Hard Cap was $14 million USD - would be way easier obviously As far as I know from the team $2 million USD is enough to make a good progress - maybe a little bit slower but everything should work And smaller marketcap in the start leaves more room for growth. Why they will't take bitcoin on IСO?
With our new partner for the ICO, Chaineum, we are glad to announce that we will be able to accept BTC and fiat to subscribe to our ICO. This was a big request from some large investors and we have found a way to accomodate this. Are you planning to add tokens to some exchanges after the ICO? and one more question about the project, Is there official telegram or slack to follow next updates of Project or we have just to be satisfied with information from twitter?  Agreed, graphics are top notch. Quote about Telegram: Is Meridian going to be on Slack anytime soon? - If it isn't already and if so what is the link? It would be good for potential investors to ask questions and find out a bit more about the project.
