5821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 22, 2019, 07:14:27 PM
<.....>

This is the best chance for Inter to overtake.

I don't think it will be that easy, although Ronaldo isn't playing, I think Juventus still will win.
Not without reason, in the last match, Juventus can actually score after Ronaldo is replaced.

Atalanta is always a valuable opponent.
i think that Juventus is going to have hard times without Ronalso.
i expect this game to end up as a tie.
Me too. It is going to be a tactical game and I expect low amount of goals, 1-1 result or even goalless. Betting on tie is risky, but under 2.5 goals also have a decent odd of 1.90
5822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: November 22, 2019, 07:08:55 PM
thank for the guy created this, there's a time I got quite a lot of money in short time thanks to DOGE Cheesy
hope to see market bull run again though
everyone would hope like that, but now the doge is decreasing too much and is not strong enough to withstand the impact of the decline in bitcoin.
but i believe doge will be fine Smiley
DOGE is doing just fine. Actually better than bitcoin during current mini crash. I think the Sat price is the only true indicator, not USD price. And that is what I like at DOGE that it doesn't crash when Bitcoin is falling. DOGE is staying at 31/32 satoshi while majority of altcoins suffer double loss - their BTC price falls and they fall even more in USD value.

60% profit sharing is a tempting feature. How much is one AME share now during ICO? And why is it already listed on your exchange if you are still collecting funds till 6th December? In my opinion you should list your coin after ICO so people will not speculate to buy it on market instead of from you.

5825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH return to 1000 USD after hardfork? on: November 21, 2019, 04:46:49 PM
see good news about eth which always appears every day, some people think that eth will go up to 1000 usd, but will this happen?
because after all eth is the strongest coin after BTC, and I believe that.
and even the new news says that eth prices will be half the price of btc.
Unfortunately, this didn't happened. We are all frustrated on the current status of Ethereum right now. I agree that it is the strongest coin next to bitcoin but having bitcoin in a crisis right now greatly affects the value of ethereum. There's still time actually, a bull run is expected for bitcoin so that means a bull run can also be expected in Ethereum so let us just hold our hopes for it and sooner or later, it will surely reach that 1000$ we've all been waiting for.
There won't be $1000 Ethereum anytime soon. Maybe after Bitcoin ATH. One of the reasons for ETH popularity and price growth ware also ICOs in 2017, early 2019. Not sure how many people are using smart contracts which is basically the only feature ETH is special for.

Are we in a bull market, or the bears are stronger again? I'm not sure so I made a drawing of both.

5828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Need to Reconsider Holding altcoins on: November 20, 2019, 03:39:11 PM
Holding altcoins for few months or years will not guarantee that you gain profit because what really matters is how the team develop their platform or product to increase the demand for the coin. I recommend that if you have a bag of a dead project or shit coins then stop holding them and sell it immediately if still available because you won't gain anything for holding so long.
My experience with this situation is reach and I need to agree with you. Most altcoins don't have any use or they have a use but world simply isn't ready for them. One could say, Ok, the world is not ready YET but if I wait long enough... My answer is, If you wait long enough, the coin will die because developers will move on to another project and community will also forget about it.
There are some exceptions and projects worth waiting for and they have some kind of source of funds to pay developers even when Altcoin price is low so the project doesn't die. This is rare tho. Just look at CMC top100 and you'll see many altcoins and tokens from a year or two ago are not there anymore.
5829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: November 20, 2019, 03:18:37 PM
New upcoming projects are targeting 2020 either for good market season or because of the upcoming bitcoin halving, they want to avoid loses that is plaguing crypto space at all cost, even good projects of this year had hard time gathering needed fund and the lucky ones managed to reach softcap, what do you think about year 2020? will it be a very good year for IEO and bounty hunters?
Almost everyone expects that Bitcoin halving will trigger a bull run and new ATH some time after the event or maybe even before. But how will this affect the Altcoins is very much unknown. Maybe people will sell even more altcoins because they will see Bitcoin rising and altcoins most likely won't be able to keep up, at least at the beginning. This would result in Bitcoin Dominance even increasing from already high 66%.
OR
Bitcoin bull run will bring new people who see more opportunities in "cheaper coins" aka altcoins and they will prosper even more than Bitcoin.

