5901  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome my fear and how to start trading? on: August 31, 2018, 08:26:25 AM
Trading is not that much harder,it is just buying and selling the crypto currencies so you don't have to be afraid of doing this and also be strong on your decision and don't look at your losses it is just a lesson and move on to find the better strategy.Remember that you are not a loser until you loset your self confidence of getting successful into something.
I can bet my little satoshi on it that you are not even a trader to be giving such an advice. Trading is not easy at all, and the only way you can make it easy for yourself is if you are willing to learn as much as you can just like any other profession.

The mistakes a lot of people make is to assume like you that it is all about buying low and selling high, but you need a strategy to know exactly when to buy, when to sell and when to be getting out of the market even at little loss. Self-confidence can only be gained after you have learned and practice very well, it just does not fall from the sky.
5902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: August 31, 2018, 07:37:26 AM
It is a sign of being addicted in gambling. I honestly got the same experience of it before but not too much, as I remember it happened to me only two times, I had a weekly campaign that I joined before and after I got payed every week I spend it all on gambling after I lose all of it in that week, and bet again the other week with a thought that I will recover what I had lose, but ends up losing all of it
That's the magic that is on gambling, when you lose you want to come back again to at least to recover your losses, but instead
you add greater losses, and you want to stop but you will definitely return because you still think you can profit from gambling..
I would not call that a magic but just one place so many gamblers have decided to place them-selves. The mindset towards gambling is actually the driving factor for most gamblers to end up getting greedy and expecting so much from something that is totally luck based.

This is the reason why when reality sets in, they start getting emotional, hoping if they could just win back what they started with, they would stop and then they keep losing even more until they get addicted. That is the greedy nature at work.
5903  Economy / Marketplace / Re: about the price of cryptocurrency on: August 30, 2018, 12:22:45 PM
currently bitcoin is the leader and we use it to provide comparative value to other altcoins because bitcoin is the one that starts the market. but it does not rule out the possibility that other altcoins can replace the position of bitcoin if it is superior in the market
Bitcoin price or will I rather say movement will always be a very huge factor when it comes to the movement of the general market as a whole. So far, we can see that as bitcoin keeps consolidating with small price movement, most of the altcoins are trying to make a move and once bitcoin manages to start dropping, we tend to see the same reaction on other markets.

So one way or the other, it is usually a driving factor in the market. Nevertheless, the downtrend was imminent and once we eventually manage to hit the bottom, I want to believe we will get to see some good recovery.
5904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: August 30, 2018, 11:50:03 AM
Yes,I found success (win) in gambling many times but most of the times I lost, just understand the many and most so totally we are going to lose our money more than winning here,so if your intention is to make money then invest on something with less risk.
If you have lost most of the time than winning, I do not see how that can be classified as being successful in gambling. Gambling is just a means of someone who have so much money to throw away losing it which is why I find it amusing to see someone who is trying to manage himself end up gambling so as to be able to use that medium to possibly get rich overnight and the last time I checked, things like this does not work at all in gambling. Success can come in an investment, or some profit making venture, but gambling is not any of that.
5905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future marketing on: August 30, 2018, 11:19:19 AM
You can use Youtube. there are a lot of ads in youtube. maybe they won't banned it there because they can make youtube videos about crypto
Nothing is banned at all at least! Except for some strict regulations placed by social media platforms as well as Google ads on those who may want to advertise their ICOs.

I really do not see any challenge in this as even during all these period that it was halted shortly, a lot of ICOs were still able to push their projects out to the world, which makes it that simple that once you have a brilliant idea, there are other effective medium that can be used to push them out than social media or Google ad.
5906  Economy / Economics / Re: Different between Cryptocurrency and Banking sectors on: August 30, 2018, 10:29:03 AM
Yes that is true because I've experience it right now. Even i have a savings account in banks but the interest is lower that I've expect but in cryptocurrency like bitcoin when i try to invest the returned of profit was high when the value was also high so if we are comparing cryptocurrency savings in crypto wallet and banks i must prefer in crypto wallet because you earning much more than banks interest.
And this should not have been the case actually, since banks make a lot of money with our savings anyway. The fact that I am in control of my funds, what I do with it, how I spend it, when I send it, and also be able to get something tangible on its value in the long run, I pretty much believe this is a huge difference showing how much banks have lost their game to the cryptocurrency world, and what we are just seeing is a start. As time goes on and as people start using it in real life, this would make the value to even soar more than it already is.
5907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: August 29, 2018, 07:31:20 AM
Why focus so much on individuals? Look at the countries where gambling is 100% legalized, such as Macau and Monaco. These countries have become super-rich due to the tax revenues from casinos. Also, huge number of jobs are created as a result of gambling.
Yes some countries have legalize gambling, but still they have restricted the under age people from visiting casino and play gambling there. I think t hat it is a good decision it can prevent young people from wasting their time by visiting casinos.

How come that would be a waste of time? It's their own opinion / decision?
Only a person decides their fate, if those you people wanted to "waste" their money then it should be ok.
Well, I can understand from your angle that everyone is entitled to their own decision making process, and gambling is one thing that really should take proper decision before even considering it.

