I personally not exactly. I also invest in some coins with low rank in the CMC. However, I always see their token ell and buy. The big volume can also make the coins better to get the profits. When the tokens are already listed on the exchanges, actually the team cannot control the coin prices maximally. It will depend on how the market situation. For now, I only buy the top 50 altcoins based on the ranks on Coinmarketcap. I am doubt to buy altcoins with no popularity or new one with the current market condition. I will consider to buy not 100 altcoins when the bullrun coming only.     

It is quite difficult to find a website that review an ICO with the truthful facts. I think investors will be interested to join if there is a potential profits in the ICO project. So, don't worry to tell the truth, but you also need to provide a potential and quality ICO for the main reason to make investors joining.

Your idea to regulate ICOs is interesting. But the question are (1.) Who will regulate it? (2.) Is the regulation applicable?. I support your idea, but it seems we need to think deeply about the questions.    

You're right,. Many bounty hunters are afraid and worried about this thing because sometimes the cheater uses their account an data to get rewards in the same projects. However, if you find so, please report soon to the Bounty Manager and they will be removed from the lists. I think it is difficult to stop the cheaters or scammers because they are unpredictable. However, I'm sure that the BM will have special treatment to make it true as the KYC process.

I think that ICOs are not dying off. We should be aware that those kinds of news will make us worried and afraid to invest in such ICOs or projects. However, ICO is still legit although there are some scams. that is why, we must be more aware, careful, and also smarte to choose the right ICO projects. SO, it will minimize the failed ICOs.

Ethereum always becomes the warm topic to discus. To take  it for the future investment, it will depend on how you are brave to take the risks. As we know that Ethereum is a very promising coin. It offers specific platform that is used by many coins exchange. However,I cannot also predict what will happen to the ethereum in the future. Especially after this down market in that coin. However, once more, ETH is very worthy and I believe this coin can grow again for the better value and price.

Indeed. Learning in whatever the matter is the basic activity to be done to get the knowledge, ability, skill, and also experience. After we know more about crypto, chance, profits, and risks, we can decide what we will do after learning. Most of us of course will hope earning. We can find out the big volume of trading in theBinance. More important is that every investor wants that the tokens or coins from project can be listed in the Binance, This is every trusted exchange.

If you buy on the higher price, of course the answer will be HODL. If you don't really need the cash, just HOLD them. Selling the coins when the market is down and very very dropped will be only leading us to lose our money. if your aim in crypto is for losing or spending money, it is up to you to sell them. But, if you want to invest and make profits, be patient to decide the right time to sell the coins, but not now in the down market with the lower price.

i don't think so. bitcoin is the father of cryptocurrency. this is the most trusted crypto in the world. the usage is accepted in some companies as the payment method. as the technology and its advances, yeah probably the altcoins can compete with the btc, but seen from the value, bts has higher than them.
