5901  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: June 22, 2016, 11:51:17 AM
Well, definitely shouldn't sell your bitcoins right now after a market adjustment. I think that this is just a bear trap and if you sell now, it will be a huge mistake and you will regret in the future.

Holding is the best investment you can make.

Then it is better to buy now? Any insights if this price right now is the levelled price for this week? I think it is still a risk to buy now because price keeps going down.
5902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 10:21:08 AM
Well, one of the most common things that is stopping people from using bitcoin is probably government interventions. There are lots of places on the Earth where bitcoin is banned from trading.

But they can probably easily still access the BTC network.

Yeah, but the main reason is lack of knowledge with bitcoin, few people in every country has a little information or doesn't know at all what bitcoin is.

True...
I asked my friend yesterday to just invest some of his money into bitcoins, and he's a big party, but he just asked me one thing, that what is it and where do the money go... I said it's people buying and selling it all the way through exchanges, so he said, "No, I ain't interested in investing into something which is not under control..." We need to give proper knowledge to people about this coin, else it won't have a better future...

People are not aware from this currency. If a currency accept bitcoin then a few people of it are known about it. First of all, you are true that knowledge is of great importance. If a person becomes known about it, there is many way of profit for it. If he not like to be trading, then he can uses its bitcoin in other ways like gambling, mining etc. This, I sure will changes his minds and he started using it. Bitcoin is, no doubt, very interesting but if only people get knowledge about it. It is profitable in long terms, I believe. Smiley

What you believe can be right for some people. Specially those who have bought at a low price. Then, what about those people who have bought it while it was too high on price? Different stories in here but we should have the same goal and that is to tell people who dont have any idea about it that this bitcoin exist.
5903  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 08:10:26 AM
Now it is very tough to double your bitcoins. You already holding your coins from last six months means now the best time to sell your coins. You will get double amount now yes the price of bitcoin is all most double to compare last six months. So another way I don't know how to increase your bitcoin.

Yeah it doubled for just a couple of months and it is still growing. Good thing you are not thinking about gambling, it is one way also with a lot of risk in it.  Tongue
5904  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 22, 2016, 07:54:54 AM
When you carry large amounts cash, you lose cash much easier than carrying the same amount in bitcoin.

That is the idea, and that is also why it is being judged as a currency to which will be used for transaction in trading guns, drugs and other bad stuff. It can provide sending a high amount of money and without tracing it. That is the idea of other people.
I think cash here also refers to our deposits in our bank accounts and that does not necessarily mean that all cash in hand. That is the basic definition of accounting, there is a cash on hand and cash in bank but all it belongs to cash.

Yeah and on bitcoin it is not said that it is cash yet. It got value but they would just care if a lot of coins is involved. What if it is sent little by little until it fills up the amount needed for payment to the illegal transaction? This is possible because it got lower transaction fee.
5905  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: June 22, 2016, 07:29:25 AM
I buy bitcoins for the profit you can make with it and sometimes for payments, its an easy payment and it can provide you a lot of profit by simply holding these days so that is also a reason why.

bitcoin is best payment processor for sending money to other country, no tax fee, but sometimes we need more than 1hours to get 1confirmation, this is the seriously problem for me.

Yeah it takes a little longer now than before. Does it have something to do with the bitcoin mined or the ledger have been really long now so it the confirmations are getting slower.
5906  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: June 22, 2016, 06:26:01 AM
Customer should use bitcoin cause it is more safe than credit cards. Credit card credential can be steal at onlinr shops you buy. And bitcoin has a less transaction fees.
and if some one hack your online wallet key what will you do then. i think the customer should use bitcoin because it  will need no exchange of currency in the local currency if he is in foreign country. i think the most appropriate answer is that people should use bitcoin because can be use without any card and cash. you can do shopping online using bitcoin. you can do shopping from any online shopping center using bitcoin. there are so many other benefits of bitcoin in our daily life.

Benefits because people are getting lazy to go to the store.  Grin Other thing could be because they have no car and would be buying a large thing or appliance that the other store dont have a delivery in them.

5908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 22, 2016, 05:36:05 AM
Yes the bitcoin can do this but it will take a lot of time without any doubts, the fact is that if the bitcoin has a good worth its gonna be easy.
It only needs to get a lot bigger these days!

For me, I don't think bitcoin can do that as banks are very important in an economy of a country. And we all know that bitcoins are uncontrollable.
Government will tend to use banks rather than the use of bitcoin, since value of bitcoin is unstable.
And in every aspect, banks are important even though they are just getting money from it's client legally.
Same here, but my idea is a bit different.

For me, I think Bitcoin will enhance banking overall. They can use the blockchain tech to enhance their transactions. Think of international transfers. It would now take minutes instead of days. Lower fees. Western Union and the like would be rendered obsolete since bank transfers are easier and faster than ever.

Western Union will have the problem when this BTC will also be used by common people and banks will be the one gaining profit here even for a little transaction fee. Small will be big when bulk users do it everyday.
5909  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 22, 2016, 05:28:55 AM
Nope, i won't. I think it's better to receive my salary in fiat, because if you receive in bitcoin, your salary can decrease or increase depend on the price of bitcoin and it's not good for me.

