Fight day is getting closer and Ortega and Korean Zombie just had a faceoff:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWzEEDcl0gg

And I just listed to good pre-fight interviews from Brian Ortega: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YTgO0KLIz4
and Korean Zombie Chan Sung Jung: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3TvFcsBgXM

My early predictions are on Korean Zombie, based on Ortega being long time out of Octagon, and I think Korean Zombie will get slightly better adjusted to time zone.
Ortega also had issue with one of his cornerman that tested positive on corona and will not be with him for this fight.
Ortega was also never been knocked down and I expect to see a great strikers fight and long distance decision.

5963  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AI face detection on: October 14, 2020, 09:23:59 PM
Who on here is really good at detecting AI generated photos ?

I have a very serious scam accusation but want to be very sure that I get the details correct.

You can try detecting if faces are generated by AI with this website:
https://real-or-fake.lab.jayway.com/

It is not 100% precise but it is better than nothing, and I have used it before for detecting fake team HERE
You can also do google and yandex images search and look for exact matching face or hair style.

5964  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Holding in Companies on: October 14, 2020, 06:02:05 PM
What company is this? I assume you aren't referring to the defunct exchange.
No.
They are talking about this:
BTCetc - Bitcoin Exchange Traded Crypto - BTCE

Quote
ETC Group has recently launched the first physically backed Bitcoin
ETC listed on Deutsche Börse /Xetra, Europe’s largest ETF exchange
and one of the world’s top 10 stock exchanges. BTCE is distributed in
cooperation with HANetf and will be passported across several
European countries.

BTCetc – Bitcoin Exchange Traded Crypto (primary ticker: BTCE) allows investors to track the price
of Bitcoin, just like a share of a company on a stock exchange. BTCE is fully backed by physical Bitcoin,
held in cold storage with a regulated custodian and security over the collateral account is held by a trustee
for additional investor protection.

How much do the Winklevii twins hold?
Nobody can be exactly sure, but from some reports they could have up to 1% of the circulating Bitcoins, and that would be around 180,517 bitcoin now.
They started buying when Bitcoin was only $8 so you can imagine how much they can have Wink
I should also mention RogerVer and rumors that he has more than 300,000 BTC unless he sold some to buy his Bcash trash. Smiley
5966  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tennis G O A T: Who Will Eventually Be Considered the Greatest of These Three? on: October 14, 2020, 05:04:37 PM
Good question.
Let's look how old each of them are and who has more chances to play tennis longer if we don't count any potential injuries:

Roger Federer
8 August 1981 (age 39)

Rafael Nadal
3 June 1986 (age 34)

Novak Djokovic
22 May 1987 (age 33)

Federer is the oldest guy here and most likely he will end his tennis carrier first, and if we look at ATP rankings and points he is 4th in the list with lot less points than top 3 players.
My bet for GOAT would be for Djokovic or Nadal because they have years to catch up and make new records.

Djokovic is better h2h with Federer (23 vs 27)
Djokovic is also better h2h with Nadal  (29 vs 27)
And Nadal is much better than Federer in h2h (24 vs 16)

This just confirms that Federer can not be GOAT and it will be decided with Nadal or Djokovic.
Depending on what ground they play Nadal can be better like shown in last match when he destroyed Djokovic 3:0, but remember that Djokovic is still better h2h  Smiley

https://twitter.com/Coin98Analytics/status/1315853890424717312

We heard about Square investing in Bitcoin and I am sure many of you know about Grayscale but let's look at other publicly traded companies who purchased Bitcoin.
Total value for all of them is over $6 billion or around 600,000 BTC, but I am sure there are many more who not so famous or they purchased it with some 3rd party firms.
13 companies are holding around 2.85% of the total supply of Bitcoin.
Let's compare all of them:

449,596 Grayscale
  69,730 CoinShares
  38,250 MicroStrategy
  16,551 Galaxy digital
    8,195 3iQ
    5,215 BTCe
    4,709 Square
    2,954 HUT8
    1,239 Voyager
    1,053 Riot
       215 digital
       204 cypher punk holdings
       126 argo

More detailed report on Bitcoin Treasuries website:

https://bitcointreasuries.org/

Some say that Grayscale doesn't own any Bitcoin but that is for debate because they are Investment Trust, and their clients are buyers who own bitcoins.

Chipmixer open signature campaign in bitcointalk forum is the same like United States presidential debate before elections.  Wink

I am sure DarkStar_ and other members know how to report offtopic and rant posts for moderators to delete.

