61  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dream Bitcoin 100k on: November 05, 2021, 01:58:17 PM
Investors must have dreamed of the bitcoin price reaching $100k and currently the bitcoin price has reached $61,871. Looks like this year bitcoin will not reach $100k because now it's November, I think in 2022 the price of bitcoin could reach $100k. Now what we need to prepare is to buy bitcoins to get bigger profits in the future.
62  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to avoid scammers (Must read for newbie) on: November 05, 2021, 01:26:06 PM
This is to create awareness amongst new members to avoid getting scammed.

I am going to list down a few of the tactics used by scammers to scam newbie as well as other users by luring them with huge profit scheme or some sort of plan which is difficult to refuse at times.

Tactics #1: Chinese regulation trick
You will receive a message from a random person stating he is from China and he has close to 1 BTC into his wallet but is unable to withdraw it due to some restrictions in their country and share a fake exchange link asking you to register there and he will transfer the amount to you and then you can transfer it to his another wallet wherein he will pay 20% of the amount as a gesture, sounds good isn't it? Once you log in to the exchange he will transfe3r the amount (just a digital value on fake site) but when you try to withdraw it the site will says it's a new account and you need to deposit some BTC in order to verify which will make you eligible for withdrawal and once you transfer the required BTC it will ask you to deposit more stating this account is froze and it will keep asking you to deposit the amount until you give up and reach out to their customer support agent who will say there is suspicious activity with this account hence you have to deposit but if you question them stating you wanna withdraw the amount which you have deposited they will threaten you stating you are involved in money laundering and block you from chatting, the random guy who messaged you will also block you.

This is a planned method to rob our money which we deposit in part to withdraw a huge amount.

Tactics #2: Investment plans through telegram
This method is not new and most of you would have experienced it wherein you will be added to some random telegram groups and where you will find people from different nationalities praising and thanking the admin stating they have earned a lot and it has changed there life, wherein they will ask you to buy a plan and state you will 200% of return on your investment withiin 3 days or a week.

Most of us might get convinced since people from around the world are endorsing it but these are all fake profiles and bots which has been created using profile pictures and DPs stoles from social media to make it look like genuine.

Tactics #3: Impersonating a crypto influencer of Youtube(Especially crypto analysts)
A genuine crypto analyst (youtuber) will never ask you to pay them and even if they ask they will share the details over video itself but there are imposters who have scammed so many people. When you watch a youtube video of crypto analyst and make a comment or ask for their contact details you will get response from imposter with same profile picture and ask your to transfer minimum amount to trade on behalf of you and assure you weekly or daily payout. these are scammers who barge into comments section of youtubers and whenever they find a comment from any user asking for youtuber's contact details or appreciate these guys trap the users by replying to their comments share a contact links of themselves to scam them.

I have encountered these situations and lucky to stop myself at the right time, I hope this was helpful article not only for newbie but for other users as well and save atleast someone from getting scammed.

63  Economy / Economics / Re: How is financial stability defined for you? on: November 05, 2021, 01:13:05 PM
People who are able to stabilize their finances are people who do not like to spend their money on unimportant purposes. Many people manage their finances so that the money they have doesn't just run out, they are even able to look for opportunities to develop their money by investing and trading.

65  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Now is definitely an excellent time for personal mining on: October 02, 2021, 05:42:29 AM
From the start since 2016 that is the time that we have an excellent timing for mining especially bitcoins because if we mine 1 BTC that year with a value of 3600$ in 2016 we can wait until it grows more than 500% of profit with the value of bitcoin today. It's a good idea for long-term investors and traders when it comes to Crypto Mining. GPU also is increased today due to the Crypto Mining.

as bitcoin mining increases in various countries so that GPU prices also soar.
I'm happy because I bought the bitcoin mining tool before the price went up so I don't have to panic right now.
At this time miners have to spend a lot of money to buy equipment to mine bitcoin, but the costs incurred are definitely proportional to the benefits that will be obtained from mining bitcoin.

68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My ledger got hacked on: September 06, 2021, 05:16:56 PM
Hi guys,

unfortunately, my ledger hardware got hacked last night and 100% of the funds were transferred into another address. I have no idea how this happened. I have never shared my seed words to any websites. I used the same wallet for over 4 years with no problem. The only thing I can think of is that I connected my laptop yesterday afternoon in a public wifi hotspot at stansted airport, in London. I flew from there later that day, and as soon as i landed, i checked the balance and it was 0!!! Any idea how did this happen, as Im running out of hope!

