5881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When is the right time to gamble on football. on: March 10, 2021, 03:16:51 AM
There's no right time when you are gambling, when you want to play or gamble your money in football then just go, anytime you can gamble and you don't need to wait anything just to say that it is the perfect time to gamble. If you know how to play football and you have the knowledge on it then do some research which team is more competent.
Everytime is a perfect time to gamble, the thing is just that there is always a bad day for a gamblers and all people has that thing so just gamble those you are afford to lose.

I agree that, but that makes people gamble many times a week without thinking about collecting more information about the match. If they still do that, I am worried that they can lose money many times and can not win the game. When the time to gamble depends on ourselves and how much the money will be our decision, we always suggest not using too big money to gamble. If you don't follow this, you will just give your money without any return.
5882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sponsor Money from Casino, Is bad or Good? on: March 10, 2021, 02:14:15 AM
Sponsor money is good if it's coming from a reputable gambling site, but if it's coming from a dubious gambling site like 1XBIT who is very notorious for scamming gamblers, then it's not worth it, all content creator depends on sponsorship and bonus to be able to sustain their channel or network, I have watched a lot of videos with sponsors and it adds value to both creator and viewers.
Certainly, to become a sponsor is not just any site that can apply for sponsorship cooperation, as you might call a problematic site and also the cost for sponsorship is not cheap. It turns out that it has been arranged and allowed, for example, a soccer club using sponsorship from a gambling site. However, the question is that if the site becomes a sponsor, it is not impossible that there are club matches that are set for victory or defeat.

That can depend on the match fixing before the game starts because perhaps, that thing is to happen too. Perhaps, the shirt sponsorship does not have to add something related to gambling. Still, they can add a logo or small image to the shirts to avoid misunderstanding between the government, club owner, and people because the government doesn't want to see the sports sponsorships. The club seems to invite people to play gambling. The promoters need to select sports sponsorships carefully to avoid the government's prohibitions related to gambling.
5883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I pick some PEAK? on: March 09, 2021, 09:04:52 AM
Any other thoughts about them? Roll Eyes

Did you already gather more information about the project? If not, I suggest you should not invest in that project and stay away from them. There are other projects which can better than the project, but you must search for more information. We can ask about one or more projects here, but we must have another source to give us the information. Otherwise, we can skip investing in that project.

Or you can wait for a while to see how good the project is running because usually, after the project launch, the price will adjust to the new price, which can be lower for the first time. I can only suggest you invest in bitcoin as bitcoin can give you a big profit in the future.
5884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How you can determine the expected price for a new altcoin? on: March 09, 2021, 06:37:55 AM
It is hard to determine the price for a new altcoin because that depends on the market and the traders. But the project has their price for their coin, so I think that price can increase or decrease following the demand on the market. But the price of the launch for the new altcoin will depend on how much cost the project will run, and that is the team decided to give the price. I don't know how to determine the expected price, but if you are really curious about that, perhaps you can talk to some new projects to get the right answer, although you will get various answers from each developer.
5885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Atari Set to Launch Cryptocurrency Casino Featuring Atari-themed Games and NFTs on: March 09, 2021, 05:03:26 AM
It is good news for the gambling industry because Atari is an old games company that still exists for a long time ago. So it can attract more big companies to cooperate with the other projects and launch their cryptocurrency casino, and if that can happen from this year, we will see a new face of crypto gambling games. Perhaps, that can bring a new experience for players out there who doesn't know much about crypto, so they can search for how to use the crypto and how to play on the gambling site. Cryptocurrency worlds need more good news like that to grow more than what we see.
5886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: March 09, 2021, 03:58:05 AM
Perhaps, people don't know if they have heart problems because they only play gambling and they are only playing gambling without having a surprise moment for their life. But once they hit the jackpot, their feeling becomes bigger, and they can't control it, making their intension and heart speed faster without handling it. That cause a heart attack in the next second which people around them will not know because many people who got a heart attack will die at any time. Checking our health will always necessary, so we know if something is not good for us and we can prevent it before something terrible happen.

If that is the case, then these people are simply unlucky. People have to face all sort of adversities, such as loss of wealth and death of loved ones. Such incidents are more likely to trigger a cardiac arrest when compared to the news of winning a jackpot. But then, there may be people who are extremely unlucky, to die from the shock of winning lottery jackpot. Nothing can be done about that and it's pure bad luck.

