Carlo Ancelotti is looking forward to making his fifth acquisition in the summer window, following the arrivals of Fran Garcia, Brahim Diaz, Joselu Mato and Jude Bellingham. Arda Guler, who has been on their radar for a while and is only 18 years old, would be a key player for Real Madrid. Arda Guler turns down the bluagrana deal in favor of Los Blancos. An incredible signing for Real Madrid this summer is Fenerbahce, a young talent from Turkey's top league. He is anticipated to fly to Spain to finish his deal with the club, and documents will be signed as negotiations progress.

Since Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid many differences have been made, now Real Madrid is focused on developing and buying potential young players in contrast to before when they spent a lot of money to buy star players at very high prices.
It's a very good process for the team I think and so far the mix of young and senior players that Carlo Ancelotti has applied in Real Madrid's game has been very effective.

Real Madrid's current targeted young players have potential and that has made it possible for this team to maximize the talents of young players for a long time, the steps taken by Carlo Ancelotti at this time I think are very appropriate.

Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta and Arsenal sporting director, Edu Gaspar all eager to land the englishman at emirate stadium this season. It's incredible to see Arsenal spending that hugh amount on a single player, if it was in the past, they would make like 4 signings from that sum. Declan Rice to Arsenal: the transaction is finally done. Declan Rice is the Gunners' top priority this season, having signed for a club record sum of £100 million plus £5 million in add-ons, making him the most expensive player in the club history. He also becomes the most expensive English player. I'm just hoping he matches up to the expectations on the pitch.

Arsenal management are very ready to get it right next season to lift the premier league trophy, that is why they are using huge amount of money to sign in talented players who can help them to improve better next season because they don't want to end next season in a second position than to defeat any strong teams to embrace the honour. Before the management spend huge amount of money to sign him , I believe he will definitely do some things that will make the management happy because the money is not anything for them than the quality of the player. Based on the arrangement on ground in some teams in this summer, showed that next season will be a tough season that will make many teams to loose their honour.
This season they are in second place of course there are a number of things they must defend including continuing to try to compete for the title.
Currently there are Rice and Havertz that they get to make the midfield better, of course this will make them more confident to navigate next season.
It's just that I worry about Arsenal is when they can't make a stable performance, we know Arsenal's main problem over the years continues to be the same actually with a sudden increase and decrease in performance which makes them sometimes immediately drop in terms of performance even when they are in the best position like this season.
The problem of consistency has certainly been a problem for the Arsenal team last season, of course this needs to be addressed, Arsenal's performance under Arteta's tutelage is very good and even their game is quite solid on all fronts, it's just that this team needs some equivalent coatings to maintain performance when player rotation occurs and Arsenal have brought in several players for that.
I still believe in the process carried out by Arteta to build the Arsenal team much better, what happened last season is early evidence of their process, we just need more time to see Arteta can bring the Arsenal team even better.
583  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: July 05, 2023, 05:46:41 AM
In my country i observed so many people doing rally and blame the government why the basic needs price rise and the salary is still very low and not enough for daily expenses, is this the effect of the Ukraine and russia war that makes the gas or crude oil so high at price and they pass the gas expenses to the product and it ends to very high price of the basic needs that make us very poor, I see government has a move to resolve the problem but many people are still blaming the government.

I think the government should provide the support through polices and programs to be able to reduce poverty rates like social welfare programs and the likes. Also the government is the one who mandates the minimum salary rates in a given country as well as the retail price of basic commodities. If the government would evaluate the current situations of the people they can upgrade the minimum wage and also to regulate the prices of basic commodities. But of course we as individuals if the government is slow in acting upon the needs of the people we should find other means to be able to survive poverty because if we will just wait for the government our lives will not move forward.
Of course the government in every country thinks about this, but it's not easy, maybe only a few people are corrupt and think of themselves so that many obstacles occur, but basically I believe the government really cares about its people to reduce poverty.
However, the common people also cannot fully rely on the government, there must be synchronization to get out of the poverty line by trying and also efforts to make policies from the government that favors the small people to be able to minimize poverty.