I think hackers got into your laptop while you were using a public wifi hotspot at Stansted Airport, in London. now we have to be very careful in using public hotspots because hackers can enter laptops through public hotspot networks, we should store very important data on a special laptop at home and not to be taken out of the house to avoid hackers.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: September 05, 2021, 07:17:00 AM
Right now in some of the countries Bitcoin is been banned or restricted, when I think of it I do not blame the government why Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies is been restricted because they do not know the value or importance of Bitcoin. Some government officials have never done any transactions, I mean to buy or invest to Bitcoin or to use Bitcoin as a means to acquire goods and services.

Bitcoin will be more effective in the future, because presently people who are more into cryptocurrency are the younger ones (18-50 years in age).
They know the value and importance of Bitcoin. Despite the ban of Bitcoin in some countries, some individuals mostly the younger ones still have access to Bitcoin. I believe will be more effective in the future.

yes as time goes by the youths around the world will push Bitcoin to become the legal currency around the world. we can see at this time that bitcoin has gone up very high and its holders have made a lot of profit, I see that bitcoin has a positive impact on people around the world.
So, it's not wrong if I say bitcoin will be very useful and very effective in the future.
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: September 05, 2021, 07:11:32 AM
We saw the past from $10 to 60k is going up and up. So it sure it will reach $500k next destination.
But why the hell people panic sell now after it reach this high amount?
Do people really still think it goes to 0?

There soulnd't be any sale presure given the history that we see Bitcoin only going up in value

most of them panic when selling bitcoins because they haven't made a profit but they have to sell bitcoins for urgent needs.
if there are people who have made a lot of profits, but they still panic when selling bitcoins then they can mention greedy people.
so far I see the price of bitcoin continues to rise from year to year so I suggest don't be afraid to hold bitcoin because the price of bitcoin will not fall to $0.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: U.S. Government's $10 Million Reward on: August 20, 2021, 06:19:48 PM
U.S. government awards $10 million in cryptocurrency to track cybercriminals.

the U.S. State Department plans to identify cybercriminals supported by other countries by paying multimillion-dollar prizes to White Helmets hackers. These bonuses are supposed to be paid in digital currency.

such a huge bounty for people who can track down criminals in cyberspace, I think the US government is already annoyed by these criminals. if a $10 million reward in Cryptocurrency is given to people who can track down these cybercriminals then this news will spread all over the world and will have a good impact on all Cryptocurrencies.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin increase wealth equality? on: August 20, 2021, 06:04:11 PM
Due to Bitcoin's supply issuance schedule, it's fair to say that those who buy bitcoin early achieve (exponentially) outsized gains.

Based on what we've seen so far, adoption looks something like: cryptographers -> early adopters -> suits/elite -> the masses

Given that the exponential nature of adoption and returns, doesn't Bitcoin further increase wealth equality? So that the elite are even richer than the everyone else?

To be a bit more specific, what I'm envisaging is the new world to include three groups of people, the elite (aka "the 1%" of the old world), the early adopters (aka "the 1%" of the new world) and the masses (the remaining 98% of people).

Before bitcoin maybe top 2% of people owned 80% of the wealth. But after bitcoin, perhaps top 2% would own 95% of the wealth (approx only to illustrate point).

Thoughts?

yes, Bitcoin has pushed the economy of the poor to become rich. Bitcoin has a very good influence on the economy in a country where the majority of the population is classified as poor. most of the bitcoin holders come from poor families, then their lives change drastically after buying bitcoins and holding them for a very long time, this is what increases the wealth equality of the population in a country.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The more popular Bitcoin is, the more valuable it is? on: August 20, 2021, 05:47:28 PM

Recently, there as been a lot of discussion about using Bitcoin to pay or employers to pay salaries using Bitcoin.

