581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Classic - realistic prediction? on: October 31, 2022, 06:49:07 AM
I don’t trust the coin, just managed to get in at really cheap price and hoping to make money out of it.

It almost reached 0.0006 a few months ago so I am hoping it can reach 0.001 in the next 3-6 months.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Classic - realistic prediction? on: October 31, 2022, 12:59:39 AM
If you are believing in those stupid investors who believe if this coin will reach $1 and you must be stupid enough as well. The tax burn ratio already decreased so much. The burn becomes no affective to the price of lunc.
The price will be stagnant at this level. There will be only a small pump and dump. You can hold until 100 years later to see that lunc to reach such level.
This coin has no utility after crash incidend that happened in the first quarter of this year. You didn't even have a reliable price to sell your coin. This is a zombie coin. Think about that.

Did you think this scam foundation is comparable with apple to have trillions of marketcap by having $1 for each price of coin? WTF!

Selling your coin at reasonable price is quite better.

Chill out . If you read my post correctly you will see I said I don’t think it will go to $1.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Terra Luna Classic - realistic prediction? on: October 30, 2022, 11:45:57 PM
I first bought Terra Luna Classic at 0.0001 and sold half my position when it reached 0.00056 a few months ago I now have 2.5 million left and wondering if I should hold or sell when we have another significant pump.

I know a lot of people now hate Luna and have been left very frustrated by what happened with it but I want to know what everyone is doing those like me who bought in at these very low prices?

I don’t really understand what is going on with it at the moment to be honest, i don’t get all the tax burn etc but I do know I got in at a very low price and am just now waiting and hoping for the next thing to make this pump.

I am planning on selling the other half of my investment when we reach 0.0006 again and then leave the rest of what I have as a free bag hoping for it to explode one day, even if I have to wait a few years thats fine with me.

What price can this realistically reach? I see a lot people mention $1 but I don’t think that is possible, I am more hoping for something like 0.01 - 0.05 long term.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase wallet. on: October 30, 2022, 11:29:39 PM
Sorry I am pretty new to all this.

Up until now I buy all my crypto on Coinbase & crypto.com and have transferred the majority of it to my Ledger.

I just want to buy some Allianceblock and then transfer that too my ledger also to hold for a few years.
It's safe if you're asking about the transaction and I guess you're already KYCed there so, that's no biggie issue there anymore. You can buy through Coinbase's wallet and then just as you did, you'll just have to transfer that to your Ledger wallet.
You're aware of everyone's concerns. There are some people that have a terrible experience using Coinbase so they won't really suggest buying there. But how about you? You seem to have good experience on them.

Coinbase has been fine so far, other than the pretty high fees compared to elsewhere I find them pretty good having not had any problems yet myself.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase wallet. on: October 30, 2022, 09:10:04 PM
Did you use the Ledger Live application?

If that so, that application has an in-built swap feature that supports decentralized exchange. See if you can directly swap the token you want to buy within that swap page. If it is available, you just need to send the ETH into your current wallet and then execute the swap directly on the application, or just swap the token if you already have ETH in your wallet. There is no need to use Coinbase Wallet.

For further detailed basic information, you can see https://www.ledger.com/academy/topics/ledgersolutions/ledger-swap-the-most-secure-way-to-exchange-your-crypto.

I do use ledger live yes, i will give it a go and see if I can swap my Ethereum for Allianceblock on there, thanks

The crypto I want to buy is Allianceblock, don’t know too much about it but it is linked with Quant which is one of my top positions in my portfolio. I only plan on buying £200 worth to hold for a few years.

Do I just have to buy some Ethereum on Coinbase, transfer that to the coinbase wallet then swap the Ethereum for Allianceblock?
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Coinbase wallet. on: October 29, 2022, 07:27:09 PM
I use coinbase exchange but never the wallet and I am just wondering how it works?

There is a crypto I am interested in and have been told I need to buy some Eth on Coinbase or to then transfer over to the wallet to then swap for the crypto I want.

Is it safe? Easy to use? Fees?
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gala potential? on: October 21, 2022, 02:21:32 PM
Gala is one the few project that benefit on the metaverse hype including sandbox and decentraland but this hype is already over and the previous ATH price is just artificial pump coming from the metaverse hype. I doubt that this tokens will reach again that peak since it’s total circulating supply is already flooding the market compared before. DCA is good but if you are already losing many times since you start doing that then cool down for a while and start buying again once the price is recovering along with the general trend.

Why would I buy when the price is recovering and not now when it is 95% down from ATH ?
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gala potential? on: October 21, 2022, 02:14:09 PM
Hi , I will continue to DCA but not as heavy as I have been in recent months.

I didn’t expect Gala to fall below 3p this fast so now that it has I think it will go below 2p by December and that is where I will start buying more again.

It looks like you are new to crypto, altcoins always lose more value as we go deep into a bear market, it gets stronger and stronger until things start changing, it's going to be a long-term bear market so buying too early is not cool but the present price is worth every penny.

