I don’t know if i can believe that gambling is not a thing of luck because if it was all about maths then we should have more numbers of people who are good in maths make money from gambling after knowing that this Chris Ferguson uses maths to win in gambling. There are lots of good mathematicians all over the world and we only have few making it big in gambling what are the rest using their maths knowledge for? I am not disputing your claims but i still think luck plays more role in his wins than his maths knowledge or probably he is a naturally gifted gambler. Though Maths knowledge and careful calculations and analysis will help improve your chances of winning so having deep maths knowledge can go hand in hand with gambling.

I would say I agree with you that gambling is most likely about having the luck that’s why we see many people picking just random bets and they win. But in some case I will say some who is critical thinker could actually get a better chance at bet than someone who isn’t, and we all know that almost all mathematician are critical thinkers. And example I will give is a mathematician can spot a bias dice and use the knowledge of Maths and Statistics to determine the next few outcomes.
583  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Calculating the size of a transaction on: November 15, 2023, 07:43:40 AM
The formulas from the last two responses are actually good for simplicity but one thing I noticed is that the calculations are not always accurate due to some informations or transactions details like the number of signatures  although it is not much different but when the input and output are much then it matters. So an accurate estimation will be gotten if one knows the full transaction details.

You can refer to this tool by bitmover to cross check your calculations when practicing the above formulas

I've always wanted to see Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi play together but it never happened. Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe together?
They both want the team they play around them, they both want to score the goals, how would that be possible?
Kylian Mbappe missed his first call up from Real Madrid, and I feel like he'll never get a second call once again. Manchester United might be a god option for Kylian Mbappe or Liverpool if they successfully sell Mo Salah!

Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland should both walk their own various paths and not mimick that of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The link up between Ronaldo and Messi was every neutral fans hope but we didn’t see that materializing, PSG wanted that but they didn’t went through with the deal when Ronaldo got his contract terminated with Manchester United. Hopefully we will see both of them one day in the same team even if it is a novelty match.

As for Mbappe and Halaand teaming up, that can only be pull up by Madrid because only them have that monetary capacity to do that. But I don’t see Halaand leaving Manchester city at the moment probably it could be when Pep exits city. As for Mbappe I still see him signing up for Madrid, this silence from Madrid is just to avoid getting issues with PSG and FIFA due to breaking transfer rules regulations but he is there primary target for years and that hasn’t change since Madrid is yet to sign a marquee player.

Chelsea is experiencing a positive trend. It is worth recognizing Chelsea's overall performance in front of the Stamford Bridge public even though they only got 1 point.
Manchester City's first goal from the penalty spot, which was successfully executed by Haaland, had something odd after I observed it. In my opinion, the VAR tool does not work well in the process of checking potential penalties.
In the 72nd minute there was a handball when the ball kicked by Ederson hit Walker's hand, but no handball was given when the score was 3-3.

Yes that penalty was also debatable to me because both cucurrela and Halaand were pulling each other before they went down although Cucurrela was childish still holding him down to the ground but was soft for me. After then I would say the referee had a good game especially as he was coming from a suspension down to the championship. Concerning that Kyle Walker hand that was caused by Ederson, the referee didn’t spot and VAR wouldn’t be calling that back because of two reasons. One is because it wasn’t in the box and the second was because it didn’t lead to Manchester city goal. Calling it back wasn’t the work of the VAR except the two stated reasons above happened. Overall the game was well officiated to me. Anthony Tailor the center referee might have learnt his lesson and wasn’t dishing out cards just any how today.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 11, 2023, 07:54:36 PM
Newcastle inconsistency has been irritating, they lost their last champions League game, and today they are losing to Bournemouth 2-0 with about 15 minutes remaining for the final whistle. Isak absence is really affecting the overall performance of the team, it's so glaring that they are lacking something.

This is one of the surprises of the premier league and also the jinx of football entirely, imagine a club like Bournemouth who had only won a game this season against newly promoted Burnley springing this surprise to beat a team that just month ago defeated PSG in the Champions league. Newcastle have a shadow of themselves in their recent performances, I thought the win against Arsenal would even give them the momentum to overcome both Dortmund and Bournemouth but they lost both, looks like they are not just missing Isak because there is Calum Wilson but rather they miss there two reliable defenders Burn and Botman both of who have been instrumental to their success since last season. Also they have fall short in attack with and midfield with Harvey Barnes and Sandro Tonali missing out.

Yes, anything can happen. No one expected Chelsea to win Tottenham and they did. Since their have been a little improvement on the Chelsea team lets hope they can be able to defeat Manchester City. One thing i love so much is that no matter the team Man City are facing whether big or small they will always find a way to win. After Chelsea bought Palmer i think there has been some improvement on the team and he has scored in almost all the matches. He scored agaisnt Arsenal, Tottenham and more. Sterling performance has also improved, i could remmber how he scored against Tottenham that was superb.

