5801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you learn from your gambling mistakes? on: November 09, 2017, 02:34:46 AM
The biggest mistake I have learned from gambling was that Gambling it self is a mistake when you get into it you will just start betting your money in higher amounts and in the end you will lose your money so gambling is a mistake that I have learned so far.

It seems you haven't quite learned that much yet. The situation ypu have doesn't always happem to experienced gamblers. You can gamble with caution and be responsible with it. Though i'm not a huge fan, gambling the right and responsible way can save you big losses
5802  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: November 09, 2017, 02:32:13 AM
I believe both of them are risky because you will bet your money with something that you are not sure about winning. The only difference is that in gambling if you lose you lose in trading if you are on lose and you do not sell your holdings then you still got the chance to wait for your money to come back to its value.
I still haven't found something known as skill based gambling. If we are needed to compare the address in both of these choices thus simply what I can say is that they are equally risky.

Trading doesn't require practice and the things to improve with time but gambling is all about luck and we could not change the scenario just with the passage of time by polishing our skills. In my opinion only sports betting is something that really offers definite winning if you have been into this since quite a long time.
lol it's not , here the simplest example you wager 1 bitcoin in trading in the worst scenario the price dropped 40% , means you only lost 0.4 bitcoin. and now when you wager 1 bitcoin on a game like blackjack the worst scenario you lost and it's the whole 1 bitcoin! that's clear enough for you to understand that trading and gambling has not an equal risk? i hope you get educated with this  Wink .

Blackjack is by far not a skill based gambling game though. Of course if you base it from luck based gambling games like blackjack, the difference would be large. Skill based gambling though like poker and sports bet aren't like that because the preparations and experience you have will highly affect the outcome, so its quite similar to trading.
5803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I start gambling site? on: November 09, 2017, 02:28:43 AM
GAmbling needs big capital coz it was not only the site but the operation expenses, what if at the start of operation winners are indeed.where will you be getting the pay outs.and instead of capitalizing gambling.why not use it for trading and investing.500usd is enough to start small investment

Not everyone can make from trading with $500 or more because it all needs a lot of knowledge to succeed. If you don't have that knowledge then you will lose those $500 very easily over the time. Gambling site needs a money and also good staff members to maintain the site and should have a good skill about marketing your site and finally should provide a good support to players. All these things not so easy to implement correctly.

Right and you also nerd to have good advertising to attract players. It's easier i think to start an actual gambling casino than a site. Well it would start small of course but you can build up from there. Problem is i think more people right now prefer online gambling
5804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: November 09, 2017, 02:25:51 AM
Yes because compared to all the game in casino or online, slot games are the less stressful game that I acually enjoy. You are just like a child playing with colorful images.

It all depends on individual players because I don't like slot games at all. I think even dice game also not a stressful game because whatever settings you do no guaranty that you will win so just play with some settings to enjoy free time. I will get bored of slot games very fast so I don't like those games.

Less stressful because you're basically just going to stare at those lights and hope to get a good combination. Don't you get bored when you play slots? Cheesy
5805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: November 08, 2017, 03:45:24 PM
if you use bitcoins just as it is then you can go and gamble without even trying to see what the current price of bitcoins are. But the problem is we are not all early adopters that have thousands of bitcoins in their possession. Most of us are just playing with a few dollars and if that is the case then we would really need to consider how much are bitcoins at the time we are playing.
No, I do not think both of the scenarios are same. Bitcoin price volatility has serious impact on the gambling habits indeed but there are some exceptions too such as the addict people who never care about the level of losses and all they want is to gamble no matter the price is $250 or has increased up to a present value of $7,000.

As for me I have stopped taking risk at all and never use Bitcoins for the sake of gambling in present because taking such a huge risk is not a phenomenon thing at all.

Well perhaps that's because you're also thinking about the fiat value of what you're gambling with. There are people who doesn't even think about the equivalent value and is specifically focused on bitcoin gambling.
5806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting Recomendation on: November 08, 2017, 03:42:31 PM
Hello,

Here is my list of demands for sports betting site listed from most important to less important:
Reliable
ETH deposits/withdrawals
Possible betting on European sports. Most importantly soccer.
No need for kyc
Fast Withdrawals

Is something out there that ticks all the boxes? I like nitrogen sports but the don't allow for ETH deposits/withdrawal.

