5981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: January 11, 2017, 05:10:10 PM
Large supermarkets are likely in the near future will not cooperate with bitcoin and users will not be able to buy goods for bitcoin. This I think will be contacted by the state because of the rules of doing business. In the very first place because of the transparency. A bitcoin more hides.

Yeah supermarkets supporting bitcoin as a form of payment and acceptance will not take place in the short, because bitcoin users implementing into businesses fear of bitcoin just because of its volatility. Small stores accepting bitcoin will make it popular as a payment gateway.
5983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I backup my bitcoin? How do you backup yours? on: January 11, 2017, 03:56:05 PM
Few users have mentioned not to use any web wallet if you have large amount of bitcoin. Better is to diversify the number of bitcoin and save in different wallets. The reason is that than the offline hardware wallets its better to use online wallets for easy access.
5984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: January 10, 2017, 05:03:16 PM
Gambling needs luck, though one is good of making perfect strategies upon events. To avoid loss we need to go through several articles put forth by the legendary gamblers. In long run users experience loss, but the experience gained during early periods of gambling help to minimize the loss to the best possible.
5985  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there a website buying giftcards for BTC? on: January 10, 2017, 04:45:36 PM
Getting gift cards were bitcoin is possible through the amazon's service along with the shopping partner purse.io, another such services can be found more on darknet web. But it has the highest risk of getting trapped into scams.
5986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 10, 2017, 12:36:58 AM
Each event has their own betting limits. Based upon that you'll get $1000 or more. For this reason you cannot consider it as a scam or something. It has gained trust from gamblers around the world. Also no were you could find tournaments taking place without interruption of any issues. Even if something happens to will be notified to the user and resolved.
5987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any bot for trading? on: January 10, 2017, 12:24:33 AM
Bots are created to reduce the work load of human by human based upon his requirements. So at any instance it thinks and function based upon its developed purpose. When it comes to bitcoin trading, more things need to be concerned. One of the major factor is price prediction. Price variation cannot be predicted easily by human, so making a bot do it and get you profit is possible but the investment for developing will be huge.
5988  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: January 09, 2017, 11:58:45 PM
it only matters when you are interested in the short term price of bitcoin... In the long term... the price will go up so it the current price doesnt matter Smiley

Price is price, no matter you want it for short term or long term but you are always wishing the price to stay high because that is what makes bitcoin the best among all other coins, if bitcoin was not having a huge price like this it would never have been so popular in the world.

That's true. Pricing always has its own importance competitively. For this we can consider bitcoin adoption from the early stages. Initial days none got interested towards it. While the price peak happens in a short it easily reached people and large adoption took place which keeps the price to be stable for a long.
5989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: January 08, 2017, 10:02:29 AM
I don't believe that there is no such time in a day to participate into gambling activities. Based upon the time availability and wallet balance used to involve into gambling. Most of the time sports betting is preferred and even in that tennis matches were chosen.
5990  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: January 08, 2017, 09:43:45 AM
Bitcoin is truly an international currency which is agreed by most of the bitcoin users. This is been recently once again confirmed by one of the bitcoin enthusiast vinny lingham stating that bitcoin was found stable and make the financial hardness less when countries like china made a devaluation and India making crisis by its much decreased circulation of fiat.
5991  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: January 08, 2017, 09:24:51 AM
I think it is depend on what bitcoin bank offer to us, if there are some benefit of using it which better than current condition I will be agree, but if it just make another centralization, of course I do not agree with it.

Bitcoin bank idea seems to be the right choice for the need of reaching more and more users. Importantly due to the recent financial crisis in several countries bitcoin continued to support people with its good price and becoming a commodity with good storage value token even without the existence of bitcoin bank. Possibly if this continues, sure the price increase happens gradually over the entire year.
5992  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: January 07, 2017, 06:38:50 AM
I think what you talking about would be more of an investment. But why would you need a bank ? Your wallet is your bank. The only reason to transfer bitcoins would be with an investment.

What he is talking is about those banks that are accepting bitcoins. Bitcoin is already considered as currency especially if you have a business that is accepting bitcoin. As of now, I can't see that there is a bank that is accepting bitcoin but what is happening, local exchanges are converting bitcoin to fiat and they are the ones who are depositing your balance to your bank account.
Maybe he does not realize that bitcoin is not regulated and therefore not recognize as currency by the government, banks will only accept a legal tender which is fiat or money. Bitcoin is just a fuel that we can use to transact online but we need to convert it to fiat to be use by us.

Yeah, as quoted bitcoin is not considered to be a legal tender to get used in bank. As an alternative for high volume transactions in a very short time which is not at all possible with banks is done with the help of bitcoin. To go mainstream similar to banking needs more adoption.

5994  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: January 04, 2017, 11:34:34 PM
No doubts fiat will dominate for the coming 10-20 years (specially the big 4) but after that perhaps bitcoin , ALTs beside the other online payments gateway as well as paypal , moneybookers ,okpay .. etc will be the only type of payment available to use due to many reason safety and security be the first . time will tell .
Nope i don't think that this happen on that year fiat will never dominate paypal will never use or partnet with bitcoin because bitcoin is digital currency and paypal is company so theres an big chance that paypal will never accept bitcoin.
I have different opinion, I really sure that people will leave fiat soon, becouse use fiat is not profitable. Fiat value is always decrease. So people have to leave fiat then choose bitcoin and gold becouse both are such as safe haven stuff. I didn't believe fiat anymore.