There is a lot of hype among Amazon, Apple, and Tesla about accepting Bitcoin as a payment method. Many of them say that the adoption is better, but if the company converts a large amount of Bitcoin paid by customers into legal tender, it will give Bitcoin. The currency brings a lot of selling pressure.
Bitcoin is limited. Everyone uses Bitcoin for payment and daily transactions. Bitcoin is becoming more and more popular. Many people know that Bitcoin also has countries that set Bitcoin as legal tender. If Bitcoin is used to pay salaries, is it necessary to collect taxes?
Bitcoin is becoming more and more common for daily payments. If it is more convenient for everyone to buy bitcoins and use bitcoins for daily payments, will the price of bitcoins get lower and lower?

bitcoin will be very expensive if more and more people use it.
if humans already use bitcoin in everyday life, bitcoin will be increasingly popular and the price will be more expensive, especially if bitcoin is used to pay employee salaries, bitcoin users will increase therefore the price of bitcoin will continue to rise.
on the other hand there will be a bad impact if bitcoin has been used to pay employee salaries, the government will definitely issue an order to pay taxes for using bitcoin to pay employee salaries.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ban, mission impossible on: August 19, 2021, 05:41:11 PM
bitcoin can not be stopped and destroyed because there are so many bitcoin users around the world. Bitcoins can give someone a huge profit from holding a few bitcoins for the future. I think it's more to gain than lose if we have some Bitcoins, I think this factor is what makes some governments accept bitcoins as currency.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are some individuals hostile to Bitcoin? on: August 19, 2021, 05:24:04 PM
Bitcoin is a digital currency created by a person or individual and the government cannot take over the power to control Bitcoin. Bitcoin is decentralized and free from government monitoring, I think this is what makes someone hostile to bitcoin because bitcoin is not regulated by the government so Bitcoin can be misused by someone for criminal acts.
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin the most Bullish crypto of the moment on: August 09, 2021, 07:23:43 PM
Code:
price $45,019
If you have study, the entire market in the past few weeks you will discover the cryptocurrency market is a system, and this system works together in terms of market value, but at some point, some cryptocurrencies perform more than others e.g. Bitcoin which is the dominant cryptocurrency. Bitcoin at the moment is in another bullish position while other altcoins, except a few, are in a downtrend mode this leads me to the conclusion that Bitcoin is the most Bullish crypto at the moment.

free to add your opinion on this, but the view should be limited to 2021 alone.

I don't agree with you, we can see the last few weeks the price of bitcoin and most of the altcoins in the crypto market have increased in price, so I'm not saying only Bitcoin is the most bullish but some altcoins are experiencing the same thing.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What hatred do people have for Bitcoin? on: August 08, 2021, 04:56:19 PM
Some folks despite the visible positive impacts of cryptocurrencies and reviews from Jack Dorsey, Elon Musk, Michael Saylor and other popular crypto advocates have refused to change their stance on it. They don't just oppose Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies but they wish it would die. For example, Buttcoin is a reddit forum where Bitcoin is "crucified" daily. In that forum, Bitcoin has been called "a scam", "a negative sum game". Also, David Gerald who is an anti-crypto activist has publicly cleared his hatred for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. According to him, “I think the future of cryptocurrencies is that it will become increasingly regulated and normalised. People want regulation of this because they want to know where they stand and what they can do with this sort of thing. I think that speaking technically they are junk-quality assets. They are not backed by anything they are volatile as hell. They have a price because people will pay for them and that’s all.”

My Questions now are, Why do some people hate cryptocurrency so much? What's their back story? Did they ever lose a huge amount of money in cryptocurrency?

in general they hate bitcoin because bitcoin can not be controlled by humans. some people also say bitcoin is bad luck because when they hold bitcoin the price of bitcoin goes down so they are forced to sell all their bitcoins at a very cheap price in order to avoid bigger losses.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the only thing that humans cannot control on: August 08, 2021, 04:44:19 PM
One of the reasons that humans cannot control bitcoin is because bitcoin is decentralized. other people cannot make bitcoins that are similar to the original bitcoins because each coin created has a different address contract, even though the name created is the same as the original bitcoin name but cannot be traded on the market that sells genuine bitcoin. Bitcoin is indeed an advanced technology that cannot be controlled by humans, I am very grateful to satoshi who has created bitcoin so that many people benefit from the results of trading bitcoin.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market adds over $140 billion in one day on: August 08, 2021, 04:25:55 PM
the price of bitcoin and several other coins has been experiencing a price increase in recent days. this increase reached $140 billion in a day, hopefully this is the start to reach a new ATH by the end of this year. Bitcoin holders should not sell their bitcoins because there will be even higher gains until the end of this year, if they sell bitcoins now then they will regret it at the end of this year.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin in the highest level of trust? on: August 08, 2021, 04:06:39 PM
bitcoin has the highest trust because the profits obtained from holding bitcoin in the long term will provide very large profits. if we make transactions then no third party will interfere in the affairs of sending bitcoins. besides that bitcoin is the first Cryptocurrency to be created, therefore the level of one's trust in bitcoin is very high.