I do not know if there is sports betting site can used eth for betting, much better to echange that into btc and lots of gambling/sports betting site accepting bitcoin with fast deposit and withdrawals. Also they are more proven and tested site that is why i recommwnd to used bitcoin than ethereum in sports betting site.

Well eth is quite widely used already though it isn't as popular as bitcoin. Though personally i wouldn't mind if a gambling site doesn't suppport etherium. I think betcoin already accepts etc even lite and ripple.
5807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: November 08, 2017, 03:39:25 PM
When I win, I feel I want more of it and I think I can much more. That is the critical situation that I hate  because my greed is controlling me instead of stopping and taking home the profit.

That thing doesn't happen to a few. Many if not most, have the same feeling as yours. There was a point in my life that i had the same sentiment. Winning made me feel invincible so i gamble until i lose everything i've won. Common beginner's mistake really
5808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: November 08, 2017, 03:36:25 PM
Yes you have only two choices its either you lose or you win. But if you lack skills and knowledge about that certain gambling you will lose a lot. So it is better for you to gamble if you the skills to win every game so that you can gain more profit.
To be honest, not much gamlers have more win than lose. Even with gamblers have more win than lose , their profit still was minus. Because the amount on bet of them are not the same. Usually big lose and small win. So the most important thing in gambling is win big and lose small.

I agree. I don't see the reasoning behind many gamblers who still prefer to risk their hard earned money even when they're not getting good results. You're right that for most gamblers, the ratio of win/loss isn't even 50/50. Losing is more likely to happen to someone than winning

Some people go back to earn easy money to gambling because they still believe that their new methods may work for them become rich.

New methods most of the time end with the same results. Its just in a gamblers mindset often caused by their stubborness to accept tbar gambling results can't be controlled.
5809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 08, 2017, 03:27:41 PM
Cavaliers vs Hawks
FINAL (117-115)

LeBron James: 26 points, 13 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks,
Dwyane Wade: 25 points, 11 rebounds , 6 assists, 1 block
Kyle Korver: 23 points, 5 rebounds, 1 block

What a very close game and Dwayne Wade this showcased himself but that's not enough as these poor guys lost to their home court. I can feel the pain every time watching a team losses with their opponents at their very own comfort. Too bad for them with the start of the season and this type of games are alarming since the beginning is already over and this is the real deal in the middle of the league.
They will eventually figure out how to be consistent, the only problem is the chemistry and once it's sorted out, the cavaliers will win every game.
Now that they have more loses they will surely analyze their mistakes and improve it the following games but for me as a bettor I would still not gonna bet on the cavaliers until such time I will see them back to the winning track again.

I guess the chemistry is the big problem of them now and it's between Wade and with other teammates but not with Lebron. It will be built later on so still they are on the process of still getting with each other or they are truly having difficulty with this season? It's a wake up call for a team when they are losing consecutively or if not they have higher percentage of lose rather than winning.

The missing link is the main point guard.

Yes, Isaiah Thomas must be the playmaker. Lebron James can adapt the position, no doubt about that since he entered the league, but doing that always will just give Lebron another tasks instead of focusing on his natural position where he can get more productions.

The progress for IT is closed to recovery now but just for sure, Cavaliers will not gamble his health just to save their record. Also, even they will still experienced lots of losses in their upcoming games, they just need to secure playoffs spot even at 8th position although I don't think that will happened. Cavaliers is different when playing at playoffs so even they will have a bad record today, it will be back 0-0 once playoffs started.

While it's still too early in the season to worry about it, at this point the Cavs front office should be considering of getting another legitimate backup playmaker. Wade isn't as good as he was like back then playing for Miami.

