Well i don't think they didn't stand a change from the start. They didn't prepare with right people and marketing didn't seem to consult legal experts on how to build the brand. Or if they did, they were talking to cheapest experts out there. Imho they might have been better off without the token. In fact, betfury, if you are listening, i have an idea that might turn this ship around. There might be legal roadblocks with that too, and you are welcome to ignore me, but it's not like current system is taking you far. My suggestion to betfury: 1: Stop paying dividends. This might seem harsh, but you can make this a vote among token holders. Now why in the world would they agree with that you ask? Paying dividends is your one good marketing trick and not paying would just angry everyone, right? Hear me out. 2. Take all your tokens you have scheduled to burn slowly and burn them instantly. You are not making dividends with them anymore so it wouldn't be that hard decision. Removing dividends will most likely open you more regions where you could legally operate as well. 3. Make legally binding statement, where you commit to use decent enough % of your income flow to automatically market buy back bfg tokens and burn them. Borrow unu sed leo's idea and be transparent, and do this hourly. Of course betfury can stick to the idea of dividends, but math and end game on that is flawed. Token holders won't be happy that way. Dividends are one of the main features of the Betfury site, and that's what they emphasized when they launched the project. So, I think that the Betfury team will never abandon paying dividends. Moreover, almost all tokens from the total BFG circulation are staked on the site. Can you imagine what will happen if they decide to stop paying dividends? All users who hold BFG tokens will start selling tokens on biswap, which will eventually lead to a complete devaluation of the BFG token. Neither instant BFG burning nor buyback will help in such a case. |

Все будет зависить похоже от того, что за контент прет через конкретный впн. Приоритет на блокировку вероятно будет на те впны, через которые прет политический контент. Форум конечно не попадает в эту категорию, однако если его читать через впн на котором много политического контента то могут и заблокирлвать за кампанию.
Однако заранене ведь не узнаешь через какой впн попрет политика. Ну может только тот, что, Дудь, например, рекламирует пападет в первые ряды.
Любой контент, который является запрещенным(нежелательным) по их мнению, а не только политический. Под этот критерий подходят все или почти все впн-сервисы и, как мне кажется, ркн будут блокировать их без особого разбора. Да и много ли есть впн-сервисов, которые сотрудничают с ркн и выполняют любой их каприз? А что касается форума, то зачем им еще раз блокировать то, что уже "заблокировано"? |

Видимо период отчетности закончился, вот они и снизили активность.
Я рад что их дела с блокировкой интернета не очень то и продвигаются, потому что по моему мнению каждый из нас имеет право получать информацию из всевозможных источников и основываясь порой на прямо противоположенных взглядах на вещи самостоятельно выстраивать свое понимание процессов, происходящих в мире, а не впитывать пропаганду. К сожалению у властей другие взгляды, но как мне кажется с каждым годом они становятся чужды все большему проценту населения.
Рано радоваться. Щас хоть и затишье, но у ркн наверняка есть планы и сильное желание заблокировать "нежелательные" ресурсы. Напомню, что ранее было постановление минцифры, которое позволяет ркн самостоятельно принимать решения о блокировке того или иного ресурса. Посмотрим, к чему это все приведет, но, насколько я знаю, уже с 1 марта они смогут блокировать все неугодные vpn-сервисы. |

I'm amazed nobody is talking about the insane 4th quarter in the Dallas game. Dallas went on a franchise record 30:0 run in the last quarter and after going up by 6 with 4 min to play still managed to lose. OKC closed out the game on a 15:3 run.  How you can still lose after getting the full momentum and the lead is beyond my understanding but at least the fans had an exiting game to watch.   It would seem that when a team loses by 24 points with 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter, the outcome of such a game is usually obvious. However, this time, the Mavs players disproved it and showed a great example of never giving up early. The fact that the Thunder players couldn't score for 7 minutes and had a very poor field goal percentage in the 4th quarter shows that the Mavs players were too good both on defense and offense. p.s. I'm even wondering what the odds were on the Mavs winning at the start of the 4th quarter. |

