We are not part of the email support team so take this with a grain of salt. There were 1000s of emails about bonus corrections. Almost all of them were resolved within a few days. Your email could have slipped through the cracks. I would try to email them again. Also if you would PM me the information about your issue I will see if I can get them to fix it.

That would be weak FUD indeed. Quote the first post to yourself (don't post it, just do that to see the img links), copy the image links and open them in another browser. They all work everywhere but on this forum at the moment. Have seen it before on a thread getting a lot of views/refreshes. Something with cache. |

I think that this is the unprofessional work of the guys from the sonm.
They sent the tokens to the address from the payment, although in the form on the site I indicated a another address, this indicates that they manually processed payments.
We made a mistake and do not want to recognize it.

No, it's your mistake and your own fault. It doesn't matter what address you tell them to send tokens to, smart contracts only issue tokens to the address the funds were sent from. The page clearly states NOT to send funds from an exchange wallet, and you did so anyway. If you think that is unprofessional, you might want to look at every ICO out there. The rules are the EXACT SAME for all fo them. I doubt you will get access to your tokens since Poloniex won't give you the wallet's private key. Either with till SONM is listed on Poloniex or take the loss due to your own ignorance. What was the input field for the etherium address? At a minimum, this is misleading. The ICO website is not a smart contract. Everything was handled by hand. And at this stage there was an error. I participated in ICO ETT, paid tokens from the exchangewallet, everything went fine. The manual address input field was for people sending non-ETH currencies, as the smart contract cannot send ERC20 tokens to your bitcoin, litecoin, dash, etc wallet. It clearly stated do not send from exchange wallet. This is what all ICO state in their T&C. ETT distribution actually was done manually without a smart contract, and you had to enter withdraw address long after sale ended. |

So this "ICO" gathered 40 mil + pre ico and all the other stuff.

Maybe is not scam but you re right, we are speaking about 42m $, i sent my dash 20 minutes after ico and they sent me SNM after 4 days with no bonus of 15%. I sent mails about bonus and obtained no comunication, nothing. With 42M you can have at last somebody that know maths or just do x+15% with calculator or a supercomputer  . I think one of the main reason is traded below ico is this mess, i don t sell my SNM but i lost faith The eth network being hammered has slowed the progress of bonus corrections. I believe what they have been doing is getting a batch of corrections together then executing them. I am going to get with the Dev team and see what is up. I will report back shortly. |

Some updates: - We'll start counting bounty campaign stakes and tokens after refunds and after issuing all the tokens with bonuses to ICO participants, In about 2 days. If there are questions regarding the bounty campaign, you can address them to one of our bounty managers: @aleco
- Bonuses are being issued manually to all the ICO participants who haven't received the full amount of tokens+bonuses. If you have a bonus issue, and have not yet contacted bonus@sonm.io you need to asap.
- Late non-ETH deposits that didn't arrive until after the sale was complete will be refunded. If you made a non-ETH deposit that didn't arrive until the sale was complete, please contact support@sonm.io if you have not done so already.
- The main priority at the moment is pre-ICO refunds and processing all the ICO deposits that went through incorrectly.