Yes, it is. We hope that in the next news, we do not have to hear about a heart attack people who wins the jackpot to enjoy and celebrate the moment with their family. Heart attack can attack everyone, no matter if they won the jackpot or not because that will relate to our lifestyle. It is better to prevent than to cure the disease by doing a healthy life. Perhaps, hitting the jackpot itself will be the biggest moment for many people because not many can win the jackpot.
5887  Economy / Speculation / Re: If the FBI wallet with 141,000 bitcoins was stolen what would happen? :o on: March 08, 2021, 06:57:35 AM
The thief will be rich if they sell all of the bitcoin in that wallet Grin
I am sure they will disappear from their place and move to a country where no one will know who they are. But I am sure the FBI will have high-level security to access the wallet, and that will only for a few people who can access the wallet. People can only see the bitcoin amount on that wallet without access,  and if the FBI decide to sell that bitcoin, they will waiting for the price to hit the very highest price.
5888  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A book to read on when to sell (before a crash) on: March 08, 2021, 05:57:58 AM
Hi,
I am not willing to trade on a daily basis, but I know for example about the 2017 crash.
Is there a reputable book, written by a reputable author, on how to know when to sell? It's like if a crypto goes 50x in one year there is a chance at some point that there will be a crash. I need to know APPROXIMATELY when I should sell.

Thank you!

I don't know about the book. But if it is related to when to sell, that will depend on your target price to sell. For example, if you have a target price to sell at $65k, you need to hold on tight to your bitcoin and not sell bitcoin if the price not reached that price. Even if the price needs more than 3 years to reach your target price, you need to hold it still.

I think it is about your target price and how long you will hold the bitcoin because only you know when to sell, not the book, and not people suggestion.
5889  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free 4€ for sign up and another 4€ for ID verification on: March 08, 2021, 03:54:05 AM
Now it says there is 10-40€ more if you deposit a minimum of 10€.

So if you manage to make the 8€ in to 10€ than make a widrawal and redeposit it.

But don't know if it's available in your region.Leave a comment if it is or isn't.

I'm in Italy, if it's only available here I'll delete the topic, if it's available in your region leave a comment on how it turned out.

888poker.com
Why not Gamble that freebies for you to get the said 10-40 Euro bonus?

But sorry because i find it Stupid action to Sell your KYC for 8 euros ? this is an obvious buying of Identification .

Why they are ready to pay for verification > does it mean they are hiding something? or they are in to other thing that involves our identity and not just from creating an account to their site.

What? Selling KYC for 8 euros? That will be a big No-No for me because my KYC will be worth more than just 8 euros. Besides that, I think it is not worth to verify our account in the gambling games because the chance to lose will not worth our KYC.

Perhaps, they think that they can do KYC to get a free bonus or something like that. But they don't think about the risk of giving their KYC that might happen in the future. We need to be strict with our document and not easily give to the other party we don't know for sure.
5890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: March 08, 2021, 02:30:25 AM
I don't think anything would have happened to me if I had won. The way I see it, lottery is played by people who are mostly over 45 years old. So they can have health problems, including heart problems. You just need to watch your health, and then any emotional problems you are not afraid.
This is good advice, we should all be diligent in checking our health...
a heart attack is a killer that always appears suddenly, all ages are prone to heart attacks. It is highly recommended for those with heart sufferers not to try things that stimulate adrenaline, especially gambling because the effects will be fatal.

People with heart problems should beware of the unexpected. But I don't know how you can make them not play. We can't just ban them from gambling or lotteries. After all, the responsibility lies on them.

Perhaps, people don't know if they have heart problems because they only play gambling and they are only playing gambling without having a surprise moment for their life. But once they hit the jackpot, their feeling becomes bigger, and they can't control it, making their intension and heart speed faster without handling it. 5891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where does Elon and Saylor store their bitcoins? on: March 07, 2021, 04:54:48 AM
After all the hype, does anyone have information on this? I reckon blockchain analytics should follow those coins of the new VIP of the bitcoin community and follow the movement of their coins.