Please take a look at that. tonalli is still having his heart for ac milan. That means if the player may not play all in for newcastle. The fact that if he doesn't even need this. I doubt if tonalli gonna be perfect for newcastle. He will not be playing fully with his heart.
The fact that if tonally is not wanna leaving from acmilan but the club was forcing him to join in the newcastle as ac milan needs money to buy another player from different club.
Im not even expecting him to play good for newcastle. The fact that if acmilan will always become his main choice to play even though he has been kicked from there.
for the first time joining Newcastle maybe Tonali is a little bad but if you have stayed for a few seasons I'm sure everything will be fine because Nescastle has signed Tonali until 2028 and this is a long time so like it or not Tonali has to get used to his new team. there is no reason whatsoever to regret Tonali at this time but what is more certain Tonali must not disappoint a team that has bought him like Newcastle.

I think Tonali is a good signing for Newcastle as a 23-year-old and future-oriented signing player. I think he will be successful at Newcastle United. There is no doubt that he will be one of the indispensable names of the starter 11 in the future.
I also think so, now the Newcastle United team is doing very well and Tonali has come at the right time especially since he is still very young and it is possible for him to have a longer career in top form with the Newcastle United team.
And for the process of being able to integrate with the team, of course, it takes time for Tonali, but I never thought that this was a bad move, in fact, this was the right step taken by Tonali for his future career development.

The current market value of Vlahovic is about €70 million. I can understand if Juventus rejected Chelsea bid, it is still below the market value. Juventus probably consider Chelsea offer if it is above €80 million. I guess Juventus wants €90 - €100 million for Vlahovic transfer fees. Moreover, Vlahovic is Juventus main striker, Juventus prefers to defend him than selling him now.
Vlahovic is a 23-year-old player who plays as a striker for Juventus and also for the Serbian national team.
He is also quite a talented player in my opinion to make Chelsea interested in making an offer to Juventus for Vlahovic.
The offer submitted by Chelsea was still not commensurate with the performance provided by Vlahovic for Juventus, so it was only natural that Juventus rejected the offer.
Instead of accepting the offer, I'm sure Juventus will keep Vlahovic as one of their core players considering that Juventus really need great players this summer.
Vlahovic a potential young player, of course, will be very difficult for Juventus to let go because it is very possible for this player to continue to improve in the future, Juventus and Chelsea are both teams that are currently revamping their squad to be better next season. so it's almost impossible for Juventus to want to let go of the potential players they have.
586  Economy / Economics / Re: less risk or big profit? on: July 04, 2023, 08:12:14 AM
I think when we talk about investing we can't separate it from risk because after all it's part of it,
Whatever the investment, there will still be risks and what distinguishes it is the level of risk,
real estate may be said to be low risk but it also requires large capital.
agree with you, all investments can certainly be risky, but the risk all depends on how big the risk can be or not by managing it. but you can be sure that every big investment will have a big risk and vice versa. everything can be made at least by doing the best possible analysis before deciding to invest, because accurate analysis will also reduce risk and still make big profits. I think that investing in various real estate is not all expensive but indeed the risk can be low but instead investing in bitcoin is low risk but expensive for now.
Every investment with the possibility of a large profit certainly has a large risk as well, it's quite worth it, but a large risk can also be minimized with some knowledge that is mastered before making an investment, such as investing in crypto.
But for investment in real estate I think it has almost no risk but the opportunity to take profit is also very small because it takes a long time.

We all have to think about what we will choose before investing, a small risk with a small chance of profit or a big risk with a big chance of profit too, I myself will take a big risk if I have small capital and vice versa if I have big capital.
587  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your take on the pump coming? on: July 04, 2023, 07:48:47 AM
The expectation in March that the market would rise turned out to be wrong, in fact until now the market has continued to decline, and of course this is an indication that bear markets are still happening and according to the predictions of many people that the main factor that makes it difficult for the market to pump is the large number of FUDs and economic conditions which is in recession.
actually what is expected in March is not wrong, because from the beginning of the year it has actually seen an increase, but it is not significant and it seems that it is still at the stage of a surprise. However, I agree that the bear market is still going on and it is possible to make corrections at any time in it's time. all because it is still in an economic situation that has not yet recovered and coupled with increasingly worrying news, which also greatly affects the movement of bitcoin. but all is certain to dissipate by entering the next era of halvings that will pump, so stay patient and keep buying and holding.

That's right but we see that currently the Bitcoin price is stabilizing after the pump that happened a few weeks ago now that the Bitcoin price is stable at $30K I think it will last a long time.
So far this year I don't think there have been many surprises, the corrections and pumps that have taken place have been insignificant and have all returned to near $30k as well as for the rest of the year, I don't think prices have moved significantly.

