5841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I buy token hydra ....airdrop IOP INTERNET OF PEOPLES on: August 14, 2019, 10:49:37 AM
Speculations is not the appropriate section for your post. Move to the marketplace altcoins because most of the token sales/trades happen there.

I wouldnt add an opinion about those coins, my concern is that your post is on the wrong section.
5842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin The King Of Crypto on: August 14, 2019, 07:15:12 AM
No need to debate which coin is the king of crypto. Out of all those years that passed, bitcoin has been performing well throughout the years. Bears or bulls, bitcoin remain to be the most picked crypto and this will never change as of now.

I made the right decision to stick my investments when I was still a newbie to bitcoin rather go along with the hype of alts. Although there were alts that provided massive returns to its investors but still I'm satisfied that I've stayed to bitcoin.
5843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: August 13, 2019, 02:09:15 PM
Hello! I'm a newbie trader, and I want to know if investing in crypto is a good idea.
It's a good idea if you understand how volatile and what cryptocurrencies really are. But if you are thinking of this investment vehicle as something that can make you rich overnight, stop it.

Now it became very easy, for example, you can buy crypto with a bot or your credit card using such services as changelly or shapeshift. However, does easy means good?
Well it's a nice thing to have those exchanges and services like that to have ease transactions.

Should I buy crypto now or it's too late?
If you have understood it already, it's never late to buy.
5844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from Too good to be Real investments on: August 13, 2019, 12:14:02 PM
It is better to invest in bitcoin than HYIPs there is no legit HYIPs nowadays they are scam.. I agree to OP that stay away with these kind of investments.
Even before, those HYIPS were a total scam. They don't have any intention to help their investors and all they do is attract and have an exit when they've collected huge amount of money.

But nowadays, the good news is that many are aware of their scam tactic. And it's very easy to determine if the website that you're interested with is a sort of HYIP or any other scam investment scheme.
5845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What threats does Libra pose on Bitcoin? on: August 13, 2019, 09:22:54 AM
I'm interested with this kind of topic but just a disclaimer, this doesn't mean that I'm also interested with Libra coin. This coin poses a threat to the government and that's why as early as today, they are questioning its potential and use.

But Libra as a threat to bitcoin? I don't see the possibility that this coin is ever going to be a potential threat to bitcoin. How can be this centralized stable coin can be a treat to a decentralized coin and highlight of the market?
5846  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best wallet for crypto noobies? on: August 13, 2019, 07:48:23 AM
It's highly unlikely to find a wallet or an exchange that will have no fees when you trade. I suggest to don't rely on integrated exchange app wallets because fees there are actually high.

I guess you have a desktop/laptop to conduct your trades, you can do it there. And you haven't mentioned where you from, I guess from USA?

Since you have a bank account as you've said on your original post, find someone you know that will sell you bitcoin using bank payment. You pay him with your bank account and have a bitcoin wallet to receive those bitcoins. Then send it to an exchange that doesn't require verification then you can try trading on your own. Or another choice is to look for a remittance that sells bitcoin like in our country.
But he wants to do it fast and this strategy takes time.
5847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BLOCKCHAIN IN THE FUTURE on: August 13, 2019, 06:48:24 AM
What will blockchain look like in 2030?
No one knows but it's either there will be a new technology that will come up and it's going to be the upgrade of blockchain. Otherwise, blockchain shall remain as it is right now.

What will have failed?
Projects that are not serious with its adoption and use.

What will still be in existence?
Bitcoin would be and those private companies that finds big use for the tech.

What portion of govs will utilize the blockchain?
I think voting?

What things do you think will happen that might surprise us?
Most gov't starts giving privilege and talks about blockchain and bitcoin.

The international 2019 will be on August 15,i see you guys arent fan of it but i would love to see that they will cover it up.Im a dota 2 player anyway.  Wink
They'll most likely cover The International because I see they already have outrights and some special bets

For now there's no odds available because there's no scheduled matches available for the group stages they might announce it a day before the event starts.
Wow nice.

@btc_angela and juggy777

The said tournament is the biggest tourney held every year which is led by Valve, alone. You can search about Valve and see on who they are in the e-sports industry.
5849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 12, 2019, 07:48:15 PM
Same thing happened with Allen Iverson. He was still a good player that could contribute to a team but he was blackballed by teams because of his attitude.  I think teams are steering away from Carmelo for the same reasons.

That maybe true. The "Who? Me?!" answer when he was asked if he's going to start from the bench during an interview at OKC was really the start of his downfall for me. Skill wise, I think he still tops a lot of the guys in the league. Like I said before, he's close to Lebron's ability. If he is given the same freedom to play and get his rhythm, he can deliver.
Attitude>skills.

