dev, is there any reason the minimum trade amount is .01 btc? in my opinion, wbb is not valuable enough to have such a high cap. some of the orders in the books aren't even close to being worth .01 btc. maybe you could lower it to .001 or something? i am just curious, if you have a reasoning for doing this. thank you
Hi, The min trade amount is 2.5 USD per trade in any currency. it has nothing to do with the value of e.g. WBB. 0.01 BTC is about 2.5 USD rounded. We will change this so it shows the format 0.00000000 and is more accurate. Any trade below USD 2.5 is not worth it and 2.5USD is really not much for a trade. Thanks WBB & 1EX Dev |

But if we could change the username when we log in, it would be useful ; also, if we could see number of registrations at the bottom of the first page, like on Ccex. https://c-cex.com/Hi, Like said before the user name is also your ID and is unique. This we will not change. Issue with user names is that even if they are set to unique you could receive anything on names. For this reason we don't use them. Also it make identifying accounts for us easier. Like an IP address  We can however enable the fields so you can enter your first name & last name, address and so on. Hi, Update:The first day of full launch is behind us and people are starting to use 1EX.Trade for trading. Volume is of course low but this is the first day. Registrations are however good so the volume will change in the coming weeks. Most important thing is now that you all start using it to trade. This will also increase the volume and bring more traders in. In the mean time we clean out the final few little things which have been reported to us. Open Issues:1.) Display format on last trades ( home page logged in or logged out) This is a simple issue and fix  2.) Help / FAQ link (top left and bottom) Same when logged in or logged out: It does not always bring you directly to the helpdesk as it should. This is a simple fix and we sort it 3.) Help icons on Buy/Sell page The help icons don't open the relevant help section. This we broke . It is a simple fix and we sort this 4.) On Login page you see a text (link) which says: Don't have an account yet? Find out how to open one.Link is broken. This is an easy fix and we will correct it. 5.) Withdraw Crypto page The help icon when you click on it does not work, this is a broken link. Again a simple and easy fix and we will correct it. 6.) Fee level and volume (on Account page) It shows mostly 300.00 USD. This is the default amount we have set. We change this so it will show your converted value in real time. Again it is a simple fix to show the right info. 7.) Last price and Today's opening price (home page) This we had left in the format 0.00 However we change these two fields also to 0.00000000 format. Again this is just a simple change to show 8 digits instead of 2 digits. 8.) some browser are some times sluggish and sometime they run very quick. We looked at this one a little closer and we think we found it. We will make a small change here (that's the one ... fine tuning These are things you see in the beginning and only can be tuned once site is fully running and live to get feedback from users. After the change it should become even quicker That's it folks and considering the millions of options which could go wrong or not work it is a very small amount. The few things we will correct this weekend and after that we should be set. Next week we will then enable also Doge and coins which will be or are verified. Thanks Dev |

It's running smoothly, now everyone get on and throw up some orders.. And whoever put in the 1k on 1excoin...... C'mon, that's lame  My first impression is completely opposite. The exchange is not running smoothly at all, at least for me. It is very slow, it takes ages to move between sections and I usually end up logged out and have to undergo the login process again and again. I didn't manage to put an order in like 15 minutes. That is not what I would call smooth running. EDIT: finally I managed to place an order. No. Again I was logged out, just on the last screen with the confirmation. EDIT2: finally placed an order. It took in total about 25 minutes. Pretty disappointing, if I have to be honest, but at least there is something to improve. What I also noticed is that although I place an order for an 8-digit (after comma) value, I still have the last 6 digits after comma available in the balance visible in the buy/sell trading screen. When will be our first interest deposits from shares held of the exchange? I assume each month should improve as the exchange gains more volume. Will we get paid in $USD or BTC?
Hi, each month payment will be automatically deposited in the % owned based on takings. The monthly earnings you will see in the share section and is paid in USD. The payout will be set between the 2nd and 5th each month. In the first month or two we see what the turn over is. It will however grow over time as today is really the first time trading is open so Jan will be the first month to go . I am curious, why still there are no trades enabled? Peter, have you more problems than you thought? Saw you online here, now you are off not leaving any input.
Patience is patience, but there are almost 24h since last information stating that everything is almost done, a few tests needed. Don't want to look like FUDer anyway!