Do Liverpool plan to make a striker signing after Firmino's departure? There have been rumours about a gigantic deal for Mbappe by Liverpool but I don't think this will happen. Real Madrid would intervene and sign him instead of Liverpool most probably. In this case I'm curious about whether Liverpool are still decisive to sign a top striker.

They have Nunez already though but he can't be the only striker relied on anyway. It would be better for them to have another striker at least at Nunez's level to secure the attacking line more than now. They need to find a striker who can fill Firmino's place really well.

I think, Liverpool management are still working seriously to get a good striker who can join Salah to improve the team in the area of scoring goals in every match next season which is the desire of the Liverpool management. Since the money to sign in Mbappe is too big for Liverpool management to release in this summer, I think they will definitely get a talented striker that will be active like Erling Haaland soon. Real Madrid are very ready to sign in the Mbappe in this summer, so that he can occupy the position of Karim Benzema so that there will be hope of winning many titles next season that will give their coach and fans joy through out the tournaments.
The downturn experienced by Liverpool last season made them have to improve to cover next season and they really needed a striker after being abandoned by Fermino, but regarding rumors of Mbappe's transfer I think it is very difficult especially since Mbappe has also been linked with several top European teams and Liverpool's failure to qualify for the UCL this season the future, of course, will be a big obstacle for them to recruit star players.
The competition for Mbappe is very tough, the Real Madrid Team has everything more than Liverpool, I think Liverpool have to be realistic and look for players that they can get.

when i was kids, i need to study very hard, to get a lot of score in the test. if i got a zero mark in a math test, i am very scare to go home and show the test paper to my mum.

when i am grown up, i have kids and wife now, i need to work very hard, to get a lot of money in the job. if i got a paycut, or i got fired, i am very scared to go home, i can't sleep well, my head is sweating, the memory of getting zero mark in a test keep haunting me like the nightmare, i need to go out and make a lot of money!!

tell me anything i need to do to make a lot of money. doesn't matter what, i would do anything to get all the money, even if it mean unlawful and unethical!
We may have a big ambitious to make as much money as possible but never forget the future, we must think for the long term, do anything that will be beneficial in the future, I strongly disagree with the people who make all means to make money even with efforts that are not True, it will harm yourself in the future.
Do it consistently whatever and do, and entrust the process to be able to get maximum results.
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 30, 2023, 08:36:21 AM
This is really dependent on the players they can sign in the next couple of weeks because if you think about it, how much and what can Ancelotti change compared to last season when most of the players remain the same and don't get any younger? The analysis isn't easy this time because I am not sure what Real Madrid's issue was. Was it the players in general and do they need new players? Or do existing players just have to perform better and everything is ok? Bringing in Mbappe is good for any team regardless of the issues they have. There is no team Mbappe wouldn't improve, but what is their most pressing issue?
Carlo Ancelotti knows what the team needs, Real Madrid last season didn't make much of an overhaul of the team because they believed their squad was good but last season it didn't live up to expectations so they had to improve, many Real Madrid players are old and need regeneration and Carlo Ancelotti has been doing this since last season, they brought in a lot of potential young players to fill the void, that's the right move I think.

Carlo Ancelotti has made many changes to Real Madrid, which used to waste a lot of money to buy star players whose performance was not guaranteed, but now everything has changed, many young players have been recruited by Real Madrid and it proved successful last season with some of their young players potential.
591  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as a newbie? on: June 30, 2023, 07:59:48 AM
It is better to avoid trading instead of doing it with wrong way. With wrong way, you may benefited for temporary but sooner or later, your fund will be vanished. Trading means, you have to build strong relationship with market and hold yourself for long term with that environment. if you can learn how to exist, then you will make profit automatically. but for that you have to learn first lest or you should lost everything for one wrong move
For trading you have to adapt yourself to the crypto market all the time. If you are new then if you want to trade in new condition then you have to start trading with good understanding about trading. If you want to trade without knowing about trading then your money will be at risk.  .If you trade properly there is a lot of profit potential. There is a high chance of losing money due to a few mistakes. So I think we have to start trading after having a good idea about the trade otherwise we will face a lot of problems.
Correctly adjusting to the crypto market is so important and it must be done,
trading is basically full of risks so it needs a lot of preparation before starting to trade,
Besides knowledge, I think skills and risk management are also important.
All of that is combined in one, namely knowledge and in my opinion the most important thing is experience, as a beginner there are many trials that must be passed but if you continue to do it seriously and consistently then success is likely to accompany you.
All traders who have been successful at this time must have gone through a lot to get them to this point.