This game seem to be a season waker for Chelsea if they win, because beating Tottenham and Man City would s space of two weeks might be the moral booster they need to kick start there season, but it will be hard for them because with other tittle contenders like Tottenham dropping points and Arsenal closing up, Pep and his boys will want to stay comfortably at the top before going for international duties
588  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tutorial]How to monitor multiple addresses without Insert seed and key on: November 11, 2023, 07:04:20 PM
Besides as a piece of information, this tutorial is a good thing to expose beginners to such features. Thus it may also indirectly prevent the potential of watch-only wallet scams.

Seriously This a good guide not only for newbies to track their addresses without having to import their private keys or seed phrases and also not to use block explorer to track incoming transactions.

As you said it will also enlighten newbies on how to what looks like to prevent scams, I have witness where scammers mostly social media will promise to sell a wallet to a newbie and they provide them with just addresses to import and when the newbie does that and see balance of huge amounts they promise to give them password to unlock the wallet if they pay for it. Gullible newbies easily fall prey to this because they are not aware what a watch only wallet is.
589  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you avoid scammers? on: November 11, 2023, 06:26:53 PM
The first and most important thing in this space is security, from scammers and from one’s own negligence. My first tip in avoid scammers from getting to you either by fake projects, promises or exposing your keys is to never be greedy thinking that here is a get rich quick scheme, scammers easily exploit those people and lure them to fake projects or get their keys from them. Nobody is generous enough to give you a lot of money so be wary of fake promises.

Secondly is to use a secure wallet for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies hodling, a good wallet is an open source, non-custodian and offline wallet. Make sure to download from the right source to avoid phishing or fake wallet or you can verify them.

You can read on other threads to learn about security, here is a compilation by OcTradism on security and privacy

Juventus had a meeting in England for Kalvin Phillips, who is open to a move from Manchester according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The move if it will be, will be as on loan.

This is a good deal for both parties. Kalvin Philips need regular top flight football for the next coming Year as the Euros are on the horizon and his lack of quality game time will limit his chances of getting selected. Southgate had in the past and now come under serious criticism for even inviting the likes of Philip while they are other options. Philip period at Manchester city has somewhat not been has he would have planned it to be even he has won almost every available trophy at the club level but Rodri brilliance has kept him out. Although I still think they don’t need him anymore because why go for Nunez when kalvin Philips can simply fill that role.

As for juventus, they will need him to cover for the suspended Paul Pogba who I think might have played his last game so for Juventus prior to the doping scandal. The loan move made by Juventus is a good option this will allow them access their target and see maybe he could play in the Italian league before going in for a full transfer. But the problem is City and Pep do not like loaning out players but rather complete sale or you sit and fight for your place which I would say Philip won’t win that too,
591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 10, 2023, 07:36:53 PM
Borussia Mönchengladbach Vs Wolfsburg, this match which will take place at Borussia-Park and yeah likely the home team will take advantage of it to secure 3 points. Because your're right, in their last few Bundesliga matches Mönchengladbach also has a good record. Meanwhile the away team Wolfsburg has a bad record in their last few matches, so I think there is a high possibility for Mönchengladbach can to win this match. The odds are quite tempting if bet on the home team Mönchengladbach, but TBH I doubt it.

With the two teams last five matches where Monchengladbach has bounce back from their bad start to the season winning three out of the five games and drawing one, this momentum will help them against Wolfsburg who have lost three from there last five. I would have gone with your prediction but sometimes the head to head also matters in the Bundesliga and again Monchengladbach edges ahead of Wolfsburg with 2 wins and three draws out of five. With the draws more and Wolfsburg looking for a win I will predict a draw.

The game difficult to decide and make a prediction. Anyways seeing Borrussia Dortmund bouncing around to win the Champions League game against Newcastle after lose at home to Bayern Munich is great. It shows they can handle this one. Serhou Guirassy presence would have mattered. They've lost twice since he got Injured.

I am also in for Dortmund win because without Guirassy I don’t see Stuttgart winning matches like that especially against a resilient Dortmund side looking for wins. A lose in this game will make Stuttgart drop out of the top four. They just need Guirassy back as soon as possible
592  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies don't leave your coins in an exchange on: November 10, 2023, 06:59:43 PM
what is the difference between on exchange wallet and bitcoin wallet, what you suggest on creation on it?

Exchanges are like market place, their wallets is the store assign to you where you store your bitcoin or other coins. Just like market place it is not advisable to leave your goods there because it is not in your custody, the people that risk their funds there are traders just like the traditional market where traders have warehouses in the Market. But it is still risky because any day the government exchange collapses or gets hacked since it is online you will lose all your funds.