What about undercover hidden evil members who got banned, but they purchase new accounts, use new IP, and continue with their evil campaigns?
If we include them than your chart would look even more bullish Smiley
5970  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: All most 75 exchanges and tradings have been dead in 2020 on: October 13, 2020, 06:45:51 PM
It was expected result and there is not much surprise with this news if we know that most exchanges have fake volume, and if not total scam they are borderline scam for sure.
Looking at this list they say Hotbit exchange is dead, but that is not true, they are still working and washtrading everyday, and you can check that easy if you visit their website Smiley
Same thing apply for Finexbox exchange, they are still alive. Their website and twitter are working.
5971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 13, 2020, 06:29:28 PM
Finally, we have one amazing UFC fight card in 5 days with Fight Island 6 main event Brian Ortega vs. Korean Zombie!
I have been waiting to see this fight for weeks.  Smiley
Ortega (14-1-0) is coming back in octagon after very long pause and lost from Max Holloway in UFC 231 in 2018, and he has bad blood with Korean Zombie after slapping his friend rapper Jay Park.
Korean Zombie (16-5-0) last fight was win against Frankie Edgar in the end of 2019 and mma fans remember many of his fights, and expecting win from him against Ortega, and odds suggest he is heavy favorite here.

UFC released first video preview:
https://youtu.be/b08jQwyrbxg

Don'r underestimate other fights on this card as we have one Nurmagomedov (not Khabib) and other great fighters.
I will wait for few more days to read news and listen what they have to say before posting my final bet.

I think that member coupable created similar topic about this yobit virtual mining before Virtual Miner: Another scam offer from Yobit.
That topic was created more than month ago on September 1st
It would be better not giving them more advertisement with opening new topics about this ponzi fake cloud mining thing Smiley
5974  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: October 13, 2020, 05:13:41 PM
Everyone who has doubt about information I posted I say don't doubt but go and check for yourself on Glassnode website and links I posted.

I guess proof of keys that happens on 3rd January when Bitcoin was launched in 2009 is early this year. Having coins on an exchange is asking for troubles. When I personalty need to exchange a con i send it to an exchange , swap it fro other coin and then withdraw it. It takes an hour max. They have only 1 hour to somehow fuck it up and waste my coins. Very tiny chance.
And you are doing it all right because exchanges are for exchanging coins and not for keeping them.
I prefer to do exact same thing like you.
5975  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: October 12, 2020, 10:17:40 PM
may i know the reason why holding or transferring bitcoins to personal wallet is a good reason?
Because Bitcoin you keep on exchanges is not your bitcoin, and exchange is holding private key and not you.

It's probably worth noting though that the Bitmex margin cascade in March and the criminal charges being filed against them this month probably exacerbated this trend.
It is true, lot of Bitcoins is withdrawn from Bitmex, and we should also mention recent hacks including Kucoin and other exchanges exchange.

Being 2020, another factor could be because of the recent DeFi hype. It's said that a good amount of bitcoins got tokenized on the Ethereum network and got locked up.
It could be partially, but I don't consider that to be bitcoin anymore, as that smart contracts are full of bugs and they can break at anytime, if they want to risk it let them do it. Trading on dex however was much higher than before for sure.
5976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin logo on: October 12, 2020, 09:56:58 PM
Interesting to see that first BC logo from 2009.
100% of people voted for keeping current Bitcoin logo and I fully agree with them, we don't need any changes or redesign.
People who wanted to experiment made their own altcoin forks so propose them to change logos and not just color or position like Bcash Smiley

5978  Economy / Economics / Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: October 12, 2020, 02:36:07 PM
One indicator is telling me that Bitcoin is preparing for a new major bull run and we are still early.

If we look statistics from 2010 number of Bitcoins sent to exchanges was mostly growing up until February 2020, with few breaks in 2017 and 2018.

Since February 2020 we can see clear reducing number of Bitcoins from Exchanges, and withdrawing to personal wallets.

This is good for many reasons, but most important is that people are in control of their bitcoins.

I don't know if it is just me but it is not very easy to find odds for Politics and US elections on Sportingbet website? Almost like it is hidden Smiley
I only found out about that today, and then I also saw there are separate odds for every state in US, and I would like to see more special bets for this event:
https://sportsbet.io/sports/specials/politics/outrights

Adding some banner, ad, promotion or tweet would surely help to make it more popular for betting.
5980  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 bestodds.ai | odds comparison site | we help you find the best odds on: October 12, 2020, 10:23:07 AM
Which bookies have them? I haven't seen one yet although I don't browse many more betting sites; I do bet only soccer and cricket most of the times.
Bitoods.com have politics tab, so it does not have to be only for United States elections but it can be applied for any major political event that is listed on betting websites.
They listed only odds from Cloudbet and Betbtc but we know there are many more bookies who added this for betting like it is shown in previous post.