What must always be remembered is that trading Crypto has a very large risk, as well as the possibility of large profits as well so that it is possible for beginners to experience everything, that needs to be known and must be minimized.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 30, 2023, 07:21:17 AM

You are right, Inter is the most serious team to bring Lukaku they make every effort to get this player we don't know what the reason but maybe because Inter has no other choice and Lukaku is considered cheap and can be relied on. The rumors are Inter ready to release 6 players in order to secure Lukaku so we can imagine how important Lukaku for Inter even though the performance wasn't very good last season.
Inter need Lukaku up front. and last season Lukaku played quite well with the team. that is the reason why Inter are after Lukaku who was previously on loan. moreover Inter also lost several players in their main squad. so Inter must quickly finalize Lukaku's transfer which has been hampered by price negotiations with Chelsea. even with the addition of several players offered by Inter, it might still not be what Chelsea hopes for.
Lukaku himself refuses to play at an Arab club that is willing to pay dearly. and emphasized that he wanted to play for Inter Milan. I think Inter can do their best to bring Lukaku back.
I don't think so, in fact last season Lukaku's performance was not that good with Inter Milan and now Lukaku's loan status is still confusing and Inter Milan also has a new striker and that is a sign that the Inter Milan team doesn't really want Lukaku anymore.
But the player still wants to play in the Inter Milan team because only in this team can he develop like a few seasons ago so he turned down a big offer from the Saudi Arabian team.
593  Economy / Economics / Re: Landed properties is the best investment on: June 30, 2023, 06:45:51 AM
Landed properties can be a good investment. Configuring of which is the best investment would depends on your personal financial goals and circumstances. Investing in landed properties is potential for a long term appreciation in value. With a land you can generate rental income from owning a landed property which can provide a steady passive income. But of course landed properties comes also with some risks and challenges like it requires ongoing maintenance which can be costly and time consuming.

This depends because in renting only land, unless there are buildings or houses there, it will need maintenance, but it is still profitable because you are earning passively. There are also others renting your land for farmers to plant crops, which is really the passive one as you aren't doing anything except paying tax on it because the farmer is the one taking care of your land. Land property is really great for passive income, as long as there are people who want to rent it.
That's right and even if no one wants to rent it it will also be profitable for the future because the value of the land itself will not decrease but will be the opposite.
As for maintenance costs, I don't think it's too high and it can't be a problem, it's just that time is running out, but it's quite worth it with the price increasing every year.

I have owned vacant land for several years, without anyone renting and also not doing anything but lately I heard that the price of land in that place has increased even quite drastically compared to a few years ago, I'm sure it will increase even more in the future so I'm still refrain from selling it, I think that's a real advantage.
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 30, 2023, 06:17:25 AM
There is finally an agreement for Mason Mount between the Red Devils and Chelsea. It must be good news for Chelsea as well considering that they were already prepared to sell him for the amount they would like. 60 million pounds is a really great amount for him and Chelsea can use this money for a solid transfer of them this summer.

They have sold Havertz for quite a high amount of money as well as you know. All of these departures shouldn't be for nothing. Boehly and Pochettino should be able to take the right steps in the transfer market. Because there is a big hole to fix in the team. Transfers are the starting point to deal with their problems.

Yes finally Manchester United will get their first target player and Chelsea made the right decision because Mason Mount contracts will end in 2024
Of course Chelsea don't want Mason Mount to go for free while he is a talented young player of course many teams want it. On the other hand Chelsea began to find a replacement for Mount, one of which was Gabri Veiga from Celta de Vigo, so Chelsea are looking for a cheaper one?
Manchester United did a great job in signing Mount and Chelsea must now reconsider their full squad after selling several players. It's logical that Chelsea should sell Mount in the season to make a profit instead of him leaving as a free agent. Gabri Veiga was a pretty good player so far last season when he was with Celta Vigo and his performances attracted the attention of Real Madrid at that time, but over time his performances have also been unstable so it seems that Real Madrid are no longer interested in him. I think Chelsea should weigh their options for Gabri Veiga because he is 28 years old and maybe his time is running out soon even though he has a cheap transfer fee.
Chelsea and Manchester United are very active in overhauling their squad for next season, but I see Manchester United continuing to progress better while Chelsea is the opposite, they have sold a lot of important pillars in their team.
Mason Mount is a young player with great potential and I think Manchester United are very lucky to get him, at the age of 24 it is possible for this player to contribute big and long to the team and can even be a good investment in the future.

