Hate doubel posting like this but... this did not belong in the above post so...
I am away for the week... and no shortage or surplus of keyboards can grant me access to the BTC wallet where these over paid funds are. I will not be back before divs are paid... so... what is the plan for those who do not pay back before then? Or ever?
Nice that we can get a personalized email with an amount owed and what is prob a unique BTC addy to send it to... how come we can't get a formal psot?

I must have a missed something as i have never received any dividends from this since bitfunder shutdown. my public shareholder was set to correct address but it has not received any LR divs and now i get an email (the only email i've ever received from LR) claiming i've been overpaid... :\
You needed to send an email to LRM right after Bitfunder shut down with a specific message posted in this thread stating your address, share count etc. and sign the whole thing with your Bitcoin wallet as proof of identity. You may just want to PM Grnbrg and get full directions. |

Update on Cryptsy stuff
I finally got in contact with my friend at cryptsy, he confirmed that they are indeed still running the v0.10.0.0-beta client and this is clearly the cause of all the issues.
He has made sure to let paul know he needs to update their client, so those issues should be fixed within a couple days.
Also, as far as I know, there's been no serious consideration or even a thought about setting up a fourth market with pennies. That's just a suggestion some people were making earlier in this thread that seems to have spread as a rumor. I agree that it may be a good idea to have an even lower valued coin then XPM as a market but a Proof of Stake coin is not the one for that job, much to unstable in both value and functionality.
Frankly I think they should redesign the entire exchange to remove "markets" and just let people trade directly on any currency pair, but that would be hell to setup with all these coins.

Seems like craptsy is shutting down whole cent wallet.
deposits = gone somewhere
withdraws = no
new wallet address = can't generate
Any info about that = nope
Why even buy this coin if can't withdraw anywhere.
If there is any craptsy insiders, please... do something.
Cause they'll eventually fix the wallet or you can sell for a nice profit and buy a different coin. Plenty of options. Not even... I have word from the mods that w/e the case may be... when the dust settles... if withdraws from cryptsy went awry... they will be sent again when the chain issue is finally settled between everyone. So, regardless of what is happening now... they will be keeping an eye on it to make sure it is all correct when this thing finally pans out. |

Wow, This is one of the best complex schemes, If was a shareholder and got scammed, I would file a lawsuit. Honestly, my view is that arguing (or in the case of you and I etc, discussing) anything here is nearly pointless given the position we are in. I am pretty much over trying to put any effort into posting on this thread... I am also leaving town for a week and though I will have internet access... most of my waking time will be involved with IRL team members and more work. As such, you will probably not here anything from me before Saturday sometime next weekend. IDK what else there is to do really... we can plan and discuss till the world implodes... nothing we want is going to happen unless a completely separate project is created by someone and without the funding from here. I love to see theories become reality.
Nobody pumps over $500,000 into a CrapCoin in under 48 hours without a plan.
I think this is gonna be a lot bigger than a 4th market. Somebody knows something.
like 70% of the coins are in the hands of 25 people now, 25% of the coins is stuck in the crap walletsystem atm.. (no offense, i still believe catman will be able to fix all!) so theres like 5% open for trading... its scarce and extremely cheap. Price will rise untill the investors who bought the coin up, think its enough! remember.. for them to buy 10 coins at 1 xpm satoshi it is enough to sell 1 at 10xpm satoshi. they only have to get rid of a small share of their stash to make profit at higher levels Starting to think this is something to keep in mind. |

Yah, but the trolls might not, anyone who bought shares this week is probably showing as overpaid and doesn't want any self appointed enforcers bugging them to "send it back". How does that make any sense? It is a copy paste right off the site for those two transactions, dumped into a text file and imported into the doc, then hand matched for the addresses and two dates of div payments. People like the one noted a few posts above are prob gonna cut and run with their huge payout on single digit shares...
It is going to be hard to convince them not to...
Bottom line... what will happen to addresses that refuse to repay, and how will that affect the rest of us? where is that extra BTC going to come from... not future divs I hope... no way that is on the bond holders shoulders... we can't control other holder's actions nor can we control how divs are sent.
