Some few days back when the forum went down for some hours, some thoughts that I used to have suddenly resurfaced in my mind. What if the internet crashes permanently! If for any reasons whether natural or manmade the internet suddenly stops working,, what will happen in the world. Unimaginable pandemonium is what will happen, because almost everything is connected to the internet, in fact the world today is so dependant on the internet to transact and communicate almost everything. Be it in finance, telecom, marketing and in every areas of technological advancements, all depends on the internet. It'll seem as if we've suddenly gone back to the stone age, if these where to happen.
I'll focus on finance, so I'm thinking what will happen to the bitcoin inside wallets, what will happen to every fiat currency in bank accounts, if everything erases as a result of internet total breakdown? Who do we hold responsible? I know that the internet technology is manmade, therefore it can not be hundred percent immune to faults and external attacks. And what if there is that less than one chance of it being faulty or compromised, what if that less than one chance happens,? what will be the fate of the world that mainly depends on it to get things done? I'm no tech guru or a prophet of doom, but this are my thoughts and fears on the matter, although I sincerely hope that I'm very wrong on these thoughts.
I'd love to be enlightened better on why it can be impossible that the internet can never be permanently shutdown, having in mind the shortcomings that I've mentioned?
To shut down the internet system in the whole world is impossible but in a specific region it is possible and many times this occurred in my country. The government I think 4 to 5 times shut down the whole internet system in the country and it caused different issues. The internet is now very involved in the life of a human being it is just like food as you can not survive without food in the same way now people can't spend a single minute. All your system works on the Internet in a country but I don't know how the bank works as we know for the transaction internet is necessary but in our country, the banking system work when the Internet is closed either they just off the mobile network and the wifi system may be worked. |

I've seen Gold market prices rising lately as a result of the current Israel-Hamas conflict. However, Bitcoin hasn't experienced any upsurge in price. It's still hovering around the $26k range. Something similar happened during the Russia-Ukraine war. Is it because investors still don't trust Bitcoin as a store of value? Or is it something else? Please enlighten me. Well first of all congratulations on your big achievement of garbing your first bitcoin. A lot of users didn't have the ability to manage their pay and buy through the signature campaign and I usually think that only the legendary or hero rank of this forum will get Bitcoin as they have more knowledge, and understanding of Bitcoin and the having more pay but it seems like I am wrong. Things has really changed unlike before when a graduate is coming out from the university their are job opportunities around the corners, people don't even stress themselves to acquire skills as an alternative just in case they don't get a job. Getting a job as a graduate some years back was a thing never to argue about or think about. In this recent time things have really changed, expecting so much from the government as a graduate can lead people into serious problems. The life we live now is so unpredictable, no one can be sure of practicing their desired career from what they have learnt in school.
I think if people really want to be happy in life, expecially undergraduates and young graduates they should learn not to give all expectations of having living job from the government. If people create the mindset of being creative and productive in this era they will live a more happy life than putting all expectations of getting a dream job from the government. A productive mindset is what young people needs to make life easy and worth living.
look buddy problems are created when you start expecting from others or from the government the more you expect the more you will be sad. People are very bored with their lives they have a very long route from his/her childhood and after that when it is time to give them a reward the government is done with the jobs and does not have enough opportunities to give to them. The only thing is that you have to help your soul do not wait for the government opportunity, make your soul and take the opportunity. You cannot drop the whole shit on the bowlers it is impossible for them to prevent them from bating or taking wickets as they also go under pressure, the three wickets they take are their big achievement. The whole thing did are the middle order They were out on just 2 or 4 runs. In the beginning, the match went smoothly but after 140 runs they all dropped very easily just Rizwan and Baber gave the runs. It was very disappointing for the Pakistan Crickets fans we watched just for the aggressive battle but they won the match very easily you can't neglect the performance of the Indian team they are the strongest and have the ability to defeat every team in this World Cup and seem like they will win this world cup just like the Asia cup. |

However, almost all of us here have a fiat bank account and some of us have what we call a personal identification number, which refers to an ATM pin that we use for withdrawal or sending funds out, so the question is a bit simple: WHO DO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR BANK ATM PIN? if you have a person that you fully trust with your ATM pin, can you also trust that same person with your seed phrase? Trusting your friend or family member means you give your own control to him and the secrets are not only yours now but without trust you can not go ahead and you have to trust the persons who are coming into your life whether they are in school, work or somewhere else you have to be cooperative. But in the case of ATM pin or walled seed, you do have not to trust one person even your brothers because money(greed) can change the view of their thinking. It is very risky and you don't know that he or she may keep it save or use it against you and my thoughts in this is to just rely and trust on yourselves not on the friends and relatives and the relatives are more dangerous they always looking for your weakness. So from regretting, it is good for not trusting humans as humans have a greedy nature and this last sentence I think is enough for the justification to not trust friends, family, or relatives. |

Invest only that you can afford to lose. Your parent are afraid of loss and this is because they have a fixed amount for the necessities of the whole month and as bitcoin is highly volatile they may fear their money. If you are investing in gold or land on the other side I will suggest bitcoin because gold and land both require a large amount of capital and you have only $400 in which you fulfill your family needs. If you buy land it will not give such a profit and the price of gold is going up and down if you are taking the risk to invest in it then why you can't take the risk to invest it in Bitcoin it does not require that much amount you can apply the DCA methods and hold for the next bull run which will be held near after halving. So I recommend you the bitcoin to invest in it as it's a better option you have and if you are involved in it the future will be yours there will be a huge demand for bitcoin in the world but before going for the best DYOR. |

In trading emotions are the biggest enemy which leads you to a loss for example your greedy nature and fears can involve you in the loss situation and to save from this one should clear and satisfy his mind about what he is buying and why. If he is imminent on the fear and greed he will be countable in the legend of traders. |