Gabri Veiga is also a good player and still young but the transfer is still confusing at the moment because many teams are also fighting for the services of the 21 year old player, it seems a bit difficult for Chelsea to get him.
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 30, 2023, 05:53:41 AM
At the age of 32 years it seems that it will be difficult for De Gea to find a new club I mean the club at the same level as Manchester United
He was approaching retirement while there are more young goalkeepers who are ready to replace him it will be difficult for him to compete
I also heard that one of the teams from the Saudi League was interested in contracting De Gea but this rumors cannot be confirmed.
Manchester United will not wait any longer, having previously contacted Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana because to uncertainty about David de Gea's future at the club. Saudi Arabia clubs have yet to make a bid for David de Gea, who is 32 years old and already an experienced player who requires backup since he may fail to dazzle in all games, and in other games he may make blunders that cost them a goal. David de Gea is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, and it would be unfortunate if he exits Old Trafford this summer. After all, the Spaniard has accomplished a lot with Manchester United.
Well, I think you're right, for him to win POTY for 3 straight years speaks how good he's done and was rewarded with huge pay. But, we have to move past records but performance now. He can stay as 2nd goalie if he wants to else Saudi calls. Then again, a modern and competitive goalkeeper is needed urgently and that does not depend on whether he stays or go. The vaccum is there in his presence.
Being a second goalkeeper is not a good option for De Gea, he is one of the best goalkeepers and at the moment his performance is still very good and in my opinion a mistake has been made by Manchester United if they don't keep him as the main goalkeeper, he is still 32 years old and for a goalkeeper It's not that old and also we can see De Gea's quality is still very good so far, it's a bit of a surprise for me when Manchester United are focused on finding a replacement.

And in my opinion, for De Gea it will not be difficult to find another team, there are very many other teams who still want him. If he wants to not be paid as high as he is currently with Manchester United, it is possible for him to be able to find a new team, even other top European teams.
596  Economy / Economics / Re: Is poverty a lack of money? on: June 30, 2023, 05:26:51 AM
Indeed, money is not everything, but everything needs money, so it is impossible to live without money,
I think we have to be realistic and think that being without money is weird,
we live in an era where buying and selling requires money, not in ancient times which used the exchange method.
Money is indeed the benchmark for everything at this time and it is true that we will be considered poor if we do not have money.
So it's only natural that at this time everyone is flocking to make as much money as possible, that is in general, even though I'm sure there are corners in this world that don't need money, they only live from natural products without any transactions.
597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 29, 2023, 05:22:14 PM