Lol, Pat Bev, thinks he is Steph Curry and leads the Sixers, he even has something to say to the fans of Boston. But at the end of the game, it was the defense of the Celtics that hold on this undermanned Sixers.
Patrick Beverley's performance was very good in this game, considering he was close to making a triple-double. Honestly, it's unusual to see a performance like that from Beverley because he almost always plays a secondary role on the court and focuses on defense rather than offense. I think if Embiid had been on the court, the 76ers would have beaten the Celtics. |

Пока не определено, что конкретно плохо, тотальный запрет обсуждать овощи хотя бы конкретен, а так... Я знаю хорошую штуку, в ней много витаминов, но я тебе о ней не расскажу, чтобы меня на форуме не забанили!  Ага, теперь любой миксер на форуме - это тот, кого нельзя называть по имени (прям как тёмный лорд, Волан-де-Морт) . По сути эти смягчения ничего не изменяют для рекламодателя, для которого очень важно количество ссылок (URL), ведущие к его сайту и поднимающие таким образом рейтинга сайта в поисковых системах.
Ну, это лучше, чем вообще ничего. Если это смягчение позволит пользователям носит подписи миксеров без ссылок после 1 января, то это можно будет назвать компромиссом в данной ситуацию. Думаю, что многие миксеры согласились бы проводить подписные кампании на таких условиях. |

Another downtime for bitcointalk was observed today. I did not know that exact duration but roughly it was for an hour or so. Still, we do not have the exact reasons for these downtimes but anyways the good thing is that we are back online and there is nothing to worry about.  There was a 504 error. One of the possible causes of this error is server overload due to a sudden influx of traffic. So, I guess it might have just been a DDoS attack. |

Bitcointalk.org aims to allow about as much freedom as is reasonably possible. But this is not a darknet forum, and with mixers looking "grayer and grayer", it's no longer reasonably possible to allow linking to mixers. Even though "a cryptocurrency mixing service is not necessarily illegal," a clear pattern has emerged where mixers pop up, last for a little while, and then get taken down by law enforcement once they get too big. Allowing mixers to be posted on bitcointalk.org before they seemingly-inevitably get declared illegal and seized is not sustainable. Therefore, linking to mixers will no longer be allowed, just the same as linking to darknet sites is already not allowed. Given the current situation, I completely understand your decision. But at the same time, it seems to me that banning all mixers on the forum is too drastic. By the way, the Dutch regulators(FIOD) aren't the only ones who recognize the fact that mixers can be used for legal purposes. For example, here is a quote from a FinCEN document in which they also recognize this. FinCEN recognizes that there are legitimate reasons why responsible actors might want to conduct financial transactions in a secure and private manner given the amount of information available on public blockchains.
FinCEN also recognizes that, in addition to illicit purposes, CVC mixing may be used for legitimate purposes, such as privacy enhancement for those who live under repressive regimes or wish to conduct licit transactions anonymously.
So maybe you shouldn't ban absolutely all mixers on the forum? Alternatively, you could set certain criteria for mixers, and if they meet them, then allow them to stay and advertise on the forum as before. |

The Detroit Pistons are moving themselves towards record setting territory with how bad their start has been this year. They lost another one tonight to the New York Knicks bringing their record to 2-17. It doesn’t say much for the argument that the NBA needs expansion teams when they already have teams that can’t compete as it is.
It happens from time to time in the NBA. My point is that if a team has a rebuilding phase or has lost a few key players due to injuries, it's expected that such a team will be an underdog and won't be able to compete with other teams. If I'm not mistaken, the record for the longest losing streak belongs to the 76ers, as they lost 28 games in a row in the 13-14 season. So the fact that the Pistons have 2 wins with 17 losses is still not the worst result.  Nets fans' reaction to the team's poor performance in the 08/09 season. |

