5921  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any way to earn 5% interest/profit per month on: May 18, 2018, 12:33:56 PM
I wouldn't advice you to invest the whole $20K in trading It would sound better you invest 50% in trading while the remaining 50% in other investment, It is better to learn both crypto and forex trading with a view to choosing your preference at the end then invest wisely with a good money management you will perfectly earn a 5% profit monthly.

Sooner or later I belief there will be a breakthrough in the in the manufacture of less power consuming mining equipment or better still use of solar generating plant, now that Samsung has indicated in interest in mining equipment they will find a lasting solutions to issues of power consuming ASICs and other related equipment are these measures will reduce the projected value acclaimed in the article.
5923  Economy / Economics / Re: Is banking still important in the bitcoin era? on: May 18, 2018, 05:54:04 AM
Of course. Banking has an important role in a country. Banks can be dealt with by the government and can also manage taxes and others in a country. So that's very important. Banks can also advance the government in my opinion.
Also in the era of Bitcoin bank still instrumental to making process withdraw Bitcoin to fiat,
without bank we can't earn money from Bitcoin, so in my opinion the Bank is still important in the Bitcoin era
Exactly this the area where banks will be mostly influential in most cases transaction of bitcoin either by selling or buying is carried through the banks which serves as a third party institution or as a middlemen where fiat  is transferred between a buyer and a seller.
5924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: May 18, 2018, 05:39:17 AM
If banks can work modalities to that effect then it will be a good development with a terms and conditions for their customers, depositing bitcoin in banks would be endeared by  Cryptos hodlers however one of the major obstacle is how to address the issue of KYC which is a mandatory obligation in opening a bank account of which people preference for anonymous transactions.
5925  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fluctuates Below $8,500 on: May 18, 2018, 02:52:23 AM
From technical analysis point of view bitcoin does defies these analysis and its  price action is based on fundamentals I disagreed on the price pulling back to the support at $7400 that would be too dip, some analyst believed that in the recent times bitcoin rallies upwards on weekends, let wait and see how its going to play out.

Cryptocurrencies to be Called “Digital Money” in Russia, Tokens – “Digital Rights”

Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has shed some light on the progress authorities are making towards adopting the long-awaited crypto regulations. Legislators will replace common words like “cryptocurrencies” and “tokens” with legal terms such as “digital money” and “digital rights”, he revealed. Two draft laws have been filed in the Duma. One of the bills is scheduled for first reading next week.

Replacing “Slang” with “Strict Legal Concepts

The work on the Russian crypto regulations has been going on for some time, with unresolved questions and disagreements between institutions postponing their adoption. Two pieces of legislation have been filed in the State Duma, the lower house of Russia’s parliament – a bill defining crypto activities like initial coin offerings and mining, and a draft law amending the Russian civil code to regulate crypto transactions. According to Parlamentskaya Gazeta, the law legalizing token sales has been approved by the Financial Market Committee and will hit the House floor on May 22.

Words like “cryptocurrency” and its derivatives have gained popularity beyond crypto communities, yet authorities around the world tend to avoid them. Russian officials are no exception. According to comments made by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the new Russian legislation on “digital financial assets” will not use the colloquial terms either, RIA Novosti and RBC reported. In a speech during the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum he said:

5927  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Africa on: May 17, 2018, 06:27:19 AM
Does anyone know how big Bitcoin is in Africa? Bitcoin and blockchain tech in general seems to be something that can help under developed countries
There are so many factors militating against the growth and adoption of bitcoin in some African countries examples are poor infrastructural facilities like epileptic electricity supply, literacy level is very low, inaccessible and slow internet facilities and some schools of thought believed that bitcoin is a ponzi scheme thus sending fears to potential investors.
5928  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: May 17, 2018, 06:04:50 AM
Personally from my experience in forex trading I will rather recommends a long term in Cryptos due their high volatility thus Daily timeframe will be my minimum trading plan, of course a trade may last several days to hit profits invariably fears and emotions will be minimal compared to a short term trading, more so daily analysis of a trading set up using a daily timeframe requires just a few minutes of analysis before taking a decision.
5929  Economy / Economics / Re: Big FUD attack by Warren Buffet, Bill Gates and Charlie Munger on: May 17, 2018, 05:50:40 AM
The fact still remains that bitcoin has come to stay, firing a negative shot at bitcoin by Warren buffet and Bill Gate wouldn't have any impact on the price any longer bitcoin has surmounted many challenges and crossed many hurdles thus coming out  stronger despite all the bans, regulations and clamped down on exchanges I believed the underlying technology behind its technology makes it second to none.
5930  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-14] Florida Tax Collector to Accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash Payments on: May 17, 2018, 05:05:38 AM
Florida acceptance of bitcoin as a means of tax payment is a welcome development but my consign is how would  the issue of  unstable price of bitcoin addressed? It is very obvious that the price of bitcoin  has been too volatile in recent times considering the fact that taxes has fixed values.