I think we don't know for sure about that, and even if we know where he buys the bitcoin, we still difficult to find where he stores all of his bitcoin. I don't want to search for that because that is not my concern, which is not important for me. We don't need that because if we only search for their wallet, we will not have a chance to reach the goals that we really want to achieve. But if you still want to search for their wallet, you can try to search for that, but the question is, how you want to do with that information?
5892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 40000USD to 1000000USD within just one year? on: March 07, 2021, 03:25:06 AM
If everything goes well, you don't need one year to make a big profit. And yes, this year brings that hope to us, and perhaps, many people already make that big profit and still making more profit later in the next bull run. But most people can't hold their tension when they see the big profit in the front of their eyes and want another bigger profit and not selling the coin, even if the price already touches the very higher price. So if you want to make a big profit and you have already seen that it happens, you should sell it and take profit before the price is back to the lowest price for a while. If that time is gone, you will need to wait for the unknown to see the price can start another rally.
5893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Services of betting on your behalf on: March 07, 2021, 02:23:11 AM
Although I don't know about that services, I think it is not worth sending our money to someone we don't know to just playing gambling. That is your money, and you need to have a responsibility for the money, even if they say that they can place the bet for you if gambling is prohibited in your country.

You don't have to follow your friend to use that service because sometimes the services look very real to people, and after they get for some people, they will run away without saying anything. That would look suspicious if they said that they have an accurate prediction because that will not be easy to have that thing in sports betting.
5894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: March 07, 2021, 01:23:39 AM
Fees are not really a major problem for huge bettors, they keep their privacy on anonymity, that matters a lot and they can take the expense.

For big bettors, transaction fees are not a problem and I totally agree.  Only we little bettors have thought of all the ways to minimize costs.  They think more about sites that keep their data confidential is the best.  Personal data for big bettors is the most important thing to protect.  For us it is not a problem as long as the transaction fee is small.  Yet what is most valuable is the anonymity of site users.

I agree to this idea. Fees are only a very small part of deduction for those big players in gambling and some transactions. BTC price can affect the gambling experience because some fees in some gambling sites are definitely fixed. It is good if BTC sometimes go down in order to have small fees rather than the bigger one but i f the BTC rally up and continuously to go bullish, I think the fees are also getting higher. Just like what happen to the ETH and alts last rally before the correction week. We all know that BTC and Gambling are definitely connected in some ways but not in all ways.

But don't forget that many gamblers are small gamblers who expect to make money from gambling. They really concern the fee, and if the bitcoin fee becomes higher, they will move from bitcoin to altcoin, which has a low fee. With the bitcoin price is at more than $40k-$49k, it will have a high fee, making a small gambler stop gambling using bitcoin and convert it into altcoin before they send the funds from their wallet into their account.

I am sure that will not impact the big gamblers who have a lot of money because the fee is high or low. They will still use bitcoin to gamble.
5895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading signal work or not? on: March 06, 2021, 09:15:30 AM
I just want to join paid crypto trading group..anyone pls tell me ,this type of group doing scam or not? and does it work?
There’s a lot of free signal on twitter which is more effective based on their past analysis. Once you got the signal, you still have to analyze it for your own benefit so I don’t suggest to fully depend on any trading signal because that’s risky. If you’re willing to paid for any signal, better to use it for you to learn and analyze on your own.

Indeed. We don't know if that signal from other people can be right or they get the signal from others and share it on their social media. Whenever you get the signal from many sources, you must analyze it to find the truth because if you use it for trading, you don't know if that will give you a chance to make a profit. Analyzing more from the signal is the recommended thing that you must do after you got it. But I do not suggest paying for that signal because that is not worth it for you to trade. You can analyze by yourself, and what you need to do is believe in your skills. Make it as your lesson if you can't make a profit to increase your skills to better.
5896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Congrats to the Diamond Hands Bitcoin Holders! on: March 06, 2021, 06:37:58 AM
Don't know how many of them access to their address in those few thousands person. I can read articles related to people forget or lost their private keys because they never thought that Bitcoin will raise to millions someday which they bought for few dollars or even for free.

Even if they can access their bitcoin wallet address, they will not say to other people because the bitcoin price is too high. And if they tell how many bitcoins they have, that can invite the bad people to steal his bitcoin. With the price now, people who have bitcoin for a long time can celebrate their victory by holding it for more than 1 years. They can now sell some part, but they can also hold for more years, especially if they have a target price to sell. But for the trader, I think they will still try to trade to earn more bitcoin because they want to become new whales with so many bitcoin in their wallet.
Bitcoins cannot be stolen unless the owner make a mistake like exposing the private keys to the intruders, well they are already holding it for years and surely they know the benefits of holding more than anyone so they will choose what the right thing is to do and in my opinion most of them will continue to hold or wait for the dump to buy again cheaper.

