5981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin crush the altcoins?! on: June 28, 2019, 06:35:57 AM
I am sure that the market will come back at the highest price.

That's expect, the whole market just don't work synchronize in the early start of bull run, but sooner we shall see a good market like 2017.
I'm very optimistic now, I just convince myself than if I was able to hold last year, I think I can still do it this year until altcoins run starts, bitcoin is crushing altcoins now but this does not mean its trend will continue, trend will definitely change for the better.
5982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LIBRA - Strategy for world domination on: June 28, 2019, 06:13:41 AM
They have that billion of users but take into consideration that not even majority of the total users will use the Libra platform, that's just my estimate and I think people tend to forget that Libra is payment system and not everyone is a potential users of the said platform.
5983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: www.coinbene.com is scamer on: June 28, 2019, 05:41:54 AM
I never heard about this exchange before, but I just wondering how much money do you have on the exchange?

I just found one thread which was indicated that coinbene is scammer, take a look here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5138863.0

You should be carefull with new exchange, it will be good you only choose reputable exchange which has been used by many people.

This is not a new exchange, I have traded in this exchange before when PundiX was not listed in Binance yet.
Also, they are not a small exchange, they have a big trading volume of almost $2 billion dollars per https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coinbene/

To OP, if you want to move a scam accusation, you can move it in the correct board - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
5984  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gaining quick profits or keep holding? on: June 28, 2019, 01:20:58 AM
Just holding coins will bring you profit, but it will not be the maximum profit.

That depends on your capacity, if you are good in day trading then you sure can maximize your profit, but if not, you better be patient and hold.
You can also earn a decent return if your holdings will increase many folds, like x10 or x50 which is possible before, so it could still happen again but it's always done with patience.
5985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading stressful for you? on: June 28, 2019, 01:11:11 AM
Trading is very similar to poker, you need to keep everything under control, not be distracted, not be emotionally involved, understand the psychology of your opponents well. For me, trading is one of the most stressful things in my life, so I rarely trade.
Poker is gambling but it could be somehow similar since poker is a skilled based kind of game, just like trading, you also gamble as there's a risk of losing.
We know it's really stressful if you cannot manage yourself, but there are traders who are successful so they are really good in avoiding stress since they got the success and since it's doable, we should find a way to succeed.
5986  Other / Archival / Re: IDAX pro SCAMMED on: June 28, 2019, 12:54:06 AM
Personally, I don't believe that Crypto Market Ads raised 5 Million USD from the IDAX launchpad. It is true that IDAX pro is a shit exchange, and there is no doubt there. Most of their volumes are fake! Recently Migranet token got listed there and the price has been tanked because of the IDAX pro bot trading! Now, Migranet team also claiming that IDAX pro exchange is a scam. Let's wait to see what IDAX pro team reply us.

I think IDAX pro actually uses trading bots so the transaction looks big. Very surprising this happened because in the midst of the euphoria of the IEO after many ICO scams last year. Hopefully this is not an initial indication for the IEO scam because the new project will have difficulty in raising funds in the future

This one is a very useful article, - https://www.coindesk.com/fake-volume-on-crypto-exchanges-isnt-the-half-of-it

and based on that article, only 10 exchanges has the real volume, maybe some are just wash trading if that is the right term, and unfortunately, IDAX was not included in the 10 exchanges listed.
5987  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Grand Theft Crypto: The State of Crypto-Stealing Malware & Other Techniques on: June 28, 2019, 12:44:23 AM
Well there is good and bad to every situation. There are good hackers just as much as there are bad ones. I think the point of the article was to openly discuss the most common ways that crypto can be or has been stolen

Yeah, but it also implies that the market is growing or the adoption is, hacks happens even in other industry and we can never eliminate this.
What these exchanges or other business would have to do is to educate themselves and learn not necessarily from their own mistakes but on the mistakes of others.
5988  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance hits 60%, alts lagging behind on: June 27, 2019, 03:32:19 AM
I don't have to worry questioning the dominance of Bitcoin as it has been dominant even before.
As it continues to increase of even stay at that range, that would limit the growth of altcoins but like the last bull run, it started that way and eventually drop. Maybe time will come dominance of bitcoin will be 30% again, that time we shall see a great run for altcoins, but I'm not expecting it soon since bitcoin bull run is just starting.
5989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2019, 03:23:29 AM
I think it will not be intimidated by BTC because fb coins are not yet available and the amount of fb users who know crypto is not so great that it can overturn BTC.

The amount of FB users will eventually know about bitcoin, so eventually when they sees bitcoin is a good investment, they will buy it.
Institutional investors are pushing bitcoin up so small investors it's a good to invest in bitcoin and will also lead to another increase, that's my theory so let's believe that the rise will further continue.
5990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin is the best for trading/investing? on: June 27, 2019, 03:03:21 AM
I think you should hold the top 10 coins. For example btc, eth, bch, bnb, ada, ... Because these coins have a huge number of users and a lot of trade every day. I especially like the technology of coin ada. From now until the end of the year I think ada will increase dramatically.

Obviously their trading volume tells it all, but to hold it for long term, I guess you need more research so you can analyze it well before making a decision.
When you think of long term, you have to ensure you have a specific period to hold or the price to look up to sell, so you need to really be convince that the project has a great potential before buying it for long term.
5991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your destiny is in your hands on: June 27, 2019, 02:52:10 AM
The investment yields that will be achieved in the future are determined by you, so taking the time to research your choices is mandatory. Profit and loss experience becomes a big capital to learn to gain profits in the future.