People is not going to leave fiat anytime soon, western fiat that is... but if we look at China, Venezuela, Argentina, India, and all those countries... they are screwed up beyond belief, so they are going to look for ways to move their wealth out of those money eating hellholes. The hyperinflation will guarantee that those 4 countries alone push the price to 5 figures, and that isn't considering the future situation where western fiat currencies fail too, or as physical cash gets moved, bitcoin shines to never imagined highs.
yes that is right to say and the reason is that still not more than 2 percent people of the world are not ye using bitcoin therefore most of the people are still using fiat currency.

Yes of course i still believe in fiat because its the declared fiat by our government and without fiat currency we could not convert and cash out our bitcoin stored in our online wallet. Fiat currency is very important in bitcoin transaction because once you've cash out in fiat you can use fiat currency to pay for those goods which mostly requires fiat specially in buying foods at the fast food chains.

Whether its fast food chain or for some other needs right now fiat is most needed due to the small percentage of cryptocurrency acceptance compared to fiat. Also fiat is the basic from which everything got evolved as different forms based upon requirements as cryptocurrency, altcoins, wallets, cards, cashless system etc. Crypts act as an alternative solution but defeat fiat take its role is something against the financial ecosystem.
5995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Do You Think Is a Fair Investment Profit? on: January 03, 2017, 04:28:21 AM
Nothing seems to be better than the cryptocoin trading. As you are knowledgeable to make good strategies as well have a good volume for investing, surely you can achieve the expected percentage of profit which is not at all possible through any other means.
5996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: January 03, 2017, 02:04:38 AM
Yes I think it is wrong. And not good to do it. But some people have won a lot of money with gambling so they see it not as wrong.
But the most lost a lot of money with gambling and that is very bad, and it is all wasted...

However and whatever way you gamble, finally strategy along with luck decides whether you win or loss. At the same one who doesn't have the mind to accept loss or failure should not involve into gambling. The reason is that the failure in gambling will make impact over the entire living standards which is very hard to overcome by users with such attitude.

Yes indeed but I do not think gambling itself is wrong, the thing that is wrong is, that you cannot control yourself that is very wrong.
Also the fact is that what is also wrong is this people stay putting money on this gambling websites, but they do not realize they are pulling themselves only more down to the black hole.
5997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 03, 2017, 12:36:52 AM
I'm still wondering how I'm going to save my bitcoins . I want to buy a cold storage a Trezor, or mycelium or something. I like to have that but I still don't have money to buy it. It's expensive but I want to have it because I think it's safe.
For now you can use online free wallets temporarily  in saving the funds you will use in order to buy cold storage from trezor.
If you only have lesser bitcoin in your wallet no one will want/try to hack your wallet.

I think online wallet is safe too, like coinbase, blockchain, xapo and extension. They have good quality of security and always upgraded by their development.
As long as you control your own private keys,  you are safe!  be advised only use online wallet to store small amount of coins.
i do not trust coinbase/xapo with large amount of coins, hardware wallet is what i trust to store large amount of coins.
My advice does not store your coins in any online wallet long time, better do any business with that coins or sell it and convert it into fiat currency. This is the best way to save your bitcoins. Becasue all type of wallets is not 100% safe, so why should you take risk right. I will use xapo and blockchain to store my coins compare to other wallets these two are better and safe.

The risk of hacking is found everywhere, but with the improved and increased features for securing bitcoin we can say strongly that 99% of online wallets are risk free to hold our hard earned bitcoins. Often converting to fiat and securing fiat into banks were good but it doesn't get the desired profit.

6000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: December 30, 2016, 11:27:04 PM
BTC Paying taxes on any earned income or anything with value is good. You can record all blockchain transactions showing proof. Pay your tithes, pay your taxes. BTC
but the government will not know how many bitcoin address you have mate and they will not know where is it your bitcoin address? bitcoin will never fit to apply the tax mate. so do not push it
If the government approved, I think the country must accept bitcoin as one alternative payment. For now, I sure this is impossible, because can make other problems and regulations.
If ever the government will regulate bitcoin, it cannot still be fully regulated because we will continue to be anonymous since the system is designed to be decentralized, once decentralized it will connect us with being anonymous and maybe when the government will make strict polity towards it, people will not continue to support bitcoin.
It is true that many people will lose interest in bitcoin if governments start controlling it, because we are using in the first place because it is not controlled even it is still anonymous.

But I am pretty sure if by any mean, it was used by government they will use it to get taxes off of people which will then make like any other currency out there.

Tax free usage seems to be one among the major attention seeker, but when taxes were imposed sure government holds control over bitcoin. This will make it similar to other currencies, only it gets the digital form. Till date taxation is not possible with bitcoin transactions.
