5881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less Fiat and more Digital Cash spending. on: November 21, 2020, 07:36:03 AM
Let us believe fiats and cryptocurrencies will have to be existing together in the future, fiats can be in the digital form which makes it also be able to fit into the digital world. But, for more transparency in the future, cryptocurrencies are needed, unlike fiats that are very hard to track, cryptocurrencies can be created in a way they will be easy to track which will lead to less corrupt world.
5882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 21, 2020, 06:24:05 AM
I started wining like the 20%, then lost 90% Shocked

I deposited more and won, almost recovering the loss. Then lost like a 20% again.
You are just lucky to gain back your losses, but mind you that gambling is not working like that, you do not have to think about your losses at all for it not to bring you poor mindset of poor thinking that could make you to bet in the wrong way, losers like to bet the more they lose to lose the more, that is why people do advice that gamblers that lost bet should leave betting for that moment for the betting adrenaline to first die down before thinking of betting again. I will advice you to gamble but be careful of thinking about your losses and focus on quality gambling as fun and using the amount you can afford to lose.
5883  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Any Bitcoin broker that allows hedging + leverage? on: November 20, 2020, 07:15:36 PM
What did you mean by hedging? I have not heard about this in trading before. Can you just try to explain more about it maybe we can be able to provide you with help. All I know is that on binance, you can go for margin trading of 3x to 10x leverage while you can also trade future with up to 125x leverage, and you can go long or short for the future trading. If you go long and the market rise in price, that means your trade has gained more profit, or if you go short and the price decrease, you will make profit, but if otherwise, that means the trade will result to loss.
5884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers lose more money than win. on: November 20, 2020, 06:54:33 PM
The moto should be always to play with the money given by casino and never with one from your own pocket Tongue that way you can easily save up lots of money without sacrificing anything in return. All we do is bust away free money and then try to recover by placing bets from our own pockets.
I do not see anything wrong to bet with our money too, but gambling takes discipline in a way we should not gamble with what we can not afford to lose or with the money that if we lose it will results to calamity for us, we should gamble with what we can lose and never be sad about. With the experience I am having, there are many betting sites that will not give you any bonus until you bet using their betting site, which means you still need to deposit and gamble before seeing bonus.
5885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker network now gives '95% of payouts’ in Bitcoin on: November 20, 2020, 06:46:12 PM
I dont like that all poker sites are SCAM.Reason why I am telling that is that I used program which can calculate each hand how much chances you had to win that game. And like example it can count 10000 hands and then you can see result,it will say SCAM because poker dealer on table give many times win to players which have worsts hands so casino can get bigger profit from poker players.
Maybe you have lost a great amount of money while playing poker before, sorry for that. But know that your comment is not in correlation with the topic at all, it is about how poker players prefer to use bitcoin to withdraw instead of using other alternatives like fiats, and the reason for this has been because of ease of use of bitcoin and recently this could have increased as a result of the price of bitcoin that is increasing.
5886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Millionaires FOMO: 73% Will Own Bitcoin by 2022, Survey on: November 20, 2020, 03:11:24 PM
But I will also own bitcoin, will I be included in this list of millionaires?
Yes but you need to read the OP very well for you not to be confused, a survey was carried out on 700 people who currently reside in the U.S., the U.K., Asia, Africa, the Middle East, East Asia, Australasia, and Latin America by questioning them if they will or not invest in bitcoin, that the survey is carried out by Devere Group. But, if you are interested, you can also invest in bitcoin and be part of the presumed millionares if truly you are a millionare and invested.
5887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 20, 2020, 03:00:32 PM
The TOS of gambling sites is very necessary to be read and well understood by the bettor that want to make use of the site, the reason is still for the sake of the bettor not to do what we not later favor him, there are many gambling sites if not all that have similar rules but not fully the same, that is why we still need to read the TOS in all the gamblimg site we do visit in order to avoid mistakes.
5888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is an entertainment? on: November 20, 2020, 02:53:38 PM
I mean, even in normal games like fps or moba, there isn't a guaranteed chance of winning even if we improve our skills. It's the same idea with gambling. Every game out there has some form or part where luck plays a huge part, and you're skill can literally do nothing about it.
You are 100% right, there is nothing like improving skills in gambling, the fact still remain constant, that the more we gamble the more we lose, the more a gambler thinking he is more professional and gambling often is the beginning of his failure which will begin by using high amount of money to gamble leading to gambling addiction which will drain the whole money he has. Gambling is better be in the way we use low amount and never playing often.
5889  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are The Benefits Of Blockchain In Our Today’s Life? on: November 20, 2020, 09:04:06 AM
Blockchain may have its own disadvantages but better than the traditional way which are more susceptible to flaws and errors, blockchain brings about transparency which is now applied in many fields, example where blockchain can be applied are in cryptocurrencies, record keeping, medical, fashion designing and many others like that, in fact it can be applied to any field. It can be used in voting too, the world is getting more advanced, there will be a time it will be used in voting. Many companies are adopting blockchain technology because it is not like the traditional ways, data inputed on blockchain ledger is difficult or nearly impossible to edit unlike the traditional way that is often manipulated by people.
5890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Player protection - stop loss limit on: November 20, 2020, 07:15:08 AM
I can see stop loss limit to only be when someone is trading, to cut loss and convert you unstable coin to stable one while you will not lose further, but about using stop loss in gambling, I do not think it makes any sense, if gamblers are addicted, and they have $500, they will gamble with the whole $500 without any stress or restrictions, they can even borrow to gamble. What is very important is for us not to just be addicted to gambling, and never using the funds we can not afford to lose to gamble. Gambling deals with mindset, having a quality mindset of seeing gambling as fun and not leading to addiction is the right way to go, this will help in long ways to avoid using high amount of funds to gamble.
5891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Millionaires FOMO: 73% Will Own Bitcoin by 2022, Survey on: November 20, 2020, 07:06:45 AM
Hundreds of millionaires have revealed in a new survey that they have either already invested in bitcoin or are planning to invest in the cryptocurrency in the next couple of years which could be because millionaires do not want to miss out on bitcoin.