Bitcoin wallet which is sometimes referred to as wallet only is a store where you keep your bitcoin and you hold the keys to it. Without this keys no one will have access to your bitcoin except you.

Not a surprising one as Simeone has been giving him the results that Atletico board wants. I feel Atletico target isn't is to win LaLiga everytime. They are the patient ones unlike most of the clubs who gets impatient and try to move to a change. Yeah Simeone is an unique manager with his tactics and all  but so far he has delivered Atletico from time to time. Atletico board trusts him and Simeone also feels the same way with Atletico so I think this will go on for long. For others this might be wierd but Atletico's board has huge confidence in Simeone.

I also second there idea of having to honor Diego Simeone with another contract yes this love story is not ending soon, I am always a fan of top coaches building and staying long at particular club rather than moving around. Many would say Simeone hasn’t done much to Atletico but it’s not true, he took charge of the club in this era where Barcelona and Real Madrid have not only dominated the Spanish league but the whole of Europe and Simeone’s Atletico have been the only Spanish side to push this two away. He has won two or three Laliga tittles and has been in two Champions league finals and lost both to Spanish rivals Real Madrid. He also has taken the club to many semifinals as well.

If we look at how the other two giants of Spain have spent to achieve those goals only then will we appreciate simeone’s effort. Not renewing his contract would have made Atletico to be in a tight position of looking for another manager something that is getting hard to find the right one because when long term mangers like this are allowed to leave the club it would take another years to get the club back on track and this is what Atletico looks to be avoiding
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 09, 2023, 09:59:35 PM

Few weeks back they was praising him for the penalty saved and for a weak they stopped criticizing the lad only to begin unnecessary talks about how many goals he has conceded.
Onana was great for Inter Milan? What's happening here at Manchester United have they bothered to ask themselves questions.
Manchester United will bounce back but they need not sack Erik Ten Hag for he understands the quest of the fans.
Anyone still banking on Newcastle to win? They disappointed against Borrussia Dortmund back to back games.
Some fans definitely are just something else, I watched the game yesterday and I can’t say I found any of Those goals to be his fault, the whole team is a shadow of themselves and to be honest the man at center of this is definitely Rashford who has had such a bad season, he is they’re main source of goals last season and having him out of form definitely would affect anyone. Your goal keeper can’t keep out all goals or do some extra work when the outfield players just allow opponents to shoot everytime.

I would go for Ten Hag getting sacked but for who, the available coaches are almost similar to him and sacking him might come with huge compensation because he just recently signed a new long term contract. What United needs is to forget about wining major trophy now
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 08, 2023, 11:07:26 PM
They lost the match anf it was so unfortunate for them losing against Copenhagen at home. Manchester United seem to be getting worse and worse and their most important player has been out of form lately, and he even end up with a card in the match today instead of helping the team. I believe he is the reason why they lost this match, Copenhagen was able to come back from a 2-0 loss and even went on to win the match 3-4. It is bad for a team of their caliber not to qualify to the knockout rounds in a group consisting of Galatasaray and Copenhagen. I don’t think they are making it out, they need to improve their game to do better.

I have constantly said this Manchester United biggest misery this season is having Marcus Rashford out of form, if you check the stats last season he carried the team and scored a total of 30 goals in all competitions while missing some matches due to injury. This injury I expected a huge improvement and even predict him to hit close to 40 goals and with Hojlund united wouldn’t have any goal scoring problems but it just didn’t work out, United need to hope that Rashford will be back in form sooner before the season gets worse.

Today his red card cost them the game but I wouldn’t blame him that much because he never intended to stand on the player but was wrong Footed when he tried to shield the player. The VAR footage was very poor and should have actually played everything not just the stud on the opposite players foot, same thing with the two penalties in the match non was a Fair penalty because the players know little about it.

The match between Galatasaray and Manchester in Turkey may determine the final shape of the group. If Manu is defeated, he will say goodbye to the Champions League in the group stage.

I also see that match as the make or break match for both clubs, should United lose they are out and could possibly be also out of the Europa league qualifications too. United will need to win away to Galatasaray and hope Bayern Munich beats Copenhagen in the other game, then the last matches are Gala against Copenhagen which means one of the club might drop point or both Self
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 08, 2023, 10:43:20 PM
I think Anthony was a bad deal and a huge flop for Manchester United, the club already regrets the huge fee spent on acquiring Anthony. Erik Ten Hag will be kicking himself in the foot for his decision to spend big on Anthony’s acquisition, he should have invested that amount on two better players who are eager for recognition and winning games.

