5881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: October 04, 2020, 08:55:11 AM
I have been gambling a lot these days with soccer matches but I'm not enough lucky to make a profit. Howeber, I'm not into huge loss. It's very tiny amount if I check all the previous P/L.
I don't bet big amount. Usually, I bet $4/$5 worth of BTC on a lot of matches; sometimes I win and sometimes I loss. But that can't make me any profit.
Should I go for bigger amount of bets on few matches or stay with current strategy (placing many bets of small amounts)?

Personally I always prefer to play big amount on SINGLE event. Never mix different matches, since the possibility for an error could increase drastically. Anyway playing "bigger amount" it's very risky if you're not experienced as tipster.
It's very easy going all in and waste a lot of money just with one match!
that must be a single game only, unless you won that game then will choose another one?betting High is indeed for me if i have no much time for gambling,i do it in past if i am confident in my team to beat their opponent ,but if not?i choose betting smaller amount to have many games to enjoy watching and cheering.

If not? this a chance that you should definitely exclude from a bet. I mean in a "big amount bet" you play only if you are sure of the final result and I think it's not a bet that you can place every day. Most of the times the odds are not very high (under @<2), but with an high stake you get a good winning the same. In this case you're downsizing the risk, playing an event with a low odds, where you are very very confident after some analysis or historical result for a team.
5882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone know a dice game that is actually fair? on: October 04, 2020, 08:41:31 AM
unless you can't verify your roll you're playing a fair dice game.
however this doesn't means that win will be more easier catch a win, but just that you can verify your rolls after you play.
I can suggest to use site like coinpot dice game since has 0% house edge. Other dice game have an high edge up to 4-5 %, you can see the difference after a lot of bets.
However despite this high fees (or house edge) you can get some extra advantage like cashback on your bets or free ticket for lottery.
5883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quick Look of NFT, Do People Still Have Opportunities? on: October 03, 2020, 11:25:18 AM
I wouldn't be surprised if in 50 years our grandchildren will collect these NTFs as we have collected coins or stamps.
I mean auction catalogs, large-scale distribution, specialized shop: a real "vintage" object to keep in your wallet both for an "aesthetic" discourse and for a question of value.

If you think about some well-known NTFs there are even a few tens of thousands.
Many will be lost over time or will never be put on the market, but this is a market that continues to grow over time.
5884  Economy / Economics / Re: Stocks fall down due to trump catching the virus on: October 02, 2020, 02:45:30 PM
The real news is: COVID19 is something real.
Even if you don't believe in it, even if you don't wear mask, if you get in trouble (and you are a bit older) it's a SERIOUS issue. That's all.
During these months all markets have been a lot focused on COVID19 news. Now it's pretty clear, meanwhile some countries are living for a second wave, some other have seen just a unique big number of incidents related to the disease.
For sure this was an unexpected news. He has been very desecrating on this disease, like Bolsonaro and Johnson he has just depicted the disease as a "joke" nothing to be taken serious.
5885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: October 02, 2020, 02:17:28 PM
I am not a fan of this type of gambling. It's hard to win, and my abilities can't change anything on the outcome.
Most of the time there is a very low possibility to win... this is why I like to play penny slots, even with dice site I don't wager high amount (no more then 1/5 euro).
Exactly different from bets on sport were I place very often high stakes (up to 1K euro, with a medium bet of at least 50 euro)
5886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mediocre/People. on: October 02, 2020, 10:18:23 AM
bitcoin is actually at an advanced level and for sure can't be used by people without a good education level. But the same applies FOR ANY TECHNOLOGY! I mean if you look on the past, any technology at a certain point is able to escalate and becoming available for all people. before it it's just used from "expert".
few examples.
-create a website, now it's full of tools that allow anyone to create any website (from shop to personal blog) in few hours. You don't need to known everything about coding.
-Smartphone as a product now are widely distributed but in the past having a cellphone was a very expensive technology and not easy to use for everyone.

any technology require these steps before it can be adopted by the mass. it's just matter of time and we will see some applications that allow "everyone" to use without worries.

5888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: French police arrest terror financing ring that used Bitcoin coupons on: October 01, 2020, 01:58:58 PM
If you compare the total amount of cryptocurrencies used from terrorist, within the totally of "fiat" currencies, you will be shocked! :O
I mean, 99,999 % of transactions are made with "fiat" currencies! At any level people sell illegal stuff with "cash" and not bitcoin...
Ok blackmarket and ok there are some group that use cryptocurrencies but statistically speaking they are just an useless percentage of the total!
Cash doesn't leave track. for sure it leaves less track then a bitcoin transaction. We should ban cash? Well in Italy there are some discussions about it ... but it's more related tax evasion.
I think these kind of news are getting popular just because it's involved bitcoin and we know, a strong propaganda has been done in the past years as a currency used for "illegal stuffs".
5889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 01, 2020, 10:48:36 AM
I remain skeptical about these possibility since it's a very big competition, a lot of interests, sponsors, camera everywhere, replays, tv shows etc etc
Always the top management could be able to rig a match or an entire competition, but without any evidence it's just a conspiracy for my point of view.

