What do you mean by this? you should ask seller to sign message with btc address associated with selling account and posted in forum as early as possible. |

Good Luck !! with his budget, he cant buy an account atleast 4months old, maybe atleast 1month is enough as he can only buy a Member rank with that amount range not depended of time registration, but for activity, so even "newbie" can be few year old. Yes but if the account has posted that long enough, do you think it is still a member rank atleast for his budget of only .03 btc? if he posted- no, but it may not be posted, example 2 year old member account with 60 post and 60 activity |
