Hm... Asicminer shares normally are priced that high that one could make 25% over a year. This share here now has 100% div in a year. I see a difference to asicminer but still i dont like the shareprice actually. If they had 200TH now already it would be 400% per year. I hope they get it done and that this security is found by more investors. Since they seem to mine already. Thats more than other securities can say.
AM is selling blades at ~4 BTC/10GH. This security represents 100TH, i.e., 10,000 blades worth of hashpower. That would cost 40,000 BTC to buy. Market cap: 120526.04077839 BTC This is provably overvalued. You are getting a 3x better deal by buying ASICMiner blades, and you are likely to lose money on those too. 200TH, right... but the rest you said is the problem one has when you only create a mining ipo instead an ipo that owns its on asic and will grow the mine over time... *sigh* learning money i guess...

Youre sure? I let calc calculate it again and it still says 9430...
Sorry I was the one counting wrong, as I messed copy&paste to Libreoffice and added some lines later. Did a new calc and 9430 is the right number with 73 lines. Now I'm wondering where the hell did my previous my-bad reply post got 7 hours ago ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Ok... i already feared i had done another error... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Someone mentioned gen2 will only be assembled in decembre... is that true? I mean friedcat already ordered those chips months ago isnt it?

Thanks for creating the new version. I now tried to set it up. I installed 0.89 64bit. Then deleted all in appdata OT and copied the content of master.zip into. When i then start OT and run stat it shows me there are no pseudonyms, servers, assets or accounts. I then thought its because i have to start otserver.exe. When i do this it says: Welcome to Open Transactions... Test Server -- version 0.89.q (transport build: OTMessage -> OTEnvelope -> ZMQ )
The Winsock 2.2 dll was found okay
Now loading the server nym, which will also ask you for a password, to unlock its private key. Using Wallet: notaryServer.xml Failed trying to open data locking file (to store PID 3804): C:/Users/Sebastian/ AppData/Roaming/OpenTransactions/server_data/ot.pid OTPaths::BuildFolderPath: Made new folder: C:/Users/Sebastian/AppData/Roaming/Op enTransactions/server_data/
==> WARNING: Main file not found. To create it, continue this process now...
REQUIREMENTS: You must already have a wallet, where you have created one Nym. This will be a temporary wallet only, for the purpose of generating the server nym and the master key for that server nym. You can erase the contents of the ~/.ot/client_data folder once we are done with this process, and the OT client will just create a fresh wallet to replace it. In other words, don't continue to use the temporary wallet as a REAL wallet, since it contains the master key and private key for your new server nym. We're using a temporary client-side
wallet for the convenience of generating the server nym--we'll copy it over to the server side, and then we'll wipe the temp wallet and start with a fresh one once this process is done. (FYI, you can decode an armored wallet by using the 'opentxs decode' command.) -- You must also have the new Server Nym's "NymID", which should be found in the
wallet. -- When you have created your server Nym (using your temp wallet) you will want to copy the credentials from the temp wallet to your new server: cp -R ~/.ot/client_data/credentials ~/.ot/server_data/ -- You must already have a signed server contract. (*** To get one, copy the UNSIGNED version of the sample server contract, which is named 'localhost.xml', and then change the tags as you see fit. Then use the same Nym, the server Nym, to sign the server contract, via the 'opentxs newserver' command.***) You must also have the server ID for the above contract, which the newserver command will output at the same time it outputs the newly-signed server contract . => Note that the Nym who signs the server contract MUST be the same Nym that you
provide HERE, for this process now...) -- Finally, you must provide the cached key from the same wallet where you broug ht the Nym from (In this case, be careful to only copy the base64-encoded portion of the cached key from the wallet, and not the XML tags around it!) We recommend you create a blank wallet entirely for this purpose (of generating that cached key and server Nym, to be used for your new OT server.) Then erase i t once this process is done. ==> WARNING: Main file not found. To create it, continue this process now... Enter the ServerID for your server contract: When i copied the sample data shouldnt it run automatically with that data? It asks for serverid, server user id and cached key and so on. I thought i will test on testserver a bit and then try to connect to markm's server to check out the assets there are traded...

I have a problem i dont find the reason for. I mine at bitparking.com and it worked fine for weeks. But the last days it happens that after some time of mining normally the hashrate breaks. Its running at 50% then or even at 25%. The temperature is lower then too. And the status says idled miner...
When i restart cgminer then it runs normally again for a while. So i doubt its the pools fault.
I tried different scan time settings and different queue but i dont see that there is an effect. I restarted rpi too.
What can the problem be? I dont find it. I mean i ran them without problems before.

Whats the reason that every found block that only took a couple minutes to find is thrown away? Should i believe that everytime another miner was faster? I mean we found a block and always its too late? Why doesnt this happen with blocks found after a longer time? If other miners were faster to propagate then blocks that took longer should be lost too. But its only the fast blocks. I dont see the logic behind. And when this pool has a bad connection to the network, so that other miners can propagate faster... why not change this? Im not sure what to think about this.
Those short blocks aren't found. It's a bug in the pool software I'm using that occasionally reports a double finding of a block. I'm trying to track it down. If you read the thread on the HHTT pool they're having the same issue (I use the same software as them in the backend for Stratum users). Ok. Thanks for the answer.

looks good, Do you need some coin for postage to Marto74 ?
Ill ask for that later. Ill split the shipping cost between all that want to ship to one target. Here now a list of all 9430 chips that should be sent to burnin. Please take a look that i didnt do an error. In case you dont have an assembly ordered yet please care for it.
Psst, I'm counting 9450 chips ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You probably added the first line later so it's not included in total amount. PS. Great work and thanks for the good news from burnin. Youre sure? I let calc calculate it again and it still says 9430...

Did i miss something? Why is trading of this security forbidden now at btct.co? Trading is currently frozen on this security. No problems here, I just posted a test-order without any issues. Probably should just configure your public BTC address. Ah, now i found what is meant. Hidden in a list of options there is a line with an address to add. I first sat up my withdraw address and locked it but i still got the message. Now it will work hopefully again. But the errormessage is misleading then. By the way... i spoke with burnin a bit by phone. He works together with the guys from cryptx and the things i have read about them sounds fine. The actions they did till now could be interpreted scammy but i now have the impression they do this all seriously. Ill keep my shares and wonder about all the other shares crashing. I dont have a clue why they all do it at once. Before bitcoins wandered to other securities, now they all go out.

Chip- Batch OrderNr Chips Payment address Veri- Target Chips sent? count fied?
