5901  Economy / Speculation / Re: Won't people sell it ? on: June 07, 2018, 04:53:19 PM
won't the people sell it before the decline arrives ?
If people start selling, don't you guys think that the decline will arrive much faster than the last year ?

P.S : My point is, we can't expect the price to rise and fall the same way as the last year.

"the people" selling it causes the decline, so how can they sell it before it arrives?? I don't think you have a valid point about bitcoin not being able to rise and fall the same way it did last year. If you are following yearly trends which it sounds like you are, then that's all you have to go by, previous yearly data. We are obviously entering a new era, where bitcoins presence is gaining attention. Massive bitcoin trades are happening away from these exchanges, which is not reflected on coinmarketcap for example.

If your indicating the price of bitcoin will increase drastically sooner than it did last year (early nov), what july/august and then fall 3 months later (oct/nov) i highly doubt it. Interesting to see how this year pans out, crypto space is unpredictable. Thats why the majority of us love it so god damn much.
Last year, Bitcoin went through many positive/negative news which made it's price grow so much over the last few months of the year.
There was a reason why BTC had grown so much and hence there should be a reason this time too for it to grow the same as the last time.
It is obvious we cant expect the same growth like the last if there is no reason for us to buy BTC.
5902  Economy / Speculation / Won't people sell it ? on: June 06, 2018, 02:30:21 PM
As we know, Bitcoin had reached at it's peak of $19k during the end of the year and after that it went to a deep decline.
People are hoping that the same momentum will take place this year too. So if this happens, won't people be ready for buying at this price.
Or lets say if the price really goes high and when the year end comes, won't the people sell it before the decline arrives ?
If people start selling, don't you guys think that the decline will arrive much faster than the last year ?

P.S : My point is, we can't expect the price to rise and fall the same way as the last year.
5903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Maximum price that BTC can reach realistically on: June 06, 2018, 01:55:11 PM
Can you tell me what can be the maximum price of Gold ? Can you tell me how high the rates of property can go ?
There won't be an answer. Similarly the question you have asked cannot have a definite answer as it belongs the knowledge of future which nobody has.
Anybody can sell it at any price and the lowest of it would be considered as the selling price. If suddenly everybody starts selling it at $1 million and people still buy it then the price of 1 BTC would be $1 million (don't take it seriously though). Only time can tell us the answer to that question.
5904  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This guy claims he made $50k is this legit? on: June 05, 2018, 04:31:53 PM
Are all of you guys insane. The video is not about trading but its about a BTC generator. Stop posting before watching the video.
I didn't watch the video, but you can make loads of money trading and speculating. The problem is that you can lose it as well. I saw a video by a guy who reckoned he was a star, because he had won something like £800 from buying lottery scratch cards regularly. He showed the winning cards as well, but he didn't show the losers. I bet he spent four of five grand on buying all the cards. I just hope he got that back from the advertising he ran on his video.
Atleast this guy accpets that he hasn't watched the video unlike the others who are posting without even watching the content.