The funniest part is that some people still tend to understand how gambling can easily affect the gamblers in most cases and still end up getting addicted to it anyway. One thing for sure is that anyone who sees gambling as a means to make a lot of money will definitely get what they deserve for being dumb.
5908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it worth using the technical indicators in the cryptocurrency market? on: August 28, 2018, 12:28:03 PM
Its worthed and it is a must to learn technical indicator to be able to make profit, people created more and more advance indicators to be easier to predict the market movement, indicators cant be 100% correct but it can give a good review about the market, and from that point you can speculate about the price, so it's an important element in trading
Well, not using a technical indicator does not mean you cannot trade the market at all. Some investors or traders simply like going indicator-less than using one. You can decide to stick with just price actions or candle reading on the chart. With that said, indicators are still a very good way to detect possible market movement, either with momentum indicator or trend indicator, but they can really be an added advantage if known.
Right! For instance, before I even started using the Stoch RSI indicator, I have always stuck with the D1 - weekly chart and then trading the candles only and that has been very effective for me.

However, with momentum indicator, it made it a bit easy for me to understand the market sentiment, either oversold or overbought, how the market his acting based on its price at this point and what decision I should be making. So I agree with the fact that it is not a necessity but it can be an added advantage.
5909  Economy / Marketplace / Re: about the price of cryptocurrency on: August 28, 2018, 11:52:56 AM
Bitcoin's competition is only itself because it needs to surpass it's current state even more because it still in the stage of development and acceptance despite countries started using it as payment for e-commerce and commerce or just regular payment. Altcoins will be treated as underlings as long as btc exist.
One of the main reasons why altcoins always experience a huge pump and dump at the end of it all. For one thing, only coins or tokens with real life product will be found doing well in the long run and not just some wannabe shitcoins.

As the market keeps growing and as bitcoin keeps evolving, a lot of attention will be focused on this market which would affect its dominance positively and then those with products like I said will have to start trying to make their own impact to survive the alt market and stand out.
5910  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you wish to have physical notes, coins for bitcoin? on: August 28, 2018, 11:15:27 AM
If you want to see bitcoin in paper form then the purpose of creating bitcoin will get shattered.

Haha are you mean to say about the paper wallet. I don't know what will be done in the future but so far paper wallet is the only thing we can consider as a paper wallet mate.

If you want to see bit coin like Fiat cash then you have very less chance to see it.
Because it is decentralized cryotocurrency may be we can use it for long time.
Obviously he is not bringing up the idea of a paper wallet but rather bringing up having bitcoin as a paper currency which is absurd because that was the reason a lot of us are investing in this space in the first place as paper currency has brought even more harm than good with the way the government and banks have manipulated and monopolized the fiat space.

Moreover, if we should start talking about paper currency for bitcoin, which country will be printing? Decentralized digital currency is what it is and there is no point trying to go archaic like the OP.
5911  Economy / Speculation / Re: The next trend of bitcoin? on: August 28, 2018, 07:38:02 AM
The "skyrocket" can happen with the same level as possibility of the "deepest deep". People, don't bee too optimistic about bitcoin, cause of that may bring you to crash. We should to be very careful with crypto investment, they are really unpredictable and we can loose everything or gain very much, it's 50/50.
So many people are even beginning to compare with 2014 and even though I share with the optimism and I have no problem with that, I still believe care should be taken before even considering going all in on the market.

Sure, the $6k support has acted solid for a while and the market so far is trying to test the $6800 - $7k resistance which I believe once we break only with good volume can change the perspective of the market at least in the short term. For now, anything can happen and like you said, it can be rapid, so you would not want to not stay at alert.
5912  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices by 2020? on: July 23, 2018, 06:52:41 AM
2 years from now $50,000 - $100,000 would be a normal price for bitcoin but wait until the next halving will commence by that year. You have a good number of bitcoins on hold, how much you bought each of it?

This topic also belongs to Speculation. Move this thread.
After two years the price may not touch its highest place and may touch actually we can not say that what will be its action because the market price of Bitcoin is looking unstable and we can be trapped too. In order to get rid of risk you need to invest always in low market as people has invested in current market which is low and the price has improved today up to 7328k dollar price which is a great achievement.
5913  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Prediction For 2018 To 2020 on: July 23, 2018, 06:20:56 AM
I believe end hope BTC to USD for December 2018.In the beginning price at 15164 Dollars. Maximum price $18821, minimum price $15164. The average for the month $16685. Bitcoin price forecast at the end of the month $17590,
And my predictions BTC to USD for December 2020.
In the beginning price at 62294 Dollars. Maximum price $72131, minimum price $62294. The average for the month $66033. Bitcoin price forecast at the end of the month $67412,
See i like the way you have precisely mentioned the prices for bitcoin this year in USD but all these are mere predictions and in this line where price fluctuates every hour because of its volatility speculations are of less help as anything could happen like pump or dump within few days.So we cant tell where it will stand at this year. But still we can see the prices up-to $25k if everything goes on favor.
Now it is complicated to say something about the future price after two years because we have no surety that the demand rate at that time will have decreased or increased which is causing probability.

