Ok, My transaction that was stuck at 1confirmation has now dissapeared! Nothing is reflected in my account, even though the blockchain transaction has 60+ confirmations.
Not cool... this is why I only do test transfers 1st! You wont see any more btc from me until this is resolved, and it's going to piss me off missing out on the 10% + 20% bonus...

As part of the issue resolution, the system is re-indexing the transactions, so some might temporary disappear, however they will quickly re-appear again and then will stay there for good. We use the actual blockchain timestmaps, so your transactions are safe and will be counted towards the bonus. |

это получается подстава со стороны сервис провайдера?Надеюсь ему уже объяснили,как дорого обходится такая"проблема"?сейчас множество людей,отправивших деньги сидят в ожидании.. Время бонуса идет,на балансе по прежнему ноль. В блокчейне 30 подтверждений. Конечно, нет сомнений,что все учтено и в сохранности,просто такой старт влияет на общий процесс сбора. Понятно,что запуск других компаний на платформе будет учитывать такие моменты,но вроде стояла другая цель-собрать нужные деньги ,а не выбрать проблемного сервис провайдера,чтобы потом показать другим компаниям,что его выбирать не надо.  Да провайдеру посрать абсолютно на транзакции и т.д. Любой дата центр может не работать некоторое время и ничего вы не сделаете, up-time ни кого не равен 100%. Походу присутствует криворукость программеров самого проекта, а сваливают на провайдера. Для таких целей используют резервные каналы. Это как позвать на день рождения весь дом в гости и надеяться, что все придут со своими вилками и тарелками (утрирую). Речь идет о vault service provider Xapo, который принимает BTC. Резервного "vault service provider" к сожалению, не поставить. After a request at XAPO why it is not shown on blockchain i have now this answer:
Again, they will not go to the blockchain since it was an internal payment to another Xapo user. The transaction shows that it was from XXXXXXX in their Xapo account. You will need to talk to them, they have the funds.
So, please anybody from Wings, give me a answer if it is only a software proble (or problem with my account) or where my funds are! Thanks!
This apparently happened as Xapo did an off-chain transaction between your account and the Wings Vault. Please contact us over support@wings.ai with your details (email in Xapo), and we will resolve it. |

До сих пор не могут поправить отображение депозитов? Втопку, кроме тестового ложить больше не буду.  да тоже хотел проверить и раскидать тему по знакомым,кому не говорил раньше, теперь задумался,может не стоит.. вроде в плане подготовки времени было достаточно,чтобы все проверить,защитить от зависания,от возможных атак и других проблем.. Проблема возникла на стороне сервис провайдера, мы занимаемся её устранением совместно с ними. Эта первая интеграция такого рода. Компании, запущенные на Wings, будут идти уже "по протоптанной тропе". Может кто дать ссылку на личный кабинет? А то моя где то делась  |

Will the 20% bonus be prolonged? There is still about 14 hours left, and deposits for btc, ltc, eth, etc, and xrp are working - although btc and ltc have the UI issue we are fixing now so while the technical issues are definitely frustrating it is still possible to participate and not necessary to change the terms. |

Many ICOs extend bonus period in case of such issues.
I think you will need to sign up at fly.wings.ai to convert your eggs to wings tokens, because I saw a feature on the dashboard about the conversion of eggs to tokens. this is correct, however the feature is not enabled yet and it will be a few days. |

Deposit addresses are working again. We have resolved the DDOS protection issues that was stopping people in some parts of China, Russia and Japan (and maybe other places) from accessing the website. The API access issue with the service provider as been resolved; it was triggered by the volume and velocity of donations. They have verified that all funds are where they should be, and that this suspension of access to the API will not happen again. We are working to resolve the UI amount update issue. I have a BTC transaction that is stuck at 1confirmation on the crowdfund site, but block explorer says it's now at 48 confirmations... Just wait for it?
at this moment we are waiting for the service provider for the btc api to get back to us, it appears that they do not have people available 24x7. also the tech team is very tired and with no sleep for a while. we're trying to get all this resolved asap. |