The new talents should learn from his experience, both from his career and his situation now. I know that many teams wants to take him but after seeing that attitude he had showed, it turned them off.

No doubt that his skills is incomparable but nothing beats attitude. Skills can be learned and practiced but attitude will bring you to the top.

5851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from Too good to be Real investments on: August 12, 2019, 01:56:28 PM
These are the typical scam in the crypto scheme although it's known for those people who have been in the forum for a while.

  • High yield investment program
  • Cloud mining - many have been using this scheme to scam
  • Many ICO
  • And any investment scheme that guarantees profit without source of income
5852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Where to buy LTC or ZEC or ETC with FIAT without verification? on: August 12, 2019, 12:46:05 PM
Ok I see, probably not so best solution for small amounts. Want to exchange 100 USD/EUR every month and they take from it 10 USD/EUR so it's quite big.
Well that's normal for exchange to take that amount for the fees but if you think that it's quite high enough for that. You have an option to this through P2P on currency exchange but it might be difficult for you to find a taker.

If you find this option to be good, use escrow.
5853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are Creative you can earn good income on: August 12, 2019, 11:42:12 AM
You are looking for a direct service. To those who can create good memes and etc., how much you're going to pay them? is this going to be paid with bitcoin or with an altcoin of yours? if that's an altcoin, what's that?

And the second one that you are looking for, this applies for developers. Would you be more specific on what programming language that you are going to use? and same question with the payment scheme.
5854  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The 5 Rules that would have saved me THOUSANDS. on: August 10, 2019, 09:39:06 PM
Many ICOs were actually good few years ago before the bull run, the all time high days. Those were the golden days but now, the situation has changed a lot and most of them are now scams.

Centralized coins are more prone to manipulation. So if you're holding most coins in that category, you better start thinking on how to lessen your portion with those kind of coins.
5855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Where to buy LTC or ZEC or ETC for FIAT without verification? on: August 10, 2019, 09:08:15 PM
Binance allows their traders not to pass on KYC but it has limits. You are allowed to withdraw with a maximum of 2 BTC every 24 hours.

And the same amount goes for kucoin.

But can I buy LTC, ZEC or ETC with USD or EUR there?
With LTC through USD and EUR, yes.

5856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone earn any BAT with Brave Ads? on: August 10, 2019, 08:46:25 PM
I have earned nothing too and the browser has been installed to my PC for more than a month which is the basic requirement of tenure usage.

The browser says it has insufficient funds and it can't pay my monthly scheduled payment. Anyway, I still enjoy using it.
Brave is the fastest browser among the chromium based browsers. Chrome has lack of  some functions that avaliable on the Brave. Blocking ads toold is like part by me, flash shields can prevent the third sites access your cookies. Brave rewards system will improve in the future, it is not perfect considering the ongoing development of the Brave browser.
That's what I like with brave, it's automatically blocking ads within the site. I understand about the reward system and I have no complain with that. Because I enjoy using it, those annoying ads were already gone whenever I visit a website.

And I consider it as a reward already although it's one feature of brave browser that they have been boasting. Even to those people that are not into crypto, I've seen people who are using and suggesting brave browser.
5857  Economy / Economics / Re: How would loans work in a Bitcoin economy on: August 10, 2019, 08:24:09 PM
It will work out the loans in the Bitcoin economy base on the account status of the one who wants to apply for loan. The higher the ranks the more chances to be accepted and of course the contract has done through collateral basis.
This applies for the loan application inside the forum on the Lending section. There are websites that are giving this service but I haven't used any of them.

Like this website: https://nexo.io/instant-crypto-loans

This is the website that I can suggest for now because I've seen that they've been advertising in many platforms.

PS: I haven't used nexo.

5859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO , Pre IEO. on: August 09, 2019, 11:46:56 PM
If you don't want to get scammed then don't deal outside the platform that offers that IEO.

Invest and participate to the respective exchange where that IEO is conducting its sale. Outside sales are potential scam and I've never heard that there are legit outside sales that were done before.

^^ New sets of whales?  Grin

I'm not familiar with those names to be honest (except for hdf), love to see those gambling whales to play in BD and make it their home because of competitions like this. And yes, I do agree, its the quality of BD that sticks out against the competition that's why whales prefer to gamble here than most other on line dice games, new or not.
See that rank 4 tinyshi on the ss? A few days later he's/shes already on top 1 spot. These are indeed new faces and its good to see that they do consider out Bitdice to be their new home. Cheesy
We have known those avid gamblers and possible whales that have been gambling with BitDice. I also recognize only hdf with the screenshot and most of them are new faces.

Will the https://sports.bitdice.me/ gonna cover the Dota 2 - The International 2019 next week?