I just find it somehow when people blame mangers for the club spending huge on a certain player, Anthony was Ten Hag’s first priority target for the right wing position I don’t fault him one bit because Anthony was the best at that position when he was with him at Ajax so he told United he wanted the player. United hierarchy on the other went on to delay the negotiations as they do till the transfer window was almost shut and Ajax placed a 100 million euros on him to chase United away but they still went ahead. So I don’t see where the huge fee is Ten Hag’s problem here, they could have gotten Anthony for 45m when he vetoed.

Also I don’t blame much on the player this season, with the rape case he has had I doubt any player would have returned to same state of mind. United seriously need him maybe until Amad, because he is the best right winger available

I though when we have seen the conflict between him and ten hag being unsolved and then we can determine the fate of him in manchester united. So, united has forced him to leave but we have not yet entered the transfer season. How can he be signed as a new player by another club?
Dortmund is having interest to recruit him back. The better thing if manchester united will try to terminate him to make his status will be clear. I would like to see ten hag being kicked out from manchester united whatsapp group instead of him.
Please, ten hag OUT!!! A coach that was always being emotional and never sold the problem through the best way without even try to think the possibility of win win solution.

It is sad how the story of Jordan Sancho with Manchester United is ending but do I think it is the best thing for both parties yes I think so. Manchester United have employed Erik Ten Hag to instill discipline in the team and bring back glory days, but though I don’t like some of his policies he is right to stand strong against Sancho and no matter what everyone thinks Sancho was wrong first not to speak out but secondly to stay adamant of not willing to apologize. People are picking on Ten Hag because he isn’t winning matches but this things are different, even though you’re right sometimes you pay homage to your leader and absorb the pain that’s how you grow.

Alright Ten Hag aside, the club and some players visited him to come back and apologize but he didn’t and that to me is pure disrespectful and professional behavior to your team mates. I could remember Pep having similar issues with Samir Nasir and Joe Hart and when he booted out fans said he wouldn’t last a season but here he is on the verge of been the greatest manager to ever grace the land, which shows no player is bigger than the club. Mourinho’s time at United he also had problem with Luke Shaw and kicked him out of the first team. Shaw trained in car park alone and today he proves that you respond to this kind of things on the pitch, today Shaw has developed to be both an important player for both club and country
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 07, 2023, 10:10:26 PM
But it will indeed be more complicated for Stuttgart in the current state because after all seeing from what happened with 2 consecutive defeats now will clearly destabilize the team. In addition, for the next 5 matches it will also be complicated for them because there are Dortmund, Frankfurt, Werder, Leverkusen and Bayern who are ready to tackle Stuttgart to get points.
Next week's match there is Dortmund who definitely wants something better as well as retaliation after losing the big match against Bayern. for Frankfurt and Werder this can still be Stuttgart maximize it's just that for Leverkusen and Bayern after this I think it's difficult.
If in the end Stuttgart is unable to get out of this zone then it will definitely be complicated for them in consistency of performance.

I also believe this next five matches will actually test their confidence and how they are prepared to fight for that top four spot. If you look at the four out of the five clubs they are going to play against only Werder Bremen has actually failed to make a champions league appearance for a very long time, the rest are definitely regulars and will be looking to knock off Stuttgart for them to make their claim.

Few weeks ago I would have predicted Stuttgart to go head to head with any of this club including Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen but as things stands now i believe they will struggle in those matches and would only cough out a win against Werder Bremen but the rest will be a tussle. My reasons is once you’re struggling to score goals even wit the high number of chances created then it becomes difficult to win against an imposing opponent like the other four clubs. Guirassy would have been a huge weapon but they don’t him to use
600  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the steps and Ways to Write post Gambling into a good Quality ? on: November 06, 2023, 07:21:38 PM
I've been asking myself for a long time, even though I made a reply in the thread but there are obstacles that I want to ask. Look sir, I don't see pined in gambling discussions, the question is whether the rules are the same as how to create quality links on other boards? including how to write, sources, and how to get the information must be attached? or how do you think about matches? Or is prediction carelessly? there are rarely any sources on any prediction.

If you read the threads created to discuss the rules of the forum, you will see that there wasn’t any distinction what so ever as to where posting rules are applicable to so this means every board Carries same rules. Anything that could get banned or tagged on other boards will still apply to the gambling boards.

The reason why you don’t see much of a link in that board mostly in terms of predictions is because they are just speculations by the poster and not a copy and past but if is the later you see the link been attached but if the posters doesn’t tag it and he his busted them plagiarism rule is applied to him.

My own suggestion is when posting on gambling section just be on a thread that you actually engage in. Even if the thread is just one you can all your posts there other than visiting other threads that you don’t have engage in. If you’re a football fan still to its thread most especially the league you watch most
