But then, the question of how the tickets would be sold, time for testing before the start of games as I believe should be a criteria and compliance from fans as the safety rest clearly in our hands being the fans.
I assume they will create an website/platform to help selecting people, maybe a spectator is allowed to attend 1 game per 3-5 games to allow everyone to attend at least a couple of their team matches. Tickets may rise by 50-100%. I don't know if it is stated somewhere but I find it abusive to test 10k spectators! Just a thermal scan with the shitty infra red thermometer should be enough, unless they have a high reserve of unused covid tests then yeah whatever just ask them to test themselves 24-48 hours before the match...
5942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 06, 2020, 10:07:51 AM
So, I think the people themselves will avoid coming to the stadium for their personal health.
You underestimate human craziness! If a stadium can fit 50k people then I am pretty sure 5-10k one will attend the event whatever the situation is since they are allowed to... Political rallies, some football celebration events around the world took place as there was nothing... Madness!
For the max 10k number I find it good and relatively easy to handle, it means everyone having 2? empty seats in his left and right for a 50k stadium, I think it isn't that bad.
5943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 06, 2020, 01:41:18 AM
On matchday 5, Barcelona got a draw and Atletico Madrid also had the same result (a consecutive draw in the last two matches). Both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid aren't in a good situation, especially Atletico. They have difficulties to score, seems their front liners (strikers) cannot play well. If the coaches cannot find the solution, they will be in trouble because their opponents will take advantage of this problem. Moreover, when they play with a strong opponent like Real Madrid. Not only in La Liga, but they are probably in trouble when playing in Championship League or Copa Del Rey as well.
The problem with Atletico is the general defensive gameplay of the team and Simeone tactics. They should learn to aggressively attack the opponent and end some games with 3 or 4 goals... I don't know what's the point of finishing La Liga 3rd or 4th while you can play for the first spot especially that Real Madrid and Barcelona aren't in their best shape or maybe even the worst since many years...

But now we have a perfect meme because of this .
The numerical values has changed in football, it's become :

1
2
3
4
Manchester City
Manchester United
Liverpool
Barcelona
9
10
11

Wild wild premier league. If aston villa or everton remain on top for beating or get draw against the big 6 , then the Leicester hype might be apppears again.
Bookmakers brace yourself.

From the relegation fighter last season to the title contender , that would be an amazing story for the villans.
I don't think Villa will stand longtime at this position since the next 2 games are vs Leicester and Leeds which showed to be a dangerous opponent. For Everton, apart from the game against Liverpool, the other couple matches are easier so it might stay for a while in top position.
lol'd at the ranking but I believe this season the vacant number will be filled  Tongue
5945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 05, 2020, 06:36:14 PM
The first serious test of Barcelona and immediately a misfire. Let's hope that Barcelona will pick up speed and it will take a couple of games for the players to get used to each other.
Sevilla is a good team and its latest game prove this. It stood vs Bayern and was defeated in extra time in super cup. Barcelona used to be favourite but personally I see it as a fair result for both. At the opposite I am more afraid from Real Madrid performance!

Stocks market depends a lot from good or bad news especially if it is related to an important figure.. He will take dexa now, will it fall further? Bitcoin for the moment are rising slowly from $10.5k to $10.7k, tight resistance in both ways making a big move of the price unluckily to take place soon  Sad

The referee than will write "One team is not present Juventus wins 3-0" as the regulation says.

So, it is a little different from the WO case, where the team cannot appeal. I think Napoli can still play this match with the rest of the players who are not exposed to COVID. Even though they must have to play a match with the reserve team, of course it will be better than not attending. Indeed, this concerns the health of many people, but the decision has been made by the organization, so Napoli must do it, IMO
What's the consequences of defying the local authority imposed isolation? AFAIK the problem isn't Napoli refusing to move to Turin but it was asked to not do so. Serie A management should contacted the local authority or at least report the game to avoid such drama Undecided
The same thing could happen to any team, imagine Juve forfeiting to Crotone next game because players are tested positive when they faced Napoli and its local authority quarantined many players Undecided

I am definitely not a meme creator but couldn't resist making this one after seeing Leicester losing with 3 goals vs...West Ham...