That's a must, you cannot be lazy here and think that crypto can give you easy money, that's a wrong mentality, be more realistic and instead consider more the risk than the reward. That way if you still think it's good to investment, meaning you are willing to take the risk and accept things even if the outcome is not pleasant.
5992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dump the alts on: June 27, 2019, 01:55:38 AM
Many Altcoins holders are now attracted to sell their assets for the Bitcoin so that they could benefited with this Bitcoin rapid growth. Hopefully they will review well their Alts that they will just dump only those crap altcoins as we never know that if these rapid growth of Bitcoin is not really a real demand but a big whales trap missing the beauty of the product of the certain Alt that you dumped.

They can do that effectively if they are also monitoring the market properly, when they sell for bitcoin, they have to make sure they'll also buy for altcoins once the altcoins season will officially start.
5993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs. Donaire WBSS Bantamweight Final on: June 25, 2019, 11:56:53 AM

I think the match of Donaire is too risk because his enemy, Inoue is more aggressive than him. Well, let us see who will be the king inside the court. I dunno who is the challenger with them?

He'll see that risk but Donaire is up for this challenge and he knows if he beat his opponent, he will become popular again and might get a good fight again with a possibility to earn good money. They are in the business, they fight for money not only for pride but primarily for money since it's an entertainment, we don't know if it's postpone to the date posted above but I believe as long as it happens this year, it could attract more fans if they can successfully do the promotion.

I don't compare this fight to the fight of Pacman and other popular boxer which happens in MGM or any popular venue in the US, and I don't think we have a PPV to wait for this fight.
5994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies on: June 25, 2019, 11:22:40 AM
cryptocurrency is something new and interesting for many people, and it's like a new form of investment with great volatility, and actually my hobby.

Nice hobby you have, you are playing with a risky market, for me, I would not call it a hobby, I'll call it a business where I need to be serious to ensure I make the right decision. For me, there is a need of crypto as it's a game changer in the financial world and this is decentralized which favors us people since it's more transparent and a real store of value.
5995  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1,000,000 would kill bitcoin on: June 25, 2019, 11:05:54 AM
It's not practical to use bitcoin with that kind of fee, maybe that time a Lightning Network will be very popular.
Using blockchain with high transaction fee is only good for huge transaction but to get a massive adoption, we want huge numbers of small money coming in.
5996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia, Philippines, Indonesia and India support crypto the most on: June 25, 2019, 10:55:12 AM
Less developed countries are doing the right thing, they support bitcoin because it can create jobs, anyone can work and receive bitcoin online, and end result will be more taxes to be collected by the government side. Crypto is not a threat, so why would a certain country be against on it, maybe they are protecting something but for sure it's not for the own good of the majority of the people.

I am happy with the crypto development in our country and I hope more adoption in the coming years.
5997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 25, 2019, 08:29:14 AM

I agree, they need more realiable outside shooters to make their team more competitive.

They have Kuzma to do that for them but they definitely need more since one player who are doing it is very predictable.

If they will get one veteran good shooter like  J.J. Redick, their line up will be scary.

5998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers running free on: June 25, 2019, 08:18:55 AM
Not until we start seeing crypto scammers get arrested for real many new investors won't join,I have friends that won't join crypto because of scammers running away with ICO funds forever ,no way to arrest them and get the funds out of them, the few news I read about getting some scammers is not enough ,the more there is an effective way the less scammers will harm crypto
depending on the country the scammer is located and how the country treats such people or how the country react to such crime. You know in US they take scammers as a very serious crime and will not waste time to prosecute them. So if some countries take this very likely,  then you would see a different approach.

But most of the projects in ICO are not in the US, there are only few projects like CENTRA that was considered as they violated the law in the US, and they got jailed IIRC, so other projects are now smarter, they learn from the big mistake of CENTRA and they run their project in different country where crypto regulation is still lax.
5999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season is not here yet. on: June 25, 2019, 06:41:15 AM
For altcoins to start surging in price bitcoin is always the one to take the lead first ,altcoin season is not here yet so let's stop complaining ,wait patiently for altcoin season to return if not then don't bother investing in altcoins and go for bitcoin full time
you could say that yes and I would like believe but I think this doesn't have to do with all altcoins as most of them had made good movement lately and yield better profits.  So possibly other altcoins will follow as well
That's my expectation, as the bullish trend go deeper, that's when the less popular are also getting some attention.
When there is a bull run, most of us are very positive and we also experiment on altcoins as we believe they also are profitable.

The big altcoins will rise first but then again we also cannot underestimate the small ones as not all money coming in are the smart money.
As the FOMO happens, things that are normal could happen as well, and that includes pumping less popular alts and even shit coins.
6000  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: June 25, 2019, 06:32:15 AM
Frankly speaking, now is the time when you will prefer not to use your Cryptos at all. But if you still want to use it there are many sites that are allowing people to Buy Using Cryptos, but again we have to make sure we use it wisely. Apart from selecting the right site for making Crypto investment, it is also vital that we are using it only when we really need to use in present scenario when the demand for Cryptos is so much and likely to grow even further.

Using crypto for online payment transaction and investing can be done at the same time, we invested money separately, therefore we still have funds to enjoy whatever we spend online. Bitoin is valuable now because of its decentralized payment and people sees it a good payment system, so why not enjoy it at the same time. Me, I have bitcoin in my wallet that I don't touch but from time to time, I also deposit money for bitcoin so I can use it in gambling.