Just like what is happening now. It goes down like 100 dollars if that would be your salary then that would really hurt specially, when you are using it for your daily needs.
5910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 22, 2016, 05:20:31 AM
I think that you will only be able to explain Bitcoin to someone if you let them watch you do your thing and explain at the same time what you are doing.
Just go easy and slow so that he or she will understand it better. If you go to fast with to much information that person will forget more then halve of what you just sad.

Some people are better in that way. Watching someone do it first and taking some notes or just memorizing every details. While that is happening tell them they can ask questions whenever they like or could go back if they could not understand something.
5911  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: June 22, 2016, 05:13:43 AM
Loans can be pretty risky but only for that people that are not able to pay it back, if you are able to pay back your loan then you do not have to worry.
But do not go and take a loan to gamble because if you do that you are just asking for trouble.

Gambling will make you loan again and maybe lose again. Greed is always there whenever you win a lot. Loans are like the same, we as the loaner will gamble our money to a known person in a forum not even seeing his face.
5912  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: June 21, 2016, 12:56:00 PM
It is not needed to be in panic with Bitcoin now and you must not buy it because you already can see now that the value of Bitcoin is becoming higher so that is really nice.
And people with already Bitcoin are now just holding it and that is really nice maybe they can earn some profit soon.
Bitcoin price fall down just a little bit and i think that it's one of the best opportunity to buy bitcoins. You are not forced to buy a whole bitcoin, you can buy just like 1/4 of bitcoin and hold it and enjoy your daily profit without doing anything (just sitting and relaxing) because the price is continue rising.

Many are doing that already. Actually I do it like every salary but not everyday. Just put some in bitcoin for the future price. Sometimes I exchange it when I feel the price going back low.
5913  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: June 21, 2016, 12:19:52 PM
Some times i think trading is also a kind of gambling if price decrease we have to hold coin for a long time especially btc/usd trading according to be the best way is that to trade bitcoin with other crypto currency like DBIC, doge and clams ..

I am thinking about that too. Since bitcoin fall so much when it fluctuates then making some money out of other currencies like altcoin would be helpful and sometimes they move upwards when bitcoin falls.
5914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 21, 2016, 12:17:29 PM
I believe bitcoins will make banks disappear, but it will take a long time as the centralized system won't give in so easily. Decentralized system is the future, but centralized system wont' give up without a fight.

I don't think that Banks will be disappear as they have build the trust among the people, people are looking at bank to keep their money safe and for making big amount transactions. Bitcoin doesn't have that reputation, it will be popular and be important part of the global currency but it will never replace banks.
Yes absolutely right banks will not disappear because the banks will certainly always be updated with the times. So he could follow developments and could definitely compete. Very unlikely bitcoin could eliminate banks.

Making banks disappear is very impossible thing to happen. And it is very important in a government.
I don't think the government will allow that to happen, as banks are playing an important role in the economy of a country.

What you say is true. But maybe a lot of changes can happen to them. When people knew that they can also invest their money in something better then some may change on how they do it and that is a lost for them
5915  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 21, 2016, 10:21:58 AM
The Bitcoin is never going to replace the Dollar because the Dollar is just to powerful to be taken over by the Bitcoin. It is possible fro it to be otehr way around but I also think that that is not going to happen.

That is true. Too much power on that simple paper money that everyone knew. It is like wherever you go US dollar is known to it. Taxi cab drivers at airports always look for that. So it wont be that easy. They dont even know what bitcoin is why change dollar.

5916  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 21, 2016, 09:16:25 AM
i dont think you should try having all of the itcoins and nothing of the cash. Becasue you cant buy everything with coins you also need cashoffcourse.

yeah that is the best thing to do. For now, retailers or businesses dont accept bitcoin all over the world. Some do but not in our country there are just some though but it will be hard to find. So better get some cash first.
5917  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 21, 2016, 08:56:06 AM
for me bitcoin can always give profit. not only at the time of halving. we can generate profit every time with bitcoin. because bitcoin have lots of advantages and earning opportunities. we can easily trade it. easily invest it. and we can use it in gambling and betting to earn lots of money.
my choice is bitcoin.

Its a good choice as of now it is really the easiest way to invest. Gold investing needs some documents to be filed or you might buy it at a store or a person who sells fake golds. So it is better with bitcoin now just buy on a trusted website.
5918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: June 21, 2016, 08:07:49 AM
Just to answer you, it would have been better if there was no altcoins in the market.

Now we have around 650 off altcoins in the market who are eating up bitcoin investments. If there was no altcoins in the market, then bitcoin would have reached $2000 USD by now. Each person investing in altcoins, could have invested in bitcoin increasing its market cap.

That might be right or bitcoin growing up says how many people trust this currency. I think those who made altcoins are trying to make something that will get them rich for self interest and some do scam.  Undecided
5919  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 21, 2016, 07:46:29 AM
I think for now living in bitcoin not support  yet as many stores still refuse to use bitcoin as an additional payment option?
whereas it will not hurt them if they accept bitcoin right ?

I dont get much out of it. But I think you are saying that if  your salary are in Bitcoin currency then you cant use it in retail stores when you are buying right? Well you could change it to fiat as a mean of trading to things..
5920  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 21, 2016, 07:28:27 AM
Bitcoins are definitely better than cash. Bitcoins can't just be inflated by the Government, especially when we already have an estimated maximum of bitcoins ever to be produced.

Bitcoin will be the better to keep.

That is the idea of hodlers. It will run out then some will look for it and buy it for a higher price, it will become so rear that you wont see so much selling it. Like gold it is running out too.