Furthermore experts are predicting that in the next six months the price of Bitcoin would have crossed the 30k dollar figure without any doubt but I still say that it will be an uncertain value because almost all the actual values are uncertain with predictions.
5914  Economy / Economics / Re: Why exchanges do not pay interest? on: July 19, 2018, 07:41:54 AM
Today I wanted to check my ETH amount in an exchange.
However, due to laziness to enter all the passwords and 2FA etc,
I decided to just check my exchange ETH address via ETH explorer.

I copied it and pasted in in an explorer and what I saw amazed me:

Balance:   0.00013284416 Ether

There should be atleast 2 ETH!
I checked the transactions below and saw that RIGHT after an incomming transaction happens,
another outgoing transaction empties my exchange wallet!

I logged in right away to the exchange and the coins were there!

Does anyone know, how come exchanges use our money for their own things
but they don't pay us interest? Or is there an exchange, which pays interest?
LOL that’s why they tell you that cryptocurrency is not bank. You don’t expect what you’re seeing in bank to be the same thing you will be seeing in cryptocurrency exchanges and the rest of them.

If you want where you will be getting interest on your money then you will have to move it to bank and by the end of the month you will be getting interest. But I don’t really value those interest cause they don’t make sense, not much, unless it will be different in your country.
5915  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I make passive daily income with trading? on: July 18, 2018, 11:25:15 AM
Can I make passive daily income with trading?
I have little money of about 100$, Is it a good idea to start jump on Bittrex or Poloniex and
start buying alt coins for profit.
Passive income does not come from trading, cause it is something you yourself has to work for before you gain from it. And another thing you have to know is that trading goes with your level of skills and luck (I just need to add ‘luck” to remind you that it is not every time you win, loss do occur at times).

I’m not trying to say that trading is bad, no it is good, but you have to learn it. You shouldn’t just jump in just like you said, there are lots of things you will learn about it.
5916  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The hard Truth on: July 18, 2018, 10:53:22 AM
Throughout my trading education(self-learning) most contents I read or watch regarding crypto trading states it point blank that "about 90% of crypto traders lose their funds"in the cause of trading.

This has somehow made me lose interest in learning to trade. Does this mean, that as a new trader or even the professionals have a marginal percentage of being successful in crypto trading? if your answer is no, then I guess there is rules or ethics you abide by that has made you successful in most of your trading.

I would be glad if members could share with us some of their tips and guides they've adopted in trading. I think good submissions will be of help to most people in this forum.

Thanks in advance!
Even if they have tips that helps them make money from crypto they will always find it difficult to tell people. I’m a trader but I don’t make profit everyday, there are sometimes loss occur, but the most important thing is that you make sure that your profit you’re making at the end of the month is greater than the losses you make. And self training is not a good idea, you should learn from people around you that have been into it for a long time.
5917  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find good cryptos? on: July 17, 2018, 07:59:24 AM
It depends on what you want from a crypto. Do you want a good management and team that keeps on working on the coin forever and building it bigger and bigger everyday? Do you want something that gives you what you want like fast transaction or bigger blocks or what not? Do you care about what the tokens and coins promise? In the end its not about what coins gives you, its about what you want to take from the coins.
5918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deposit Altcoins and withdraw bitcoin? on: July 17, 2018, 07:22:05 AM
Are there any sportsbooks that allow you to deposit ETH or Litecoin and withdraw in bitcoin?

Trying to figure out if any sites offer that with out having to withdraw/convert or trade, drawing fees in the process.

You can do this but at one purpose? I mean the process takes up time and money, how would anyone offer that service to you and not make any losses? If you want to keep going with this that means you want to save up on the fees and put that burden on the gambling websites.

I am sorry but that would never happen because they are a business at first and the first job of a business is to make profits and they will not be making profits if they kept losing money on fees.
5919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN is FUTURE !!! on: July 16, 2018, 08:04:41 AM
Btc is one of the best things for future
Best thing for future only and only if it survives the present day bans that are being imposed on it by few countries, although few but China and India have huge population which also has a part of them trading and investing in cryptos, thus you can conclude if bans are imposed a large market of cryptos might be shut down in that region and hence bitcoin might start dying up.
5920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: July 16, 2018, 07:30:45 AM
We all know how risky bitcoin is. Let's imagine the most riskiest money deposit situation.
What do you think guys, will this moment ever come and banks decide to offer us Bitcoin deposits (e.g. fixed profit on 1 year deposit and etc).
This can be very, very profitable for banks if they make correct decisions.
P.S I don't mean freebitco.in's offer of holds on their wallet. I mean if official banks ever offer us this service.

Every business needs to adapt to changes and challenges like this. Im pretty sure banks are already finding ways to join the bandwagon.they will surely profit from it. It would just be a matter of time until they accept bitcoin deposit and withdrawals.
Every business needs to adapt to changes and eventually they do adapt to changes but for something like bitcoin it will be pretty hard cause its not only the bank who is needed to adapt to the situation it is the govt and also the economic situation of the country will be in stake, although it is achievable but only when the country it is to be enacted decides to centralize bitcoin and other crypto currency.