Devere Group is a large independent financial advisory firm. The group asked more than 700 of its high net worth clients — those having more than $1 million in investable assets — who currently reside in the U.S., the U.K., Asia, Africa, the Middle East, East Asia, Australasia, and Latin America.

As the survey shows, this impressive performance is drawing the attention of wealthy investors who increasingly understand that digital currencies are the future of money and they don’t want to be left in the past.

5892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin make someone the richest in the world? on: November 20, 2020, 07:01:30 AM
It is not about bitcoin to let holders be the richest in the world, it is about bitcoin appreciating in value and making holders getting richer, what fiat can not do. Fiats and bitcoin are not comparable, fiat can devalue and devalue without appreciating while bitcoin may devalue but appreciate or increase more than it decrease over time. If some of the richests in the world now deal with bitcoin, especially those from Africa and from countries where their fiat devalue more than normal, their worth will be more than today.
5893  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who actually moves the price of bitcoin? on: November 19, 2020, 09:26:48 PM
Each individual (traders, investors, etc) sales conclusion but whales have the upper hand since they accumulated enough coins which would impact the market price.
Whales have upper hand because they have more funds for bitcoin, you can see how Grayscale really impacted to bitcoin marketcap recently, recently it has accumulated over 500000 bitcoin, this has been one of the factors that drove the price of bitcoin up right from $10000 to $18000 recently. Although, there are many whales which are regarded as institutional investors that are involved in this, they are more responsible for the price increase as they buy more than retail investors.
5894  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - Withdraw Disabled, is it scam ? on: November 19, 2020, 09:15:07 PM
OP what makes you afraid of complying simple rules by providing KYC ? Are you a public entity or has some serious records on your country thats why you are afraid? KYC is mandatory now in most exchanges because of money laundering if you understand this then send KYC and comply with all the rules if not let Hitbtc take your funds forever.
But, there are still good exchanges that makes KYC not that mandatory, this is common for HitBTC to be freezing account and demanding for KYC, I have preferred binance to HitBTC in this regard, it is clearly stated the amount you can have on binance without no kyc required. There are many reasons people do not like KYC, because hackers are very dangerous and any data beaches could lead to impersonation attack.
5895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Using an old version of Bitcoin Core on: November 19, 2020, 07:50:16 AM
I will like to know any good reason why you do not want o update to the new version of bitcoin core, I think it has nothing to deal with synchronizing of blockchain which should be the issue, and as you are using the full client, you will have to sync. But, update does not demand much data, then why not updating when the recent update have less bugs to the previous ones. I will say it is not perfect if you do not update if you are actively usimg the bitcoin core.
5896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another billionaire just invested in bitcoin on: November 18, 2020, 08:15:41 PM
Bitcoin is still going bullish, and we are still in November, it is very possible bitcoin will hit all time high very soon before 2021, the bitcoin halving could have contributed to this, but practically, whales like grayscale and many others are responsible for the recent price trends. The news is pleasant as it shows how the world are turning to invest on the right coins which are cryptocurrencies and of the cryptocurrencies is bitcoin as the number one that will later go mainstream. Halving could have caused this too, but not really practically, it cause it just in a way people do fomo after halving and investing on bitcoin (but institutions are the ones that are more responsible for it now) this could have led to investors that are investing now to be lured into investing, but although into profitable way of investment.
5897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1x2 vs the correct score bets on: November 18, 2020, 07:15:49 PM
No game is easy to predict until the match has ended, but it is still easier to predict the team to win a match than to go for correct score, but going for a correct score have higher odds because of the tiny chance to predict it correctly. I will prefer to go for who to win a match which is my normal correct way of taking bets, it is less risky, more predictable but it can come with low odds.
5898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: November 18, 2020, 03:54:15 PM
Bitcoin has a very transparent ledger called blockchain where all transactions can be easily tracked, but some people are still making use of tumblers such as mixers and coinjoin, but this are only used for privacy purposes, bitcoin can even possibly be easily tracked during investications than fiat money, I will advice you not to use bitcoin for money laundering. But if privacy is your concern, you can make use of bitcoin mixers or making use of wallets like wasabi wallet that can conjoin transactions.
5899  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric Sportsbook and Casino - Biggest Jackpots on: November 17, 2020, 02:06:00 PM

5900  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $318K by December 2021 on: November 17, 2020, 09:23:37 AM
For bitcoin to get to such high price, do you know the marketcap needed for it, over $2 trillion marketcap is needed. The question is, can bitcoin have such marketcap before the end of December 2021? I do not think so. It is possible for bitcoin to increase in price and also get to over $1 trillion marketcap but that even should not be the talk of now, let people address about how bitcoin will get to $500 million marketcap first before approaching $1 trillion and then to $2 trillion marketcap.