Lol. Another back up playmaker? As if their current playmakers aren't enough. Just wait for isaiah to recover and then lets see from there. As you've said, it's still too early in the season. It seems the celtics got the better end of the deal lol
5810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How did you started to gamble? What was your beginning like? on: November 08, 2017, 03:22:53 PM
Hi guys!
Gambling is nearly as old as the humanity itself. What was your way to start gambling?
How did it go? How long have you been gambling? Have you ever stopped for a while? Do you see any future in gambling?
Let others know and share your stories! Wink

My first gambling experience is like I'm gonna won a million. That feeling when you are about to bet is like I'm being so confident that I will won. I have my usual numbers to bet. My somewhat favorite number combo. And then I started to bet. The result is not good. Well that was my first loss in gambling. I want to win it back so I bet again. I still didn't win. It was too risky but I enjoyed it. Its like a play of contentment and chances.
It seems that you had quite an interesting experience as we all are talking about over first feeling when we actually used over money to gamble or to bet. There are very few people who actually make out a real success when they gamble for the very first time but losing whatever you had but really doesn't make you feel bad enough to quit.

The whole feeling is quite the joy because it is someone a mixture of confidence and dissatisfaction as well .It really does not make any difference whatever the results are you always feel it as if you would like to gamble again.
In very beginning every one have the same feeling that they can make a good money in a short period. It is really interesting that in very beginning most of the people remain as lucky and make money, which also give me more hope to become millionaire in a short period of time. but with the passaging of time as he continue gambling his bad luck started and then he realize the fact about gambling.

Yeah reality will hit you almost the same time as you make your first bet. Most of the time people's confidence about winning is shortlived and you become aware that losing is a bigger probability than winning. Most first timers go through this all the time
5811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet? on: November 08, 2017, 03:20:02 PM
there's no tricks in gambling it's all about luck and timing if you're lucky enough you're going home with a full of money but if todays not your day sorry better luck next time because you're just giving away your money if you're not luck enough. The most easiest gambling that you can won is sports betting.
Yes, there are no any tricks to win gambling without any luck actually I have been through this experience at first I thought that I can use some of the tricks to let the things in my favor but I ended up losing all I had from that time I have learnt that you can only win if you are lucky. The simplest thing is that if the luck is not by your side then no amount of attempts and retakes can help you to win the money.

Thanks buddy for sharing you experience so i now realized that there is no proved way to win gambling but i understand that experience in gambling will help us in the amount of betting and when to stop the bet because if we try to chase our loss it will get more worse we might lose all of our money.

If you've gambled long enough, you don't need other people's experiences to know that there are few tricks at best that works and that doesn't work for everyone also. Forget about figuring gambling out because you can't and you won't
5812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler destroyed on: November 08, 2017, 03:17:06 PM
Op who said they already know how to outsmart gambling sites wants to sell his strategy. Why would you sell it if you'll be crazy rich because of your technique? Doesn't make sense right? because it is really not working  for sure.

This is very common idea which OP though would yield some income to him. If its giving him profits one will normally make it and not reveal it. Reason is unknown why anybody would be doing unless he wants to have more money and gamble it or is in debt etc due to which he requires money else there should not be reason for him to sell his stratergy.

If he has really reliable strategy then sure he has a right to sell it, it is his choice to sell it or tell to others without money. Well, it is not a issue, he spend his a lot of time then of course he search it then he has a right to sell his strategy and earn from it, I consider it a way of earning and it is a good and suitable way especially for gamblers.

Lol. What works for opay not work for others because they have different mindset and this different ways to tackle a decision. You'd likely be wasting money paying for other people's strategy that may not work for you
5813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: November 08, 2017, 03:14:39 PM
It will depend on each character. If a person has enough money,  he or she will not gamble to get money,  but just for fun. Otherwise  if a person doesn't have money,  then he or she may choose gambling in order to get much money quickly and easily.
I don't understand this logic:
Poor people are gambling for for profit and rich for fun, it doesn't make any sense.
A month ago I saw someone placed 18BTC on dice and lost bet.
Well, 130000$ on a single bet doesn't sound like it was for fun and certainly doesn't sound like someone who doesn't have money.