I started investing into crypto in January this year. I am aware we are in a bear market and these prices are normal however dropping 95% is a big drop compared to others. I feel if it was a strong a project as I thought it was it wouldn't be dropping this fast.

Hopefully it will all work out in the end and it does reach new all time high in 2024-2025.

592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Gala potential? on: October 21, 2022, 06:57:04 AM
I started buying Gala in January at 30p and it has recently dropped below 3p for the first time in over a year and I am wondering if I should keep DCA or cool off for a bit?

I have always believed it had great potential however at a 95% drop since its all time high it has got me wondering why such a drop? I know we are in a bear market but there are not many others that have dropped 95% and I am beginning to doubt if it is going to be as big as I thought it would be.

I have been buying weekly since the crash in June which has now given me an average buy of £0.055 which is pretty good but I have always thought Gala would reach £2 next bull run minimum but am not so sure now.

Just wondering what everyone thinks on this project and its potential in the next bull run?
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quant - thoughts? on: October 18, 2022, 09:35:01 PM
Are you referring to QNT token on Ethereum blockchain? This is a good project that started back in 2018. Investing in it has always been attractive, even this year. But not now. Right now, buying an overbought token at $180 is too risky and expensive because it's unclear how this year will end for the crypto market. But the $50 in June this year was a good entry point for investors of all types, as that investment has already made good money. I think the project has a good chance of renewing ATH in the next bull run, but we need to look for a good long term buying point.

Yes QNT.

My average buy is £70 - I am not buying at these high prices I am waiting for a pull back down to roughly £140 before I start to DCA again.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quant - thoughts? on: October 18, 2022, 06:24:20 PM
I will not even think this gonna be the same like bitcoin.  100 billion market cap can't be reached easily. i think that you are also aware about this too. Will you wait until bitcoin to reach 1 million USD per bitcoin to make it happen? i doubt even if bitcoin worth such money and that will make the price of quant will be going to the more than 10000

Bitcoin does not need to reach £1m for Quant to hit £100b market cap.

Up until recently most of the market has followed Bitcoin but lately Quant has been on its own going up not caring what Bitcoin does.
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quant - thoughts? on: October 18, 2022, 03:52:39 PM
Whatever the price of Quant is going to be in future its all prediction, the most realistic is Quant ATH in last bull market, the project is very good and can do better than its all time high but lower your expectations I will say, keep dollar cost averaging in the project but do not put all your eggs in a basket, I invested in Quant too but I have other altcoins in my wallet too.

Quant is not the only altcoin I hold but it is one of my main ones.

ATH is £309 - it will treble that minimum next bull run.

I think it will reach £100b market cap one day which would give it a price of £8,000.

Will be interesting to see if this is the start of something big or not.
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which meme coin is your favourite on: October 18, 2022, 10:20:58 AM
I have Shiba Inu however getting bit bored of it and thinking about swapping this for Dogelon Mars which has more room for better returns?

I don't know much about meme coins, would this be a good move?
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Quant - thoughts? on: October 18, 2022, 09:39:12 AM
Hi all,

I first got into Quant in April this year when price was around £100, I have been buying the dips since and my average buy is currently £70.

I am holding the majority of my Quant as I believe it will be top 10 next bull run and see great returns but I have decided to trade some in the hope I can earn a few more.

When I first started investing into it in April there was hardly any mention of it anywhere but I in recent weeks I see more and more people starting to notice it.

I have seen future predictions from £5000 - £50,000 , I personally think it will hit £10,000 minimum which would give it a market cap of only £120b.

With Quant being one of if not the best performer in recent months I am just curious to know who holds and when did you first get in?

What is everyone's prediction?
598  Other / Off-topic / New to trading - best indicators? on: October 17, 2022, 08:36:15 AM
Hi,

I have decided to start trading some of my Quant as I am now 3X but I do not have any trading experience.

I know the idea it so sell high & buy back in lower but I don't want to just start doing that without some kind of plan.

I hear a lot about the RSI indictation - what time frame is best to use this on?

Any advice appreciated
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Classic - Take profit or hold? on: October 16, 2022, 05:35:04 PM
Have just sold another $100 worth at 0.000265.

LUNC could pump but I am beginning to lose patience with it all you hear on youtube is ‘good news’ and the price has just been falling last few weeks. Would rather invest some profit while I can into better coins I want to hold long term.

I now have $200 invested which has left me with 2.6 millon LUNC.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger live Ethereum Gas fee on: October 16, 2022, 05:23:29 PM
Hi all thanks for the replies.

Have decided to hold Quant a little longer , I feel like it has a mind of its own at the minute and wouldn’t be surprised if it goes above £180 which is when I will sell some.

I will buy £20 worth of Eth on Binance and send over to my ledger so that I have available for when I do eventually want to sell.
