5801  Economy / Speculation / Re: The decline has slowed down, the bears are still dominant on: February 13, 2019, 03:53:15 PM

its not slowed down but the declined literally slowed down the crypto's progress .  instead of dreaming that crypto can easily reach another new ath they now need to recover again first . that sucks but there's nothing we can do about this matter aside from speculating and doing our own business  .

just an update :  declines are now slowly diminishing since earlier today  .  i am now seeing greens  . this is good because this can be a sign of an incoming pump . what do ya think  guys  ?
We all are hopping and having good expectation that the market will recover very soon. We need to continue holding and do not try to sell in such a low market. i hope all the frustration will come to an end once bitcoin price reach to 8000$ and above. Most of the investors still managed to hold their coins and wait for the bullish run of the market.
5802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you expect Bitcoin to "settle" once the market is mature? on: February 13, 2019, 09:03:53 AM
Eventually if bitcoin is adopted by the world its volatility will tick way down and it's market will mature. Look at gold it is fairly settled between in the 1200 - 1400 range for the past about 6 years now. Where do you think that point is for Bitcoin? Not saying it won't occasionally have big movements, but outside of some big economic event that causes a big price movement where do you think it will settle?

I'm thinking in the $300k/$400k range.
At the moment I don't think can get exact range for Bitcoin since is existence cannot in any way be compared with that of gold. In my opinion, what you speculated is on the high side which I don't think Bitcoin will reach such value in decade to come. Be that at it may, bitcoin will will not settle below $3,000 if all things remain equal.
I hope bitcoin price is not going below 3000$, bitcoin price is already trading in such a low price and we can see that at 3500$ the bitcoin price has got a lot of support, now we can only expect that bitcoin price will now start increasing and hopefully very soon bitcoin price will reach back to 20k.
5803  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: February 13, 2019, 07:37:05 AM
No one, platforms/groups or whatsoever controls cryptocurrency. Like you said, it is decentralized and not controlled by anyone.
The only thing is that price can be easily manipulated by what we know as the whales (big investors). They have a lot of money and can invest a huge amount of money at once to push the market up. When the price goes up and people starts to withdraw, it then begins to go down.
5804  Economy / Economics / Re: The dollar affects Bitcoin? on: February 12, 2019, 08:47:11 PM
I believe in some ways it does, but I can’t really explain how this can happen. Everyone finds it difficult to explain what really triggers the price of Bitcoin to go either up or down, but the popular explanation they use is that the supply of Bitcoin and the market demand for it is what makes the price to go either up or down. Yes that is true, but there is still more to what makes the price to be that way.
5805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: February 12, 2019, 04:48:34 PM
It's better to make sure that your money is on the right side not just with the new ones that you can't be sure with if they have good intentions or bad intentions to make with their business.
Yes, long running casinos would be the first and easy choice for many gamblers here. Because, sticking with known house will eliminate lots of hassles obviously. When we try new gambling house, we must be prepared to face anything like they may go for asking KYC or may go for delaying withdraw for hours to day by stating "need to investigate our gambling history" like that. By considering the support from this community, I guess old and trusted casino must be the right choice for any level of gambler.

I say that there are new competitors but it's hard for them to market themselves because of the competition.
Yes, there will be no doubt that a high competition is there. It requires a lot of hard work for a new casino to increase their clients.  To me I personally always like to continue gambling with my old and most trusted casino, in face I never want put my money in risk. I would like to continue playing gambling in casino where I have fully trust and my money is more safer there.
5806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON vs EOS on: February 12, 2019, 03:53:24 AM
I don’t see any much difference between the two coins, both aims to achieve the same goal and they use similar tools. But if I’m to choose one out of the two, I think I will go for TRON, reason being that it does its job better than EOS I think.

Take for example when both were launching their MainNets, TRX did the job better, while EOS faced a lot of criticism for a job not well done, as it experiences big bugs. So I’m choosing Tron over EOS cause I believe they do better than EOS.
5807  Economy / Speculation / Re: How news influence the market. on: February 11, 2019, 07:28:16 PM
I don’t really know how far news can influence the market. But based on what I have seen, I don’t think they influence the market that much. If they really influence the market, then I have seen a lot of news saying that the market price will rise, if that is so, then why haven’t the market begin on a journey to the top ?

So it doesn’t work like that, I think the price will go up anytime it is supposed to go up and same thing whenever it will go down.
5808  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Launching a Marketplace - What to lookout for? on: February 11, 2019, 06:55:35 PM
So the purpose for this project is to create a platform or marketplace (as you said) where instructors and students can interact without institutional costs.

Okay, but if I’m right… students are still going to pay instructors for the services right ? Uhhm… that’s quite good, I’ve seen a lot of platforms like that, where people teach students online and get paid for it, but I’m guessing when it comes to yours they will be making payments in cryptocurrency. Like how many people do you think will be ready for that ?
5809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scammers, Sell your uploaded KYC ID documents, adress for a lot of money. on: February 11, 2019, 06:29:42 PM
That’s not a new thing, people has been doing that before this one. There are some sites you will give your information and they will be selling it online, trust me a lot of sites does that and you might be aware of it.