They will likely use a 3rd party to sell the bitcoin when it arrives in their wallet in order to lock in the current value which is then applied to the tax payment.  Something like "send X.XXX bitcoins to 1address within the next 2 hours".
I appreciates your self explanatory answer to my question I have gotten more insights on how the issue of instability of the price of bitcoin can be used to pay taxes thus Florida is in the track while other states should emulate them in adoption of bitcoin in the payment of taxes.
5931  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I lost 10000$ in trading, what should I do? on: May 16, 2018, 11:03:10 PM
One of the basic rule in trading is ' trade with the amount of money you can afford to lose' more so I believed you were carried away by the speculations surrounding the price of bitcoin that it will reach $50K then. Thus motivated you in buying at that price and trading it off in bittrex with a margin, well I believed you had learn a lesson however you shouldn't give up hence start to learn trading while you continue with bounty campaigns.
5932  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: May 16, 2018, 06:14:22 AM
What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?
This is subject  to your research and analysis about the emerging coin recall last year the astronomical increase in the price of XRP those who invested in xrp when it was less than $1 made a lot of profits when the price hits $3 however investing in the potential coin is a very difficult task to achieved considering the fact that there are numerous coins in the market.

5935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: May 14, 2018, 03:36:04 PM
Trading cryptocurrencies is a different ball game compared to forex trading this is due to the fact that Cryptos are very volatile which requires patience for you to an edge over the market, also a wide stop loss is required to avoid drawdowns in Cryptos trading thus a working trading strategy means enduring and patiently waiting for days to take profits.
5936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 14, 2018, 05:55:22 AM
Personally I would prefer blockchain technology and smart contract to be taught in the university, once this is achieved it will covers all forms of cryptocurrencies and every other things related to it.
However designing the curriculum will be a difficult task to do because this is a new technology which lacks enough experts and technocrats in the field.
5937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE OF ICOBENCH on: May 14, 2018, 05:19:20 AM
It is quite unfortunate that ICOBENCH has been compromised by desperate ICOs who are bent on getting advertisements and promotions at all cost without following  due process.
This is a deceitful way of scamming potential investors who visits this site to read reviews and ratings of  upcoming and present ICOs.

I hope to see the end of this massive dumping of btc by Mt.Gox the trend of dumping whenever the price had made a significant bullish rally is quite worrisome it is quite unfortunate that these guys dictates the price at will and there is no means to cushion the effect of the dumping which is attributed to non regulatory feature of bitcoin.
5939  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-11] Iran Turns to Bitcoin in Preparation for Renewed U.S. Sanctions on: May 13, 2018, 06:13:55 PM
With the price recent waves of dwindling economies of some countries due to the crash in the price of crude, devaluation of their currencies and sanctions imposed on them  the alternative route for those countries is cryptocurrencies examples are Venezuela, Zimbabwe and presently Iran is seeking Cryptos to cushion the effect of these sanctions this is a subtle way of diversifying their economies towards a sustainable development without any effect of the sanctions.
5940  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-13] 47% of South Africans Plan to Invest in Cryptocurrencies on: May 13, 2018, 03:26:03 PM
The article reemphasized the fact that south Africans as a pioneer and leader in crytocurrencies in Africa I belief the plan to invest in crytocurrencies by the citizens is putting them in a forefront for other African countries to follow suit, Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Congo are other African countries that are following the trend of investment in Cryptos despite their government unfriendliness towards cryptocurrencies.