I don't know if I will bet on it, as if we can break through the price of 40,000$, than the chance exist that the price would just keep going up and up and it would make it more hard to determine the right range.
Placing bets for BTC price prediction for December is not available on the freebitcoin site yet. However, I agree with you that it will be quite a challenge to predict the correct range this month. On the one hand, there is a bullish trend, and there is an expectation that the BTC price may rise well above $40k because the SEC may approve spot BTC ETFs very soon. On the other hand, we should always keep in mind that bad news may appear suddenly, which could cause the BTC price to dump to $30k. |

Думаю, что регуляторы следят не только за миксерами, но и за всем тем, что происходит на форуме, особенно если обсуждаются вопросы анонимности, приватности, ухода от налогов и подобных горячих тем.
Сейчас обратил внимание на то, что на сайте министерства финансов сша (в SDN списке) упоминается escrow адрес, который Royse777 использовал для подписной кампании забаненного миксера. Если этот адрес действительно использовался только для выплат участникам подписной кампании и нигде больше не фигурировал, то это еще одно подтверждение того, что регуляторы отслеживают миксеры и активность на форуме. Наверное, Royse777 следует задуматься над тем, чтобы не публиковать escrow адреса в подписных кампаниях миксеров. |

Ну, опасность в любом случае есть, поскольку форум является чуть ли не основной площадкой для рекламы различных миксеров. Даже theymos отреагировал на это, он уже кинул бан на аккаунт миксера и сделал фильтрацию onion адреса. Помимо этого, пригрозил баном тем, кто будет обходить эту фильтрацию. Как бы там ни было, я думаю, что на форуме может быть наплыв подписных кампаний от новых миксеров, как это уже было после закрытия подписной чипмиксера. |

А какую там информацию по транзакциям они хотят видеть, с адреса кампании ему приходили платежи, потом он отправил их на банан чтобы продать. Бананс что теперь может заблокировать его битки до выяснения?
Скорее всего, их интересуют причины получения btc с этого адреса. Не знаю, как именно бинанс действуют в такой ситуации, но предполагаю, что они вполне могут заморозить его аккаунт, если он им не предоставит необходимую информацию в указанный срок (7 дней) или если их не устроит его ответ. Получается, что если ты участвуешь в подписной миксера, то лучше сразу продавать биток, чтобы исключить в будущем ситуацию, когда твои битки в итоге могут связать с деятельностью неугодного миксера. Но потом наверное эти битки можно будет перегнать через другой миксер.
Ну, если цель закинуть btc на централизованную биржу, то лучше, наверное, делать это через адрес, который никак не связан с миксером. Смешивание через другие миксеры имеет место быть, но только нужно учитывать то, что централизованные биржи могут начать более скрупулезно проверять такие(любые) транзакции из-за новых требований регуляторов, ранее писал об этом в другой ветке. p.s. Короче говоря, если участвуете в подписных кампаниях миксеров, то постоянно следите за новостями и пресс-релизами регуляторов. Если появляется какая-либо информация о том, что lazarus или другие хакеры используют миксер вашей подписной кампании, то предпринимайте соответствующие действия и будьте готовы к тому, что его скоро заблокируют. |

Выглядит все довольно странно, возможно произошел конфликт интересов? Сначала они объявляют о закрытии сервиса для апдейта [ 27 ноября], потом Синбад закидывают [28 ноября] пол битка в эскору для выплат участникам подписной кампании (при этом на сайт сервиса не зайти), а сегодня вот это заглушка. Конечно, странно. Только вот некоторые биржи уже внесли escrow адрес подписной кампании в черный список. Пользователь из другого локала написал, что бинанс направил ему запрос о предоставлении информации по транзакциям, которые связаны с этим escrow адресом. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Sinbad Kampagne da vielleicht schon noch ein Nachspiel haben wird, zumindest hat mich Binance heute folgendes gefragt:  Dem aufmerksamen Leser dürfte die Adresse bekannt vorkommen, ist nämlich die Escrow Adresse der Sinbad Kampagne. Похоже на то, что участникам подписной кампании sinbad следует быть предельно внимательными при работе с биржами, поскольку их btc адреса, скорее всего, так же пометили. |