There are sometimes you start getting emails from unknown senders (including those mails in your spam section) that’s because your information was given out to them. You can’t tell me they did magic to get it, that’s because you have your info to the wrong site and they are now selling it. Never trust anyone these days.
5810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic on some hodler and sellers on: February 10, 2019, 06:28:13 PM
There is always bad and good news at all times, so I don’t think that is the reason why the crypto market is down. Even when the bull run comes, you will still see a lot of people who will be carrying bad news around, same thing as when there is bear. But I don’t think those things have any effect. It’s all about buying and selling, when the rate of demand is low, the price starts to decrease.

There are big investors and whenever they withdraw or invest money it will always have big influence in the market. They are mainly the ones that control the market.
5811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Alt teams have abondened their projects! on: February 10, 2019, 04:26:39 PM
Lol, there are thousands of alt’s in the market this day and there are still lots of them being created daily.
Hence, what do you expect? You should know by now that lots of them are just scammers who are looking for those who will fall victim of their traps. Sometimes it’s best to stay with what’s popular than going for what’s new, cause the new ones will often disappoint you. Although I do know that there are still a lot of good alts out there, but the bad ones are making people believe that everything is BS.
5812  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Now Officially In Its Longest Bear Market Ever on: February 09, 2019, 08:06:24 PM
The sad part is when bitcoin goes up like it did today there is never a talk about "bull run" because to be honest we know just because price went up to 3600 or something we are not going to see it go to $10k right away neither. However when it drops to 3400 or something people react like it will go down to 2000 right away.

Why is it easier to make people believe bitcoin will go down a lot and its very hard to show them the obvious reason why bitcoin will go up in the long term no matter what happens ?

Why is it easy for people to believe a bad thing will happen but they have hard time believing a good thing may happen? Are we so desperate now, are we that much of a financial ruin that we do not hope for good things anymore? Did we already gave up our hope to have a decent economy in the world and see everything as a bad potential instead.

5816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites have 0% house edge? on: December 29, 2018, 12:57:27 PM
Why anyone need to run a gambling site when they don't have any profits from it,I don't this is there any casino with zero percent houce edge.
You know some gambling sites are having zero house edge but they are using their own coin/broken as the base currency for their gambling activities. It means in those zero house edge based a gambling site, you cannot use bitcoin or any other crypto nor fiats for your gambling. First you must need to convert your cryptos into their house specific coin/token so that you will be all set to start gambling with them.

When you are gambling with their house specific coin, it is possible for them to provide you zero house edge based gambling services. They are making profits by selling their coins/tokens.
5817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is the best Auto-Bot Dice strategy? on: December 29, 2018, 12:25:23 PM
I believe martingale strategy is the only most suitable strategy for dice gambling. I have tried many variations in martingale strategy to make profits with automated way of dice gambling but none of them had produced any profitable results in my numerous attempts.

Many gamblers are sharing like we should never go for automated way of dicing as it is a quick way of losing your bankroll rather than playing same kind of strategies in manual dicing is profitable in many occasions.
5818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency would you engage to gamble in? on: December 29, 2018, 10:04:27 AM
I wouldn't gamble using BTC because it might take up to an hour for confirmation. I would prefer something that's much faster such as XRP or DGB.

some gambling sites nowadays offers instant deposits with zero confirmation at all and i guess even if you use btc , the process can go faster but you must also be aware that btc transaction is dependent on the fee that you put in   .   the higher the fee is equals to faster transacting time   and i belive this is also applicable to altcoins    , therfor you cant trully say that altcoins is more faster than in btc  .

in my case i will use btc in crypto gambling because this is the only one i got  but if ever the site accepts other payment methods such as paypal or cc's  , why not  ?
Which gambling site is accepting bitcoin deposits with zero confirmation ? It is a news for me because as far as I have learned accepting bitcoin deposits with the no confirmations will lead to disasters later on as double spending will lead to bankruptcy of that gambling house.  I'm really curious to know which gambling site is doing so.

Even bitcoin transactions are taking up to 10 minutes of time for first confirmation, I'm always preferring to gamble with bitcoin alone because I got practiced my gambling with BTC values alone and no other crypto coins are not giving similar excitement from my gambling.
5819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: December 29, 2018, 08:44:09 AM
Gambling is very risky for everyone including the pro gambler and you know you cannot win in gambling except you have luck. I agree nobody can win in gambling in a day long because the luck will not happen in many times and luck will only come to you in one or two times, so you need to realize.
Yes, luck will come and go and we cannot do anything about that. In this way there will be no differences if you gamble a full day or few hours. We need to understand that gambling is just a game of uncertainty and randomization hence we cannot expect only one result all the times.

Results will vary every day and we need to accept that and need to move on. If you get frustration on your unexpected results then that will lead to psychological problems.
5820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: December 29, 2018, 08:14:12 AM
Whenever something provides you with an earning access, it easily attracts the common people. Same is with gambling, people keep on gambling to earn and the earning through gambling is easy to be earned compared to other forms of earning. Here users with limitations and pro gamblers succeed earning big while majority fails.
I agree most of the people are going for gambling just for the reason of there will be some possibility to make some quick and easy money. If money is not at all involved with gambling then I believe no one will be preferring to play with it. Money making must be the key reason for gambling for 99% of gamblers. The rest of the gamblers are going for gambling because they are having excess money to spend.