Here's another one...  Lolol.  I literally laughed out loud when it was sent to me.  Cheesy

Haha that was a good one indeed, like a kid crying when he destroyed his toy then laugh when the other kid crashed his one too Tongue
For Liverpool I am confident this will not happens again but for Man United, I am not sure!

If it will be postpone, I think it will take weeks or a month for them to play again since Napoli players and staff has to be tested and quarantine.
No it will not. Only few players are detected positive few days ago and the next game for Napoli is scheduled after 12 days from now, so even the positive players may join the team again before next game if everything is OK.

Anyway 1-1 for Inter Vs Lazio

Does it remember anything to you?
Hell yeah, I was blaming the referee for not giving Vidal a yellow card as a prize for his dramatic acting skills. A barely slap in da face will not make a 4 years old crying nor falling like this. However the red card is deserved for the unprofessional act.
5950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 05, 2020, 10:03:50 AM
I really struggle to find words to explain that brainfart yesterday. And no, that word is not just Adrian, no matter how we try to paint it that way.

I understand teams going into meltdown mode, especially in a season so weird as this one. But it is unacceptable on so many levels to play in a way Liverpool played yesterday.
I'm still furious, we could have conceded 15 goals. The approach to the game was abysmal, for the first time in a long time I felt ashamed to watch it. A huge slap on anything we have done in the last 5 years and I'm ready to go 12 rounds with anyone trying to tell me otherwise.

Shame on anyone included, Klopp as well. And no, losing is not a problem - but how you lose definitely is.
Losing a game isn't a problem indeed if Liverpool will be able to fix big mistakes that happened yesterday... I followed mainly the second half and I was disappointed. LFC having the ball and Villa scoring! Many defensive mistakes, Salah from defence to attack in Mane style to reinforce the defenders and save some balls which I believe shouldn't happen... I can't blame Adrian for many goals, any goalkeeper risks to do worst. It was a catastrophic failure for LFC and the impact of missed players is obvious. I believe Klopp will have to make a whole revision to the dysfunction happening over there  Undecided

Today's game results are a joke!
Leicester defeated with 3 goals vs West Ham
Man United humiliated with 6 goals to 1 by spurs
Aston Villa 4-1 Liverpool in the first half...
Bookies like this Lips sealed

5953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: October 04, 2020, 11:00:04 AM
I must say that last few weeks on Yolodice are very quiet. Little to 0 changes for ETH, BTC and DOGE investors in last month. Chart says more than 1000 worlds so here they are:
-snip-
It is also visible on your stats. Profit oscilates from 11.5% to 13% in last 5 weeks. This is caused by low gambling volume?
Approximately 130 BTC, 8.4k LTC and 54,000k Doge were wagered in the last week. Apart maybe BTC, the other 2 coins wagered volume is low. For the BTC wagered amount, even 1 whale was able to generate the same number in 1 day.
The low gambling volume might be the consequence of the recent change, 0.5% max bet of the household, which is 0.96 BTC, 32 LTC and 300k Doge. I remember those max limits were 2.5 BTC and around 90 for LTC. So reduced max limit lowered the reward for gamblers and made it more risky and at the same time it made it safer for both house and investors.
Overall less volume injected per a bet = less volatility and considering the house advantage = stable growth. This equation will not be valid in short term if a lucky whale come back and start playing with max bet.

on other hand Atletico is also doing very poor soccer they have some good chance but with their tactics they never try to have some good advantage 0 - 0 at home is really poor result from them.
Didn't follow the game but I feel Simeone is playing with the same tactic? Dunno why he insists to start with Suarez until 60-70 minutes to replace him with Costa... and why he didn't try to play with Suarez, Costa and Felix from the beginning... Dunno but losing easy 4 points in the last 2 games is a big loss imo Undecided
5955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 03, 2020, 11:25:49 PM
Juventus released an official note, they will go in the pitch anyway.

