61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the price of bitcoin so high on: November 21, 2017, 10:21:37 PM
There is only so much Bitcoin that will ever exist, every day less and less bitcoins are being “mined”. Unarguably, bitcoin is very popular, which creates more demand for it. The supply however, is limited. That's were the basic principles of Supply and Demand comes in. You want a bitcoin, Everyone wants a bitcoin, but its limited. Which means that in order for you to get that bitcoin you need to pay more than me and the other person that wants a Bitcoin. There is more demand than available supply. Also, the legalization of other countries in using bitcoin might also affect its  value. Also the prediction of experts also affects its current value. And I think it will continue to increase.

This is a basic concept of supply and demand. And your argument is valid here, the supply limited and it's getting smaller every second. The demand is big and gettin bigger every second, resulting in the rise of btc price.
62  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: should i buy btc now or sell? on: November 21, 2017, 09:39:05 PM
Anytime can be a good time to buy bitcoin but it's not advisable to keep on selling your bitcoin. If I were you, I'm going to have a better way of doing it by simply keep on holding and as well as buying. That's what you have to do, buy and hold. This is very effective if you want to hold for a long term holding.

For long term people, buying and storing it by holding is the best option clearly. There is no even need for trading it. This method will work in long term if you a believer. Bitcoin price will maintain the trend nexr years too, and you'll be having a good income.
63  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PURCHASE BITCOIN? on: November 21, 2017, 08:55:03 PM
It needs a lot of considerations to decide whether to purchase or not the bitcoins presently. I personally suggest to purchase the bitcoins in the present market. As it is assumed that  the value of bitcoin will go up further. It will not reduce your assets rather it will multiply your assets.

You should purchase bitcoins and should keep close watch on the market. It is gaining more trust of the people and has penetrated to the market.
Yes, and as the trust keeps increasing, the more we start seeing the trend changing as it would be hard to see low trends staying much longer as there would be a lot of people ready at any moment to take it from there. The market is getting huge and we have not even started the journey yet, by the time the market cap starts getting huge, then people will realize that the value at this time is just the best value right now.

For me, the best time is during dump times and market crashes. Because, during those times, people are really selling their bitcoin right away and they just get back to cash. It's profitable to collect those cheap bitcoins there.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs btc? on: November 21, 2017, 08:37:11 PM
Ethereum  is the improved version of btc in my opinion , but with a much smaller market cap and a very different behavior of miners toward this coin .
Ethereum is maybe the only coin that can challenge btc because it got lots of improvements in terms of blocks and code , hasn't been invested in as much as bitcoin which made it's price growth very slower .If i were to mine i'd definitely go for Ethereum because i'm certain that it's price will increase a lot in the few coming years since people will be preferring it's features on any other alt .

I strongly disagree with you. Ethereum is not the better version of bitcoin. Ethereum is totally different than bitcoin and it has much better features compared to bitcoin's current old structure.

Please learn how to differentiate them from each other first.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List your coin and reason WHY on: November 18, 2017, 02:21:28 PM
list your top 5 coins you hope will make it big and the logical reason behind it.

ps: not sure why my other thread got deleted simply asking for people to mention why they pick what they pick aside from random gamble of luck

I have some, let me put here:

Ripple, for chance to be used by central banks and private banks. Potential is big here.

Monero, anonymus blockchain network which allows you do ghost transactions. Nobody can see yours.

Binance, a great Exchange platform with decentralized structure.
66  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: November 18, 2017, 01:34:36 PM
bitcoin dont have a future... cause bitcoin is the future!
as technology improves, bitcoin will follow! i could not stop thinking about the life ahead with currency that can be accessable virtually, just for example. skipping all the lines to pay your bills, paying your meal without waiting for the waiter, sending money to others, and taking the whole control of your account! well' there is so much to say bout bitcoin

Bitcoin created this adventure clearly and it will be the dominating one in the future. If governments allows the usage of bitcoin, we'll see much from it. The adoption of the society is getting increasing every single day.

We see bitcoin on the news, newspapers, TV, everywhere.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What to buy when the BTC falls? on: November 18, 2017, 01:14:48 PM
Uhm, BTC??? Cheesy

When BTC corrects its a nice opportunity to accumulate more, before it shoots to the moon once again.

I prefer not to leave BTC bcuz you might get caught out by a price increase, and then feel its too expensive to get back in.

Before you know it, price triples and your out of the game. Smiley

Trust, hodl and no regrets!

No matter what, you can keep holding or go into the secure side by having USDT instead of taking the risk of holding. While bitcoin falling, you can convert your bitcoin into dollars and you be in the safe side.

