Rumors swirling around that Mike Ashley is in the final stages of talks with the Saudi oilers on the Newcastle deal.  Looks like we'll be seeing another club pumped with money for transfers.  Lol.

I hope to see the likes of Tuchel take over as manager...  AVB even.
I was actually hoping that the Glazers would be swayed by the money and finally sell the club to the Saudi Princes though I don't like his personality, his money would help Manchester United to compete with the big boys once again. But it seems it's Newcastle United who are going to be the one to enjoy the Arab money.

United is already too big (and too expensive) to be of interest to investors imho.  They'll be more interested with smaller clubs with history like Newcastle, Leeds, Blackburn...

West Ham vs Liverpool, a delayed game from round 18, seems a good chance for Liverpool to advance more in the first position. However, the three points will make West Ham go up by 2 ranks, that why I think it is interesting match to watch.

Sadio Mane is injured for this match but you would still expect Liverpool to win. West Ham have been terrible all season but I guess you never know.

Don't forget West Ham manager David Moyes, he doesn't know how to play against big teams, as if afraid of them.

Mmmm...  I think Moyes wasn't that bad at his time at Everton imo.  He outfoxed even the great SAF at United and some of the other big clubs too.
5923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 29, 2020, 01:20:22 PM
^  Careful now...  These 'easy games' are where big clubs make fatal mistakes.  Look at Man City at the EPL.  And Barca isn't exactly invincible this season too.  They've had their share of unexpected losses with the reverse fixture vs Levante being one of them.
5924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 28, 2020, 02:17:16 PM
But first, we should focus on the Copa del Rey game this week against Zaragoza. I bet Zizou's gonna rest a lot of players.

If I were Real Madrid coach, I won't take that risk. We have already seen lots of upsets in Copa Del Rey and Real Madrid won't risk another. But the problem is they have to play against Atletico Madrid just 3 days later. Now this is real test for Real Madrid players, they have to advance to quarter finals of Copa and also try to retain first spot in league against tough opponent.

I think both matches will have same Real Madrid squad except 2-3 changes max.

Maintaining the lead at the league should be given more priority tho.  IMHO.  Zidane has to.  I got 10k USD riding on Real getting more points than Barca at the league.  Lolol.  Grin

Fucking hell tokeweed, $10,000 bet? You like to live dangerously don’t you Grin
Hope it comes in for you Smiley

Yeah...  10k USD bet vs Trofo without escrow!  Lolol.  Cheesy  (At least I'd like to pretend it's a 10k USD bet)

It's on the move again even tho it's been getting a lot of negative feedback on the Twitterz cos of Justin Sun's trolling.  The guy just doesn't care and it's not even funny anymore.

Examplens picked 0 - 3...  And judging from how hot he's been running, that could be the right pick.  Grin

Bournemouth 1-2 Arsenal
Less people care about the FA Cup these days but Arsenal into the next round. It’s a good chance for them to win a cup as they’re not able to win the league or CL right now.

The small clubs outside the EPL love it (and their supporters).  It's (or might be) their only chance to play vs the big clubs like LFC, United, City, etc...

Here's that moment to finally see if this s**t's real or not.  But I hate the way it bounced so fast with no serious volume behind it.  Could be a DCB...?

Edit:  But then again if you look at it this way, it looks like all the selling is done with 7k(ish) the bottom.

I genuinely cannot believe you still do not have re-entry. That is all.

You mean rebuy tourneys?  Too lazy to check but could be good for the smallest of stakes since there's really no serious traffic.  Same with the BBJ..  I think having them down to the micros would really help fill those tables up.  (I know, broken record)

It's quite simple really.. If you need your 0.005BTC ASAP, don't gamble with it.

Either way sometimes it's fast and sometimes it takes a bit longer, perhaps it depends on how often you withdraw and how new your account is, I'm not sure.

I think FJ sometimes automatically holds withdrawals when something changed during log in and withdrawal, like a change in IP, device, OS or browser.