Right. Considering that a person who's poor would have a hard time just making ends meet, i don't think it's logical for them to gamble in the first place. Gambling would be a very foolish option to make money.
5814  Economy / Economics / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A NASTY DIVORCE AND A FAT BTC WALLET? on: November 08, 2017, 02:33:58 PM
That depends on what kind of person you are. Are you the type of person who's honest and does the right thing? Or are you the type of person who lies and cheats their way through life with little care for others?

Surely you are referring to the woman who has done nothing to deserve stealing half the man’s work. That is institutionalized cheating. And it is destroying the West.
Exactly I think there must be rules legislated in this regard. Like you said, this is seriously a non-justice act. You are working day and night to gather such huge money and then a women comes and she ask for half amount. You can’t provide and then buy rule she become a deserving girl who makes you loss. Still, there is always a choice that can make you think wise.

Well legally, i don't think your fat btc wallet can be considered as conjugal. Though its a bit complicated really since you have to be completely honest with your wife. Just change your catch phrases and passwords if case you go separate ways
5815  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's make Bitcoin's Price Higher on: November 08, 2017, 02:15:14 PM
I just wonder, where bitcoin depends its value/price.

Don't we have the power to make its value higher?

If we have, what can we do to make bitcoin's price become higher?

Let's talk about it here. Maybe we can help each other to achieve what we want in bitcoins.

Well if we can make more people get interesed in bitcoin, and buy in bulk, then we're going to be helping in raising btc's value. In small.ways we can actually help do that and educate people about the valie of saving and effects of panic selling
5816  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: November 08, 2017, 02:12:58 PM
The bank must follow the developments of blockchain technologi and adapt it if the bank does not want to get out of business. Because currently  many companies or ICO projects  have implemented blockchain technology for payment transactions.

so why do we still need a bank!

Well i.don't know but if that were to happen, its probably not goong to be in our lifetime. Banks will always be the dominant force in the market in our generation and likely even the next.
5817  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: November 08, 2017, 02:09:40 PM
Required good observation and analysis to be able to predict  drop of bitcoin prices. and in my opinion bitcoin prices will  never hit the floor, because the volume of demand for bitcoin is very high

And its not going to change anytime soon. Its all going to be uphill from here on. Demand will make sure bitcoin stays relevant for years to come and though i'm not as extremely optimistic as the people saying btc will hit 50 to 100k, i think its not going to be unprofitable.
5818  Economy / Economics / Re: Send bitcoin at 2011 on: November 08, 2017, 02:07:17 PM
So at 2011 you can easy send 1 BTC Because price was too low

how long did it take for every  transaction  need to be confirmed

Was there any significant difference? I mean, i haven't as well been dealing with btc that early but he probably would be hearing people who did back then screaming about the changes if ever there were. And btc was not that prominent then to warrant that much attention
5819  Economy / Economics / Re: Yes or No? Doesn't Bitcoin unfairly benefit early adopters? on: November 08, 2017, 02:00:40 PM
I don't see any reason why you think it is unfair for the early adopters. What I think about them is they are the "lucky ones" and I am sure most of the people here know the reason why. Even though BTC rates are really small in the early times, early adopters are very lucky to jump in the Bitcoin bandwagon as this currency's value moves a lot. Can't imagine how "rich" those early adopters nowadays  Grin

Right. It's not their fault that they had the guts to get in to something gat unsure before. Its all about having the guts to gamble. People who regret not getting into bitcoin when they had the chance probably would see it unfair but its not.
5820  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Moving Towards $7500, Market needs a crash on: November 08, 2017, 01:58:57 PM
Bitcoin price in India is hitting all records and now the price is moving towards the level of Rs. 500000 and its the signal of price correction. I think the next few days are crucial and we should be ready for a crash.

In the bull run, the market captures positive news and ignores small negative news. When people starts selling to make profits, the prices goes down and every negative news are highlighted which can lead a crash.

Market Needs Crash

There will be evemtually as it can't all be up evrytime. What goes up must and will go down and i think that will be the case though it's going to be more of a correction than crash. Bitcoin's garnered great support recently to even think of a crash anytime soon
