581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you end up with shit coins? on: April 20, 2019, 05:46:09 PM
I am working on an article about how smart people ended up buying shitcoins – I need some info on why you bought shitcoins (if any). If you choose "other" then can you care to comment on what that other means? Would appreciate if you helped me get an insight!
Thanks in advance.

Well the list is long

Refusal to sell at peak
Long term hodling gone wrong
Fomo rushes purchase and token ends up at 1 sat then delisted
And misplaced research findings can also be a factor
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CMC still safe at all ?? on: April 20, 2019, 05:44:17 PM
Going through the comments I think even if it is not cmc job to check if a project is shit or scam

I think coinmarketcap doing adverts for a scam ico is not good enough
And also; there are glitches too

A token can worth 1000$ on coinmarketcap then shit on exchange platforms; what causes that ??
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: April 20, 2019, 05:26:34 PM
IEO is really not much different from ICO. But I think that IEO is better than ICO. This removes many of the risks associated with ICO. Therefore, I think that IEO has a positive effect on ICO.
With IEO investors become less attentive and completely trust in the verification analysis of the exchange and its reputation. I will cite a recent example of the IEO by scam's team on IDAX.

One big facts I cited unattended to
Investors have stopped doing necessary research information; and investing based on trust on the exchange platform

It isn’t safe that way
Dyor always ico ieo or sto
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC requirements on BitcoinTalk Bounty Campaigns Become Worst! on: April 19, 2019, 07:17:14 PM
Most campaigns that require KYC for bounty hunters usually won't do well, maybe the KYC will be collected and be sold off in the dark web. Just look for bounty that doesn't need KYC. I have the believe that cheating by hunters can be fought using technology, through different authentication.

Lol
I think otherwise

Bounty kyc usually worth nought; we have lots of project that vanished even after kyc applications

So when you say cheating; I agree with you

But there is none that can be done to alter the effects
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etheredelta Which one is genuine ?? on: April 19, 2019, 07:15:08 PM
In coin marketcap i am not getting link for Etherdelta is https://forkdelta.app/ abut etherdelta.com also working which is genuine . Is etherdelta.com still safe to use. Please give me suggestion some of my tokens only tradable in etherdelta.

I think etherdelta and forkdelta are 2 different platforms
They both have good volumes and also there are tendencies of listing tokens there unofficially

Be careful you have the correct exchange link with you
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know what token you hodl on: April 19, 2019, 07:14:05 PM
I prefer to hodl bitcoin and some strong alts like ethereum, xlm and bnb because they are already to be profitable in the past. Before choosing any coin or token, you should make research on them first and find if they are qualified for long term hold. Bitcoin, for example, have already showing some signs of bullishness again after its last all- time high in 2017. The price of the bnb coin is also up in recent weeks and may continue to go up because of some continuing positive developments in the binance exchange.

I do not agree there are anything like strong Alts
An altcoin is an altcoins

Altcoin prices can go 1000x in 4 hours and crash back to 1 cent
They are most unreliable
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Pumps and Dumps on: April 18, 2019, 01:00:39 PM
There is no need to keep records for pump and dumped
It happens everytime and almost every minutes or hour

So just focus on the positives and get things straight with your portfolio
Good luck
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your research before investing in ICOs on: April 18, 2019, 12:46:47 PM
Ofcourse you have to research before investing
Investments without research is more like a risk that can result in losses

So be smart and always do your own research
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Experince | Managers Are The Major Reasons Why Bounties Are Mis-Managed on: April 18, 2019, 12:44:09 PM
I think blaming bounty managers is not the way out
Most times; since Escrow’s are not involved; it is difficult to get payments if the team refuses to send

Bounty does not have a legal bounty; just a mutual agreement
Which means it can be nullified
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know what token you hodl on: April 17, 2019, 05:30:48 PM
Holders make the most profit.
And idiots still say hodlers are not traders? Roll Eyes

Lol
I also agree that holders are not traders
Traders can get marginal profits at about 5-10 times within the hodl duration of an hodler

An hodler only packs a single profit
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: April 17, 2019, 05:19:55 PM
Yes you are correct.
I have experienced this too .
It happened when I newly joined cryptosphere.
I allowed greed to take over and it resulted to me making some critical decisions on emotions and I lost .
We should all shun greed if we must succeed in cryptocurrency space.
To do this effectively, it starts from programming our mindsets

Emotions are one crucial effects that cannot cloud your crypto currency investment judgements
We need to avoid falling in love with any investment

