I don’t see Neymar returning to Barcelona. Maybe he could go to Real, they need to spend bit & Neymar would be a great Galactico signing.
5824  Economy / Speculation / Re: Signs That The Bitcoin Bulls Are Ready To Break Out on: November 02, 2018, 11:53:05 AM
November is historically a good month for bitcoin & then we have BAKKT ‘opening their doors’ in December. There’s obviously no guarantee but we have a good chance of some positive price movement as the year closes.
5825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 02, 2018, 07:58:16 AM
De Bruyne returned for Man City last night, sadly for them/him he likped off & went straight down the tunnel on 86 mins. Early reports are suggesting that it’s a knee injury.

Hopefully he’s not out for too long, the PL is a much better spectacle with him playing Smiley

Get well soon Kevin.

Anybody watching Man City vs Fulham in the EFL Cup tonight? Might be one sided, City will make changes but they’ll still be way too strong for Fulham. I’ve got nothing to do tonight so I’m going to pop this on the TV.

5828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: November 01, 2018, 10:21:16 AM

Although contracts are not yet finalized, looks like the fight between Pacquaio (39) and Bonner (29) is now closed to deal.

(Will update this once there is a changed)

Date: Jan. 19, 2019

Venue: MGM Grand Arena, Las Vegas*

Further news will be posted here. Will post some details too about crypto sportsbooks that will opened bets for this match.

Manny in his late 20’s to mid 30’s I’d say no problem, 100% he’d win this &’probably by KO. He’s 39 now though & has slowed down a bit. I still think he’ll win this but there could be a surprise.
5829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 31, 2018, 05:51:14 PM
Gunners defence is weak, Liverpool attack is finding form, Arsenal are weak in midfield. Fabinho is starting to look like a monster in the CM for Liverpool.

Arsenal 1-3 Liverpool

There will probably be lots of changes for Spurs for this cup match, managers always rotate & use squad players in the Carabao Cup. However I expect Spurs to win & go through to the next round.
5831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your first betting? on: October 31, 2018, 11:15:44 AM
My first bet was Fernando Torres for top goalscorer in Euro 2012 & it won. I’ve had lots of successes since then, lots of losses too though but that’s gambling hey Smiley

OP, I’m out of sMerit but if I had any remaining I’d send some your way for this thread. I’ve long thought about investing in bitcoin casinos but never had the balls & not understood it.

Thanks for this thread, it’s both informative & helpful.

Man City winning again as usual Grin
They weren’t as convincing as usual last night though against Spurs. Lamela missed a very good chance at the ejd which would have made the match 1-1. I guess all that matters though is 3 points for City.

@Lfc_Bitcoin I think you lost your bet hard luck mate! by the way Liverpool playing some top class football too so how was yesterday's game?

It was frustrating for long periods buddy. Cardiff played with a back 5 & 4 just in front of them for pretty much the entire game. 1 man on the halfway line, they are a crap football team. Those kind of teams always play like that vs City & Liverpool. There’s no space to create attacks & they strangle the life out of the game.

Suppose they have to do what suits them.

Happy with the win though obviously Smiley

5837  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 Cryptocurrency Crash (Elliott Wave) on: October 28, 2018, 06:40:00 PM
I believe now with BAKKT 12th December, there will be a lot of bull run predictions.  I personally have no idea. My call for September bottom failed miserably. Bottom can happen up to mid next year. Latter then that I believe   are as tiny chance as to win a lottery.

Or we could have already seen the bottom. It’s very possible, high 5k’s / low 6k’s have been tested many times now & support is very strong at those levels.

If we start to rise a little as New Year closes in then we’ve already seen the bottom of this cycle imo.
5838  Economy / Economics / Re: 2018 the year of correction? on: October 28, 2018, 06:37:25 PM
As we witnessed a bearish year which lasted longer than the prediction and some people was it was the bad year for crypto but i feel it was a the year of correction as the value of crypto were overachieved at the end of 2017. Hence we are having a correction period to what the real value should had been? Kindly share your opinion.

I hope Bakkt will be the trigger for the Bull market and it will push us back to a even higher ATH in 2019.  Wink
I agree that it is fair that the market faced a huge correction, but it's been a really long time now with no real perspective of things changing for better. As for Bakkt, I don't know, it looks like another proposal that will get rejected. And from what I read Bakkt is just about some other bitcoin futures, and futures are not very healthy for btc, since they tend to ignore the real price and completely manipulate it by agreeing on things in advance. This can be confusing for people who will try to trade btc for the first time. And besides, SEC rejections do make sense, because bitcoin is not any kind of stock (security).

BAKKT is being operated with REAL bitcoin’s people say this makes it different. I don’t know, we’ll have to wait & see.
5839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 28, 2018, 04:14:39 PM
for tomorrow i think MAN CITY is gonna crush the spurs ( hoping for KEVIN to be on the field)

@the moment classico is 2-0 gonna switch to MAN U - EVERTON

long time i have made some football bets but ....

like this thread and i'm a very big premier league fan so will be visiting here more often Roll Eyes

I think maybe Man City to win 2-0, I’m not going to make a bet on this match though because Spurs are not a bad team. If Man City score the 1st goal then good night Smiley
5840  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices are currently fluctuating very low! This is a strange thing. on: October 28, 2018, 04:09:08 PM
There has been periods of low volatility before, it’s nothing new. It can still continue for a while longer but we’ll probably see a significant pump or dump before the New Year. We won’t go sodeways forever, careful not to get burnt if your trading with leverage.