The folks who have held this long have done so because they didn’t try to sell and buy back cheaper. If they had, they would have never been able to buy back in. Many a “what if” stories start with the premise of getting into Bitcoin early only to sell at a big gain hoping to buy back cheaper and get rich, which never occurred. In fact, it’s that attempting to trade for riches that kept them from reaching their goal...

Perhaps, they want to hold for more and don't sell at a price now because they expect to see the price can be more than $100k, so they will sell a small amount. If the price really touches $100k, which I am sure will happen in the future, they will make a lot of money from that. If I were one of those people, I will sell it at $58k for 1 bitcoin and keep it the rest for the next high price because my profit will be bigger. But they can buy back bitcoin at drips that will always come to the market so that they can have more bitcoin than before.

Perhaps, leaving 100 bitcoin in the wallet for the long term will give them a huge profit in the future. I am sure they will know what they need to do with their huge bitcoin amount.
5897  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: March 06, 2021, 04:09:09 AM

Most people are very greedy, man. So i don't see here any reason to be surprised. Top payed sportsmen are often promote some scummy services or even shady casinos, because of money (this is in post USSR countries, where law is doesn't work). And as i see now, in normal countries this happens constantly too. Because of greed.

Maybe a sad but this was a reality that sometimes every game especially a high valued game was been manipulated and corruption in sports couldn't be avoided. And yes its true that even the players were involved for fixing a game and it was all because of the money involve or the greediness of those people behind the scummy services. I couldn't think of how its gonna be prevented because as a human nature, as long as the call of needs and wants hunts the greedy people wouldn't change for good.

Greed is human nature, so it is hard to avoid these circumstances. There will always be the bad guy here. They have their own reasons why they choose to do this kind of dirty game. And no one can prevent it from happening because that's the way it is. We can't totally eradicate this bad behaviour in the sports industry.

We have greed, but we also have a chance to prevent greed become bigger by controlling ourselves not to chase more than we already got, especially if we don't have much chance to get it more. Related to the sportsmen, I think if they can control themselves and realizes that the money is from people who do corruption, they should not accept it, and even they must stay away from those people. They don't deserve to get that problem, especially if they already got money from that sport. It is difficult to eradicate that thing, and I am afraid that is also happening in the other fields.
5898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When is the right time to gamble on football. on: March 06, 2021, 02:02:03 AM
Because the COVID-19 pandemic situation makes the results of the match difficult to predict. And also with the high price of Bitcoin, it makes me
have to be much more careful in choosing matches. I currently gamble on football for matches I am sure of the results, or for matches that
my favorite team plays. Previously, I bet on a lot of matches every weekend, for now I really have to be more selective in choosing which matches
to gamble on.

If there's unpredictable changes regarding on the rules nor the rooster of the team well that's quite hard to predict but if no changes and the new implemented is just for safety of the players still we can places our bets on the team we think strong. if you are not sure best to bet on next game so that you will know the performance on each team on the league or the team you like.

While we are still at the pandemic, perhaps, that will not be a good time to bet on sports as probably, making us difficult to select matches. You can rest for a while and focus on your life as we need to survive and pass from this pandemic.

If there are matches, you do not have to try to bet on that if you are not sure that you can collect much information about each team. But you can still bet on the random team to try betting on the sports and see if you have luck or not.

5900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How way you choose way to saving Bitcoin ? on: March 05, 2021, 10:28:12 AM
Hello Everyone,

I just curious, How way you choose to saving Bitcoin ?

Example case, You have 0.01 BTC on your wallet now, will you saving on 1 address or you will splits the Bitcoin be 10 address 0.001 Bitcoin each.

If I only have 0.01 btc, then I think I only need to have one wallet. But if you want to splits your 0.01 btc into 10 wallet address, that will not be a problem, but you need to think about each wallet's fees if somehow, you want to send all balance to the other wallets. That can confuse you to make a transaction, and you need to pay more fees from each wallet. With paying $10 as the fees, I think you will not like to pay that fees amount, so it is better to use one bitcoin wallet to handle it.
