BTC Legal Status is yet not clear in INDIA. But many INDIANS are getting into crypto-market nowadays. Seeing the popularity of BTC, Supreme court of India instructed Govt and banks to take reasonable steps to regulate BTC. Let's see what step Indian Govt take in order to regulate BTC, and will these steps able to protect BTC users interest in every way.

BTC is getting a very warm response in some of the African countries like Zimbabwe, South Africa, Morroco etc. Zimbabwe national economy is not much stable and so BTC usage is getting quite common there for big payment transaction.
But I don't think BTC is used for day to day transaction in any African country. Major reason for not using BTC as a day to day transaction entity is its high transaction fees and delayed confirmation.

Just Imagine a country without any govt. or with a lame administration. No rules...Money is the real law and Rich can do what he wants.
To run a nation administration smoothly, it got 2 requirements: 1st is People trust and 2nd is Enough funds. If any of these is missing, whole admin system will collapse. If BTC users will not pay their taxes honestly, the nation will get deficit of funds, and whole admin system will collapse. Crime rate in such country will increase like anything. In such scenerio, JUNGLE rule will apply to humans also....Only Best can survive.

That's really laughable steps taken by Nepal Kingdom. They were one of the first countries in Asia to open up casino but now arrested people for bitcoin trading. How convenient is that! That means, you can gamble legally but you can't earn money online. That's the actual story of two-faced Nepal king. I strongly condemn this step taken by Nepal King. He just can't digest that fact that their citizens can earn something which is not regulated by them. Not a good news! It is sad to know that crypto-trading is not legal in Nepal. Nepal made casino legal coz it help them to earn taxes and increase the nation Income of their country. Moreover it also helps them to increase Tourism in their country. On the other hand, Bitcoin will not help Nepal to earn any taxes. Even BTC usage may decrease nepal's national incomes as BTC being anonymous and can't be tracked so it may be used for tax evasion. |

I personally don't believe in these Shitty ICO's. Most of ICO's are frauds or Scam, still, if you find any ICO attractive and want to invest in it then do investigate the team very keenly. Nowadays, Team's authentication is must in an ICO. The second consideration should be product offered or website.

I prefer myetherwallet for storing Ethereum and other ERC20 tokens. Being totally decentralized wallet it provides a private key and an independent access to your funds without any restriction. Also, it provides backup file forkeystore/private key. Also, it is suggested to keep a print of your private key at any safe place.

Most People who invest in bitcoin were unable to take out their money even after achieving the price target they have decided in their mind. It is because of the reason they got faith in BTC growth pattern and expecting it to grow more n more. You may call it greed or smart investment opportunity ...whatever you want.

Bitcoin without any Doubt. Ethereum is a second good investment opportunity.
But I don't see any long-term benefits in investing in other shitty altcoins. Most of the Altcoin, especially ICO, are scams. You can gain short-term profits from alt-coins but if you want to play safe and long go for BTC only.
