no updates related to it, can you please evaluate the situation and let us know whether we will be rewarded for our work by TVE or not?
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: DENT Bounty Program on: August 01, 2017, 09:35:20 AM
What is the quantity of tokens which was reserved for social media campaign via TVE and which wasn't distributed?
If you want to know all those things, you can read on their initial threads, and there you can find them with everything you want to know about this project ....

Initial threads? What?
Shall someone go through a long xx pages thread to find out one answer that has been asked so many times by too many users? I had been asking this for more than 3 times that when will we get our bounties that we gained through TVE. Neither in Insurex bounty thread nor here did I get any replies from them stating what the hell is going on with TVE which was responsible to send us the bounties that we claimed via them. Is it really fair for not replying any of our queries and putting everything on developer's head that he's responsible to send the bounties and blah blah! If they manage something, then they are in touch with them then why don't they ask them directly and clear everything up here?  Angry
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 09:15:45 AM
A super majority of people will not do that before interacting with BCH. Do you really expect the average user to know the best way to proceed? Most of them know nothing besides the part "import your private key into a BCH wallet to use and dump it".

What if they lose their BTC itself if it's a stealing operation here?
What if they are unable to even load their ^BCH^ anywhere for a possible dump?
For it to get dumped it needs buyers as well, where the hell are those buyers coming from?
I am too much confused about this situation and can't hold on to see what will be the major outcome and which one wins to be the one and only bitcoin, the original De Facto one as OP said. Not knowing too much but just like everyone else here, I would never want Bitcoin to split and even if it does I want Bitcoin to remain superior with major support of mining powers.

Sheet has been updated for this week but i'm still missing a few users CandyIzDelicious, Willeampere, kafiddrhman, and nizamcc. Please if you know these users have them post here as the old thread was deleted and the search function is busted

Hi yahoo,
This is Nizam. Do I need to reapply here?
Btw, Willeampere had not been online since 18 July, CandyIzDelicious already posted and I have PMed kafiddrhman to post here.
598  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should exchanges be trusted anymore? on: July 30, 2017, 01:11:17 PM
Their exchanges, their purpose is to exchange not to be a wallet.
Make your own offline wallet to avoid this circumstances. You might be risking your coins into losing your seeds but I would rather make that mistake than being robbed by those guys.
Making back ups with my seeds is the best thing I have done. Less worry now with wallet exchanges which used to be my friend where I store my money.

Seriously mate? What if you are new and you recently bought bitcoins because you just want to trade some altcoins and send them to an exchange and unfortunately it rips everyone off and scams everybody? Will those kinds of situations be in your hands? And what about those who put their coins there just for the purpose of trading? Should they also "make their own offline wallet" every time they make a profit, then redeem and then deposit back if they want to trade something else? Will it really work? Then what about the fee?
599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: July 29, 2017, 05:03:59 PM
Why can't Bitcoin remain to be the best currency among all the others? It revived from the worst condition when everyone panicked hard and sold their coins for cheap but Bitcoin managed to pass it up and those who sold their coins for those rates must be crying hard. Bitcoin is actually the first out of which all these alts evolved and when it had been the first to gain the investors' confidence, I only want you to just wait and see the scalability problems resolved and then see what happens.