No you cannot make such a huge amount through the method showed in the video.  It's just a scam and so stop wasting your time behind this.
There are no such things called BTC generator and whoever says that it works is probably scamming you.
You can surely earn through trading but that requires skills, passion and an initial capital.
5905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can lightning network help Bitcoin? on: June 04, 2018, 01:32:16 PM
The lightning network will create more efficient way of sending and receiving money from place to another. It will open up a side chain through which the people can exchange BTC in a jiffy. This will provide speed in confirmations and will reduce the confirmation time. It will also create a secured connection between the people so that your coins remain safe in the network. It will also reduce the transaction fees since we can keep channel open as long as we want and make many number of transactions through it.
5906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for sale and purchase tickets? on: June 04, 2018, 01:26:50 PM
While Bitcoin isn't being used yet for official ticket booking, we might still use it for booking tickets. Bitcoin was meant to be used as a payment method.
If you know a broker who accepts Bitcoin as a payment then you might book the tickets from him or else you can find a person who can buy the tickets in the fiat currency in exchange for Bitcoin. I am sure there will be many people willing to buy the tickets for you. You can put it up in the services section.
5907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: June 03, 2018, 06:02:41 PM
ICOs may or may not be dead but the development of new projects won't come to an end at all. Cryptocurrencies used to be launched without any ICOs until a few years back and when the ICO system was introduced, it was after that the cryptocurrencies came into this phase of launch.
Many people create fake ICOs to scam others which is why I think that it may be really hard for ICOs to survive longer and may be in future a better and secure way to launch cryptocurrencies will be introduced.
5908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC manipulation or not? You wont believe in your eyes!!! on: June 03, 2018, 05:57:58 PM
BTC price manipulation is not an easy task as it requires a lot of money and traffic in order to manipulate the trading volume.
If at all one is successful in manipulating the price of BTC it would require a huge amount of effort to to do it regularly and repeatedly.
Apart from that, it's very hard for one to keep manipulating the price at the same intervals. Many traders keep analyzing the market.
If any such instance would have occured then it would come into limelight long ago.
5909  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading signal become a smart scam!!! on: June 03, 2018, 05:42:27 PM
Most of the crypto traders understand your point and what you are trying to say. I am sure that the experienced traders won't fall for this trap.
I don't believe in signals in either as I think that one should do his own research before investing in any coin. Why should be blindly trust others while we can be sure from our own researches? Why to pay for some stupid signals which might lead in a loss ? If at tall the signals were true then the admin would already have made more money out of it.
5910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are good projects in altoins and why? on: June 02, 2018, 02:57:34 AM
While there are thousands of ICOs launching every year it might be tough to find the best project of the year but we can certainly identify which might be the top most project of the year by knowing the hype it gets from the community. Eligma, Electroneum etc... were some good hyped projects but they are certainly not doing so well now. I am attracted to a few projects which I think might do well in the upcoming months/years. Soferox, Eidoo and Phore are some of the projects which I think will do well in the future.
5911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PRICE-VOLATILITY VERSUS PRICE-STABILITY on: June 02, 2018, 02:47:57 AM
I would prefer both as well because price volatility gives more benefit to the intraday traders. I am not an intraday trader but had tried in beginning days of my crypto trading. Huge volatility gives more chances of earning huge money. Price stability is needed too because if the price is not stable then there are chances that investors will loose hope in their investment and will be reluctant to invest in it later. So if a coin goes up and down and at the end of the day it stays near to its opening price (not exactly but somewhere up or down) then the volatility and stability both comes to our favor.
5912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which trading exchange site best for beginner ? on: June 01, 2018, 02:45:34 PM
While Huobi is the top crypto exchange right now I would recommend you to use Binance as a beginner in trading. The trading volume is more in Huobi which makes it at the top but personally I like Binance over it because it has a clean interface and a good security behind it. The team is more determined in what they do and Binance has never given any issues to me or most of the other users. It has most of the top cryptocurrencies and also has a wide collection of markets from which we can buy and sell crypto. They also have their own Binance coin which is successfully trading and is in the top 20 coins in the coinmarketcap list.
5913  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think the best way to gain when you trading? on: June 01, 2018, 02:40:24 PM
Hello, guys, I wondered why some people are easily getting profit during trading and some are not. Like me most of the time I have to lose instead of gaining. Can you tell me what method or signal you are using? I don't like a pump and dump events it's not good to everyone, it's not fair. Just want to learn how to read graphs and signal but I don't know how to begin. Anyone who is experienced trader here?
There are different kinds of traders who uses different methods of trading. Each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages involved in it.
Day trading involves traders to trade at a daily basis and thus the opportunity to make money and losing money is more than that of others.  Short term trading is what most of the young traders(traders who have recently got in) do. The older traders are the ones who prefer to hold it for long. I would be honest here and say that the most profit and risk free investment is to hold the investment for a long term. Choose a good coin from the top 10 coins and invest in it and then forget about it for a couple of years.

Rules:
✓   Must be a an average of 30 to 35 quality posts per week per participant.

Payment:
Legend/Hero - 0.00025 ETH per click

Example:
If you’re a Legend member and send 1,000 visits from your signature to Jackypot’s page per week, your payment will be of $ 0.25 ETH for those 1,000 visitors.
The payment will base on the traffic not with per post?

requiring minimum average post numbers but paying per click or traffic generated?
doesn't seem fair, so if someone actively posting in the forum but noone click his link... he gets paid ZERO
good luck with the campaign, get ready for click abuse and many complains afterwards
Yeah right ! This campaign doesn't go with the standard rules of a signature campaign and might get negative results instead.
Campaign manager should change the rules and post it to altcoins section.
I would like to join the campaign if the rules are altered.

5918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth it to take part in airdrops? on: April 27, 2018, 02:36:06 PM
I have been in the crypto market for quite a long time and have never really thought of participating in airdrops. The mere of thought of getting free money makes me wonder whether it is actually going to be worth it. Most of coins give in airdrops are useless and considered as dust in our portfolio which is why I have never participated in any of them. It is better to take part in a bounty program rather than to take part in an airdrop.
5919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I need to say more? on: April 27, 2018, 02:30:28 PM
You cant say one thing is better than another, cause everything have its own advantages and disadvantages right ? We still need both of them though.

You are kind of right in some way. Although, there are instances where one thing is completely better than the other, there are also its own advantages and disadvantages.
I am a crypto lover too and love the way BTC works but still I think that fiat is needed. It should not be completely avoided. BTC is good but still it has its disadvantages like high fees and confirmation delay in a congested network. The issues might get resolved over time but fiat will still be needed in future when transactions get stuck in the network or some misfortune happens.
5920  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin price getting low? on: April 27, 2018, 02:02:00 PM
There is one thing I would like you to know is that none of the assets including cryptocurrencies, shares, gold etc.. can go in one direction for a long period of time. It travels like a wave. Bitcoin has been in a decline for a couple of months and we saw that it recovered a little in price. It jumped to $9700 and right now its at $9200. I don't think it is going down. May be you consider the little decline of $500-$1000 as a  downside but it is not what you think. We will see another spike very soon when it crosses $10k and then again we might see a little decline. This is how it goes.