Luka Modric has held the position of real Madrid's midfielder for a while now, so it is good that real Madrid extended his contract. However, I think after the 2023/2024 season he won't want to extend his contract with real Madrid any longer because being in a team for a while without achieving more from another team is not something that makes sense.
Like other excellent players, it will be beneficial for Luka Modric to complete his career after playing in Saudi Arabia, and I think the Saudis would love to have him play for them.
Real Madrid still have faith in the 38-year-old midfielder and have extended his contract with confidence, meaning Real Madrid are still quite happy with his performances. I won't say now that 2023-24 season will be the last season for Luca Madrid because if he can do well in 23-24 season then Real Madrid can extend his contract. Luca Madris is behind only in terms of age but his performance is the same as before. He still makes a lot of impact for the team to win.
It is undeniable that the age factor greatly influences Luka Modric's performance and it has been seen from last season that he cannot make the maximum contribution anymore, but Real Madrid still really needs this senior player to be able to guide and give birth to a new generation and now it is slowly has started to show and the Real madrid team are aware of this because it is no longer possible for them to expect much from Luka Modric so they must immediately find a replacement.
In my opinion, the extension of Luka Modric's contract is inseparable from Real Madrid's desire to keep senior players in order to be able to guide young players so they can mature and replace them as soon as possible, that's a good step in my opinion.
598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 29, 2023, 04:35:38 PM
Yes, it seems quite funny when someone says Serie A is boring because Napoli won the Scudetto. While in reality, they always hope to get a different team in winning the Scudetto every season. Although indeed, Napoli's achievements were fairly smooth because there was no competition for the Scudetto but still, this achievement also shows that Napoli was able to dominate Serie A last season. Therefore, it doesn't feel right to say that Napoli's scudetto achievement was boring. Because for me, the achievement is still good and interesting because we get a different team every season in winning the Scudetto after Juventus' domination has stopped.
That's true and last season was the most fierce season in Serie A in my opinion even though the competition for the Scudetto was not that fierce because Napoli are very comfortable at the top of the table without any interference from other teams but it must also be seen that the Serie A teams have recovered much better in last season and it can be seen that a very fierce competition took place at the top to fight for tickets to Europe and also the Serie A teams were able to compete fiercely on the European stage even though they could not become champions but it proved that the Serie A teams had risen much better as well as competition in Serie A I think last season was much more competitive and it is possible that it will happen again for next season.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 29, 2023, 04:04:12 PM
I really like Havertz and think he'll be great in this Arsenal team.
Transfer after transfer Chelsea keeps making even less sense, their midfield and striker options are horrible.

People might think 'OK, they will buy a few players' - sure, they might. But they cannot bring quality players without CL football so I don't expect them to fill these spots (Havertz, Kovačić) with better players.

Yeah, Kai Harvertz for Arsenal would be great, when I watch him play, who I really see is Mesut Ozil, They lacked strength but they're really both technically smart and tactically ready especially during big games. I don't really know Mikel Arteta's plans for the new season, but I'm sure they'll make a gream combo from Declan, Kai and Odengaard.

Chelsea has lots of players to replace, Brighton Caicedo would be a good replacement for Ngolo Kante. With Mason Mount wanting to move, still not certain though they ain't have agreement ( Chelsea and Manchester United ) Plus replacement for Kovacic and Kai is something that can't be replaced this season, they'll struggle if you ask me. They've not made good signatures after all the push outs of these players. The start of the season would be a bumby one, if they don't get quality midfielder's to support Enzo Fernandez.
Chelsea sold a lot of players and that proves that this team is making a very big overhaul for next season but I don't know and am a bit pessimistic that it will be much better because of the many talented and good quality players they are selling at the moment.
Harvertz is a young player with great potential, I am also a little surprised that Chelsea will let him go following Ngolo Kante who will also leave for the Arab league so it is certain that Chelsea's game will change drastically for next season, the big changes made by this team are few risky in my opinion.

And regarding Harvertz who will join Arsenal, of course this will be very good for the player to improve his career because the Arsenal team is currently very good and growing, thus allowing the player to have a much better career with a good team.
600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 29, 2023, 03:22:32 PM
Chelsea need to be much more active in the transfer market now. They even need to be the most active team among the top teams of the league. Because they have parted ways with many players in this transfer window. They will need to replace them with solid alternatives as soon as possible. They are in a rebuilding process in short.

Pochettino has a big responsibility to carry this team to the place where they need to be. Chelsea wouldn't target the league title for now of course. The first step will be to finish a season in top 4. They still need time to be able to fight for bigger goals after leaving a poor season behind.

Chelsea is selling players to make sure the roster is flawless for the upcoming season, but my advise to Chelsea is to check everything out thoroughly to avoid making any mistakes by selling a player they'll later regret. The squad should only concentrate on being in a better position so they can perform in the champions league; it will be beneficial if Chelsea doesn't compete for any titles next season.
Although selling players can help the team, and I think Chelsea has many players they can offload while still having money left over to invest in new, talented players, I would also advise Chelsea to replace the sold players with new ones who are capable of playing at a high level more than those who will compete in the 2022–2023 season.
The remaining players are the players the coach wants regardless of whether these players still have potential or not, if you look at the players currently owned by Chelsea, almost all of them are good but that doesn't mean they fit the coach's criteria.
There are a lot of things that must be fixed in the Chelsea team after they slumped last season but what must be remembered is that it is a big risk when rotating many players and if it doesn't match expectations it will be increasingly difficult for the Chelsea team to be able to develop again, but whether they want it or not have to do it for next season to be even better.
