Dear Cryptopay, I ordered m card with the given promocode on 3rd March and with the 10 days of delivery, I am supposed to get it by today, 13th of March but unfortunately, i've been waiting the whole day an nothing came through my doorstep to tell that I have a package ( the card). I'm giving it until tomorrow to see if a card will be delivered to me since today is sunday, I think some courriers don't do weekend delivery. I was really expecting for the card tho.  Hi! i used the card for the first time, and i like it a lot, fee are no to high. I like that i can deposit bitcoin and they are not instantly converted in FIAT so i can choose at what price sell my bitcoins.
I like also that you can use anonimously the card for a max amount of 2500€

I believe ETA is around 5-6 weeks. Phone activation would cost you less than $0.5, as it takes less than 1 minute to active the card and get the PIN.
yeah, i know, it's not that expensive (it's more than 50 cents with my plan tough, but it's still less than $2). I'm just a cheapskate.  Btw, is there any reason why the number in your guide (+44 113320 0952) differs from the number pasted on my card (+44 113320 0312) It changes from time to time, however all previous numbers are active. |

I received the promo code to order for the plastic card but unfortunately, I came to realize that the card not be delivered to my country. The process is still pending until I enter my delivery address but I cannot. What can I do as I have already spend the promo code and cannot change it to the virtual card? Any ideas?

Received my plastic card in the mail today The only question i do have: on the card, it says i can visit mychoiceprepaid.com for alternative phone numbers (i was actually looking if there was an activation phone number in my country, so it would be cheaper to activate my card). But i cannot seem to find any additional numbers. Any clues? Hi, you can call to the number on your card via Skype or Viber to make it cheaper. We are working on card activation via our website, but it is still in progress. The best option would be to call them. Thanks for the tip. Any idear when online activation would be available? Just before you convert your bitcoins to the currency When does this happen? Before I buy something or when I deposit? This is done manually by you. You can store your funds in bitcoins and convert them on the go and use the funds when you need them. |

So you guys sell the Bitcoins I deposit and credit me that in the currency I've selected. If so, than I'm going to stick with Xapo for now.
I prefer that nobody touches my Bitcoins until I purchase something with them. Yes, how much I have depends on the exchange rate, but that can be easily checked through their app (and it's what I'm used to anyway). I feel like I'm more in control with the Xapo Debit Card, as I can withdraw my Bitcoins from Xapo, which doesn't seem possible with your service (as you convert it as soon as I deposit).
I believe you do not get it right. Just before you convert your bitcoins to the currency, you are in full control of the exchange rate and you can cancel the transaction if you are not happy with the rate. With Xapo, you do not have this option and in case they would wider the spreads, you will convert the funds not on the best rate. |

How does this card differ from Xapo's debit card (that I've been using a lot lately)? Rates vs Rates for example.
The main difference is that we have another concept for currency conversions. With Xapo you link your bitcoin wallet to your card and when you make purchases, bitcoins are converted to the card currency at the market exchange rate, which you cannot control. With Cryptopay you top up your account with bitcoins and convert them to the desired currency and then load this currency to the card. In this case, you are in full control of bitcoin exchange rate. Long story short. |