I want to make a little Parlay ticket of Both-teams-to-score for tonight. I have North Macedonia - Israel on the list, thinking of adding Wales - Hungary and Latvia - Austria. What do you think, is Hungary going to score and is Latvia?

Binance just added MCO/USDT trading pair and it's currently trading at 4.27 USDT. There is also a promotion and $100,000 to be split among participants. More details here: https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360036397211

When trying to sign up to Coygo, I get error 403. My country is not USA. I would love to try it and I am willing to provide some feedback to you.
Edit: nevermind, I received email and activated account, downloaded app and tried to install it. Immediately I got this warning:

Windows protected your PC
Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

Is your app safe??

I clicked Run anyway and then Avast antivirus started analysing the program. No problems found but then this showed up:

Looks like someone will manually check the file because it is still going on after few hours. I will patiently wait. Maybe this check will also help so that next time Avast will approve the file because it will be whitelisted.

That is the first time I've seen that, but as I mentioned we're still new and have a small number of users so it's actually possible you may be the first user to run it who has Avast on their machine. Thank you for the heads up.

All good. Tried opening the file again today, Avast made a quick scan again and approved the software.

I won't be connecting my exchange accounts yet, but I will definitely try the Arbitrage Scanner table thing and try some trades manually.
5833  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are You Afraid of KYC? on: November 19, 2019, 08:47:42 AM
I don't mind KYC. I understand it from a legal POV, while at the same time I just wish there will still be a way you can exchange your cryptocurrencies without having to share your personal data with ANYBODY.

However, Bittrex was a big issue for me. As soon as they put 0BTC limits for unverified accounts, except the fact that they did not even warn me through an e-mail or a website notification that they changed their policies and CHANGED MY LIMITS, they let me deposit but they didn't let me withdraw. So I sent money to their website knowing there is a 2BTC (or $2000, can't remember) limit, it all went fine, I traded my coins to BTC without any issue and .. as soon as I wanted to withdraw, they requested my ID.

So there's no need for any KYC policy to pay you, but if I want my money back I am forced to do it? Smiley

I filled in my personal details and they sent me an e-mail telling me the details aren't enough and I should send them a photo of my ID. No thanks. I'd rather lose my funds.

That's my problem with the KYC policy: the fact that it's being abused.
You can always put a watermark on your ID photo. They should accept it anyway, as long as name, document number etc. are visible.
Other than that, I agree, Bittrex had double standards there. I wonder if they fixed that now and they warn you before depositing BTC, that you will need to pass KYC when withdrawing.
5834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Circumvent KYC if You Can? on: November 19, 2019, 08:32:58 AM
What is all the fear about? Never had bad experience with KYC, except when they were declining perfectly good photos because of "quality issues". I mean, what can they do with your data to hurt you? One security measure I do is I put watermark over photo of my ID.

5840  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Saving Plan on: November 15, 2019, 08:32:00 PM
I have a small plan and i would like to ask your opinion about it. I have already accumulated approx. 1 BTC by buying small amounts here and there (also through faucets) but constantly. I have approx 0.70 btc in other crypto(bought cheaply in the past) but i plan to exchange in btc later if needed and if worth it. My actual plan is to buy daily fractions of btc ad long as price stays below 10.000$ / Btc and stop if and when surely it will go above that level. Basically i' m taking advantage of BTC "cheap" prices to speculate on the future value (probably a few Years) for future spending, selling, or simply storing it. What do you think about it? I want to set a limit somewhere and i think if price stays above 10.000$ it will mean that banks and institutions will have entered the market already and i will simply enjoy the profits. Does it seem like a good plan? i really believe that Bitcoin will become very very valuable in the foreseeable future.

I don't get it? We were already over $10k a few weeks ago. Its not a number that is out of reach, we could even pump it with a equal sharp rise in a day. Breaking the last ATH is a whole different level, and that would give the confidence for large scale player to really enter the bull. 10k will be a blip on the chart like the $1000 high of 2013 is now.
Well yes, $10,000 would not be enough to bring institutional investors to the table, but it would have very positive impact and would mean a lot more then it did few months ago when it crossed it like every other day.
Breakout through 10k today would mean that the short-term bearish trend would end and open doors to much higher price as well. But right now we struggle to even break the 9k mark and the lows are getting lower and lower.
