Many of them cannot explain the reason why they delay or cancel the project, so many participants were disappointed. But some of the ICO project delays explain to participants that they cannot reach the softcap and hardcap so they should stop the project for a while. Usually, the project will run for 3-4 months, but many of ICO have running for more than 5 months especially in this bear market.