PS in Italy (my country) we had in the past some matches rigged in Serie A football by the same Team.
It was very clear that something was going to happened since the proof collected were to strong to be just a casualties like "a strange call" made by a referee Wink

The idea is, if the top management is trying to rig the NBA, the whole competition will be rigged. Players doesn't need to be involved as it's hard to dictate them, and it's not safe for them, but we have the referees, if you also see some strange calls, then that prove somehow this league could be rigged.
5890  Local / Off-Topic (Italiano) / Re: Tema Coronavirus on: October 01, 2020, 10:39:26 AM

5891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 01, 2020, 09:12:08 AM
I have read a lot of theories about NBA being rigged and a little portion of me were convince, so I would like to ask you.

If you believe it's rigged, is it a disadvantage or advantage to us bettors?

Share your opinion and if you have some proof, kindly post.

I have just seen sometimes "strange matches" were players try to make only 3-pts meanwhile other team continue to make 2-pts on every play.
But I am not able to judge their gaming strategy.... and however I don't think it's easy to rig a multibillionaire industry like NBA since you should involve too many people.
Ok there is always the possibility that someone can take advantage from a specific situation as described before by other posts.
Corruption is everywhere we are all aware of it. but this doesn't mean an entire competition can be rigged.

si e' assurdo a dir poco
questo perche i vigili hanno l'ordine di fare multe per fare cassa

non me lo invento io, ogni tanto qualche persona scopre di avere la dignita e denuncia

questa e' il mondo regaz

https://www.repubblica.it/cronaca/2020/04/19/news/multe_crudeli-254404997/?ref=drac-3

5893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW CAN ONE KNOW A FAKE AIRDROP? on: October 01, 2020, 07:05:20 AM
after 2017, during the big Hype of ICO, nowadays we are just seeing a lot of scam airdrop, or free distribution that allow people to gain just some dime. I think that there are some signals to be checked each time before you invest your time... unless it's just a time wasting...
I definitely agree with @themohit, "There is no way to be completely 100% sure if the airdrop is legit.", and you should check their project, team, more info that you can grab, but not spend too much time on this activity.

Here some of the "signals" that I am looking before subscribe in airdrop:
- most of the times airdrop that claims "a big value" are just a scam. Likewise "receive 1000$ in our token"
- if you see a big group in telegram (more then 1000 users) and the project has been launched just few time before
- group that are un-moderated , or group were admin refuse to answer to questions, or admin that are aggressive against the members
- they are collecting private info like "name" or "email address" or "phone numbers" during airdrop
- they don't have a WP (Whitepaper) or any road map
- project that claim to be "a revolution" for a certain industry field (and are going to provide all liquidity in free tokens!)

5895  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How to create 5 Netflix accounts per day and earn ~$15 every day by selling them on: September 30, 2020, 07:47:20 AM
Hi guys, I have been a little bit busy during the past days, sorry again for my late reply.

I received an explanation and a guide by Rao32. It requires a little expense (at least monthly) and can allow people to generate new accounts.
I don't know how this method can be valid in the long time (from my previous experience when big websites are aware of these "bugs" decide to close definitely any form of promotion or just add more rules).
However bear in mind this method could be classified as "grey" method for obtaining/creating new Netflix account.

I see just a "defect" on this method that should limit the numbers of account that can be created. I have just asked more information since one of the service involved isn't used by me. I will post here an update.
5896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins? on: September 30, 2020, 07:36:00 AM
my suggestion, it depends the coin that you have to exchange, you should always check a couple of things about an exchange.
it can be trusted? how much you are going to paying in fees (trading or withdrawal?) it has a good volume?

sometimes, for a well known ERC-20 or hyped coins Wink  you can find people interested in a certain trade even here on forum... you can save a lot in fees and time, definitely it can worth at least a try.

5898  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can I quit smoking? on: September 28, 2020, 04:50:12 PM
My suggestion is:

- find a motivation = why you want stop smoking?
- reduce the amount of cigarette smoked, trying to reach a very low amount daily (around 2-5)
- set up a date for quitting (likewise one year/next month etc)
- if you have a strong cough DON'T smoke. Human body will craving for nicotine just in the few weeks/days. In this manner you have gained some days of smoking free despite having all negative effect related abstinence.
- if you are without cigarettes DON'T buy it. Close yourself at home (if you can) or use a substitute for few days like nicotine chewing gum.
- make sport (running is the best) when you are not smoking (it helps to clear the lung and meanwhile you can expel more nicotine with your sweat).

I know it's a bit obviously question, but these coins have been moved by the "original" owner of the address?