It's actually good in case somebody hacked into your account.

^  As was the case when Vettel kept giving everybody the finger during the RBR era.  And nope.  Bottas def third tier.  On top of my head could be second tiers (maybe and a half) are Ricciardo, Norris, Ocon.

I'd still put Vettel at second tier, with Verstappen peeking at almost top tier.  IMHO.

Are you sure a former Man Utd fan, sir?  Grin  When I look at your account name, it seems you are a big fan of this team. It really reflects it, so I'm not sure you leave it easily.
Shit Grin

Well, don't underestimate the power of a butthurt fan. Some will give up the support because they couldn't bear the pain.

https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1233144/Man-Utd-News-Ed-Woodward-Glazers-Fan-Protest-Man-Utd-Transfer-News

See, the situation is no longer tolerable, so that they planned to do the mass walkout.

^  So what club are you a fan of now...?  Cos if you say LFC that's totally unheard of.  Lolol.

And that mass walk out isn't because they hate the club (it's the opposite), they couldn't bear see it crumble before their eyes cos of the idiots running it sacrificed the football culture for commercialization.
5935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 27, 2020, 12:41:42 PM
Liverpool to go unbeaten at 4/1...?  That's 4 in decimal, so 10 bucks wins 30 (and your stake back)?  Which bookie did you get that line from?

I actually think they will go unbeaten. Few things to consider though -

  • They still have City away
  • If they win the title really early they may prioritise the CL over being Invincibles & begin fielding weakened teams as they already are Champions

I mean I'd like to see them go unbeaten but I don't think they could do it.  Klopp's squads do really run, so fatigue will set in sooner or later...  Esp. when the CL KO stages start.
5936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: January 27, 2020, 12:33:46 PM
^  Best car, big edge.  Put Alonso in a Mercedes, he'd give Hamilton a run for his money.  IMHO.

I'm calling out LTU_btc!  I wanna get a chance to win my 10 bucks back!  Lolol.  You and me, who finishes higher at the end of the season, my Verstappen vs your pick (without Hamilton and Bottas or any Merc driver).  10 bucks...

Gogogo!
Ok mate, I'm in! I don't have many realistic choices, so I should pick one of Ferrari drivers. Let it be Leclerc!
Though, personally I'm not Ferrari fan and would prefer Verstappen finnishing higher Cheesy.

Lezz go!  And it isn't like your forced to bet on a sure loser.  I think Leclerc has a slightly chance to get more points by the end of the season imo.  But betting on Verstappen makes it more interesting.  Lolol.
5937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 27, 2020, 12:28:58 PM
I didn't watch the game but Valencia won Shocked

Did they got luck or they deserve the win?

According to https://understat.com/match/12231

Well, from stats it seems a even match. Who deserved?

Stats may say otherwise but Barcelona played awful today. Under Quique Setien, Barcelona find the way to pass quickly between players but where is the final product? Just for an example, out of 14 shots Barcelona registered 11 came from Messi. He was only active player for Barcelona today apart from Ter Stegen. But his performance was also below par. He missed all his 11 shots. He failed to convert any of the 4 free kicks (one was only 21m away). When you are Lionel Messi, fans expect better from you.

So in the nutshell, coach changed but situation isn't.
Messi's Good Day = Barca's Good Day
Messi's Bad Day = Barca's Awful Day

Yup.  That's what I love about football cos sometimes the stats doesn't really translate how good (or bad) the club played during that fixture.  Prolly cos the way it is, it's more flowing...  (That's why I hate VAR)

Anyway...  Real three points up.  Grin

Edit:  Should've had a prop bet for Sevilla vs Atletico.

^  Yup.  I mean I really can't see him winning vs Blaydes.  He looked really good at the weigh ins tho (and the face offs, he's bigger than Blaydes).  So let's see.

(Yes, I'm salty for not riding the move.  I was right there at 4.50ish!)