Emotions brings fuds and fomo to reality in our minds
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we should do for bitcoin on: April 17, 2019, 05:18:06 PM
Probably bitcoin needs to step up and improve the services it provides
Because there are other projects that offer same values as bitcoin but with stronger and faster domains

I don’t want to panic for the future of bitcoin
So hodl the bearish and trade the moons
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know what token you hodl on: April 16, 2019, 12:22:44 PM
This is a brief overview for non believers of coin hodling

In 2017, a lot of investors bought binance token at 1$ each and then the token amassed popularity and went to 2$; a lot of incidents and it went back to 1$

In 2018, bnb went as high as 23$, a lot sold at that peak; then it went back to 5$ a lot moaned; many bought back when the token went back to 5$

Now we all know what’s happening to bnb tokens

The basic thing here is... Know what you are holding. If you are holding a good project, no matter what the ups and downs are you will always win in the long term. Holders make the most profit.

NB: This are my opinion and my idea; feel free to contribute; then dyor and trade and invest wisely

This is a good and brief overview of binance coin status at the moment
But what is the future of binance coin when ieos no longer demand the hype they pass around? What happens then ?
I leave it all to the investors to get profits when they can
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Skam or a way to make money? on: April 16, 2019, 12:19:51 PM
Many when they hear about cryptocurrency believe that this is a quick way to enrich. Others say that cryptocurrency is over and we must go. Most often, I hear a conversation about cryptocurrency from those people who did not even use it.
Now I know that cryptocurrency is growing much better than falling.

What are your thoughts on this?

No questioning the potentials of crypto currency values
But just as it can make you rich quickly; crypto currency tokens can as well take all your wealth from you in a blink of the eye

That’s why you need to master trading and don’t just rush everything green that u see
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How far will Litecoin go? on: April 15, 2019, 08:51:32 PM
Litecoin will go very far positively
I rate it as the second best payment option after bitcoin and am still convinced it will only get better and superb

But still trades are vulnerable and we need to dyor and trade smartly
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: April 15, 2019, 08:23:42 PM
Now that most of the people are well aware of scam ICOs, scammer has found another way to scam people. I have observed 3 projects till now which I will list here and give you a highlights how they scam people, specially the newbie.

1. Privcy
Privacy was a free airdropped coin which was distributed freely over the community for helping promoting the project. Later, they decide to reward more to the holder of the coin in airdrops. The more coin you hold, the more airdrop coin you get. Newbies started to buy coins for getting more airdrop coin and DEV were selling their coin. I am sure they had a lot of fake accounts participating in the Airdrop. Can you believe they scammed people in such a way? Now, the project is died, 24 hour volume is- $620 which was less than $100 couple of weeks ago.

2. Profish
Profish was an ICO which came into the exchange before the bounty end. They were listed in mercatox and used to have some fake volumes. I don't know what happened to their ICO but they sold a lot of coins through mercatox and later, the price is now 1 or 2 satoshi from 650 satoshi. This is also a dead project. They scammed people.

3. Helios Protocol- Be aware
Helios Protocol is now airdropping coin to their community. This attract my eyes when I see user vectisitch was vouching the project. He was a moderator in privcy, so, there's no doubt that both of the project are from same person and this helios shit is also going to scam money. I want to alert you guys not to invest in this scam project.
Here is the vouching comment- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5118682.msg50087444#msg50087444

The three you mentioned are true but few
There are several worse tokens such as kwatt, scc and even equal token

Research apart; we have to be smarter with our decisions
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: April 15, 2019, 08:22:35 PM
The latest episode for green can be termed to bchsv hodlers
The token had a significant bull session and instead of investors getting their profits first
They all re invested; now in eager to know the fate of the investors

Crypto currency is really unpredictable
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What has become of the whitepaper document on: April 14, 2019, 04:54:14 PM
Yes I'm tired of going through countless whitepapers to fish out the good projects and I've even seen few that copied from other projects ,we need to be more careful there are too many fake projects nowadays

Then you need a smarter way to read, understand and detect the best projects from their whitepaper
You only have to ensure the team follows your same idea before you cash out and miss out
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: April 14, 2019, 04:52:18 PM
This is outrightly true but it only applies to probably 1-10% of the altcoins we have today
Others are basically dump and pump practices

But we can still get profits from them if we can dyor and get stats right
600  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No trades without loss on: April 13, 2019, 05:04:59 PM
Either short term or long term trade or investment; there will definitely be losses
We need to find a way to get more profits than loss

But still, do your own research as there are no certainties in crypto currency