At the end by the regulated if the Serie A management will not say anything will be 3-0 for Juventus without playing.
(They will probably say something)
This is just feel so wrong , Juventus takes advantage on napoli travel restrictions to turin due the covid spread concern.

There must be a special regulation regarding this , the walkover shouldn't be applied in this case as the opponent has a desire to play but can't do that due local authorities prevent it.
Still no statement from Napoli side tho.
Thoughts?
My thoughts that this is disgusting and should not happens. Juventus is a big team and should show supports to Napoli. I can see them going to the stadium but they shouldn't enter to the field, if ever Serie A management did not made a clear statement to end this joke.
5956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 03, 2020, 07:42:08 PM
Why are governments afraid to let people into stadiums?
Probably because the fans are very difficult to control, unlike the customers in the store.
Yeah that's one of the reasons. I searched for few UK stadium max capacity and found it around 50k, that's mean approximately 15k spectators could attend the game. It is a big space indeed but those people aren't leaving around the stadium, they will come from everywhere, there might be pression in transport, gathering downtown and outside of the stadium, at the entry, exit spots but also at stairs... It requires a lot of efforts and diversion of additional staff to ensure specs respecting social distancing...
I think starting with 1-5k then increase the number every week should be discussed and allowed!

Wonder know if it faced Bayern what would be the result... Mainz, Schalke, Koln, Bremen are threatened of being relegated this season and it doesn't seems they are trying to do some efforts to change the situation..and look what we have, Leipzig vs Schalke and Koln vs M'Gladbach, spicy 3 red strikes by tomorrow in the bottom of the table?
I don't know what to expect from those 3 teams in the bottom of the table than losing their 3 first games... Koln 1-3 M'Gladbach, at least they scored a goal! Surprise Leipzig 4 - 0 Schalke 04 with the best "kill/death" ratio of 1/15...
At the opposite Bremen managed to pick a win vs Bielefeld 1-0

Surprise in one match , Frankfurt has changed the game and won against Hoffenheim so my bet was wrong on this Game !
Bremen won also and got also an wrong bet there. But it was better with my bets as last weekend , god thanks.
Excited about Schalke but guess they will lose this match also.
Yea that result wasn't expected although possible but what kind of make me perplexed is Leverkusen draw vs Stuttgart, since I didn't watch the match, I will not judge both teams performance but I know that Leverkusen can do way better than this... 3 draw, next game vs Mainz so a win is a must otherwise I won't see them fighting even for Europa League this season  Undecided
5958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 03, 2020, 07:14:40 PM
Almost official now, the regional thing from Napoli blocked his departure to Turin.

2 of the staff member of Juventus are positive for COVID.

The game will not be played
Things just went spicy when you are hearing talks about letting a limited number of spectators in (at least for Champions League)...
5959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: October 03, 2020, 07:10:55 PM
@Saint-loup Neymar got very lucky in this case, but now he really needs to perform on the pitch by scoring goals and help PSG win more games.
League operators usually want to give special protections on their biggest stars (to keep traffics, TV audience ratings and income) and I do not doubt that Neymar is one of biggest starts in Ligue I. I can understand the final result of Ligue I's investigation on Neymar case.

However, Ligue I has a history of very strict bans on rule breaks and Neymar case can be a bad precedent on the league.
Certainly they took this on consideration  Wink
I see that PSG destructed Angers with 6 goals! and wonder know how a player could take a red card in just 3 minutes of the beginning of the match lol @ Nantes  Lips sealed

...
final result = 1-1... Shocked
I almost made a bet on this match, fortunately I didn't. I didn't watch the game go on but if Man City's defense is really bad they have to fix it. btw, I am quite happy with the win from Chelsea today.
Watched the game at the end, many opportunities from both sides, Leeds was even close to score from an apparent offside which wasn't the case at the end, dunno how could he missed it! Otherwise City players aren't concentrating well, lack the final touch... It is disappointing for them..
Chelsea won 4-0 Grin