With usd or usdt, you can have the opportunity of catching new price rallies.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Earn Ethereum ? on: November 18, 2017, 12:54:41 PM
You can invest ICO that means Initial Coin offering. New Token and med-level risk. You can research many ICOs go to Alternate cryptocurrencies -> altcoin announcements and join airdrops or bounty - twitter campaigns.

Investing in ico projects and sell them with profit in return of ETH is one of the best ways to follow. Moreover, you can start mining as well. ETH system will be POS instead of POW, soon, but you can make some mining earnings at the moment with GPU cards and rigs.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO Breaks NEW HIGH on: November 18, 2017, 01:53:30 AM
It's very normal since chinese government only allows neo based crowd funding projects. It can go more further than the current price. Bittrex, Binance and Bitfinex has great trade volumes for NEO now.

Bittrex   NEO/BTC   $99.234.500
Bitfinex   NEO/USD   $59.252.900
Binance   NEO/BTC   $49.839.900

The price can break $40 region easily.
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 btc=8000$ (buy or sell?) on: November 18, 2017, 01:31:07 AM
Why not buy? You never know how high the price could rise up to. Some people think it will go above $20,000 before it crashes. You need to buy and hold Bitcoin if you want to be sure that you get in before it goes above $20,000 or more. Think about it, even if it crashes it will still go above $8,000 again anyways even if it takes a few years.

For the long term investors, it's not a sell point when it hits $8000 obviously. It's only for short term traders and day traders to sell at that point. We should aim $9500 at least to make some profit realization by selling our bitcoins.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it better to invest in bitcoin or ethereum ? on: November 18, 2017, 01:12:14 AM
for long term purpose, which is better to invest in , Bitcoin or Ethereum ? Lets discuss that ..
For long term investment, ethereum will be a better choice over bitcoin. Bitcoin has already established its value and almost playing between $3,000 and $5,000 in the last few months. That will give trouble to people who would like to buy but doesn't have much money.

Ethereum, on the other hand, has cheaper price compared to bitcoin, and is playing between $300 to $450 in the last few months. In fact, it is in its lowest price this week at $294. Another thing is that ethereum price can jump at a snap of a finger (well, this is something figurative). If you are looking for a long-term investment and want to buy coins, ethereum will be the ideal one.

There is no certain good or bad between bitcoin and ethereum honestly. The term, time is important here. If you're an holder and you can keep your assets for 2-3 years, both will give similar results from my perspective. Because the adoption of both is increasing dramatically.

I would make it as 50% and 50% for each, in my portfolio.
72  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Platforms on: November 18, 2017, 12:55:26 AM
Hi I would like to know the trading platforms that accepts tokens like POStokens and ERC20 tokens aside from etherdelta thanks..

There are plenty of them, let me count the best known ones.

Bitrex is the high volume exchange. You can find many of the coins and erc20 tokens in bittrex.

Bitfinex is also a good known one, better to use for major altcoins rather than erc20 tokens.

Hitbtc contains lots of erc20 tokens, iou tokens and ICO project tokens. A trusted platform.

Liqui is another exchange for altcoins, but with low volume compared to other ones.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top upcoming ICO with greatest potential on: November 18, 2017, 12:33:22 AM
I have seen alot of rating recently, and what is interesting is that most of the ICOs they are rating is based on the signature campaign they are, so just be careful to consider this because of them are jut doing their job

Consideration is the most important part of our investments.

I was amazed by Gladius project and I really like the concept they created around the internet and virtual protection. The team and the advisors are also very well experienced people in there. Then, it has the light inside!
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell BTG ? on: November 18, 2017, 12:11:37 AM
With all the FUD and negativity (and rightly so) surrounding this BTG launch, my personal recommendation would be Yes, sell your BTG before it's value goes down even further.
I really can't wrap my head around how with all the controversy and unprofessionalism of the BTG team this project will survive much longer.

Maybe we can try to get more benefits like happened in BCH. If BTG makes a jump like BCH, you would be upset for your cheap sellings. That's why I prefer to hold them as of now.

BTG has the potential.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Worldcore - Time for a worldwide scale ICO on: November 16, 2017, 12:39:46 PM
Hello Dear Manager,

I also weared worldcore Avatar, but I wasn't given 5 extra stakes for this. Can you please add this to my stakes for the signature campaign?

Thanks!
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Worldcore - Time for a worldwide scale ICO on: November 15, 2017, 03:18:58 PM
Hello Dear Manager,

77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why hate BCH? on: November 14, 2017, 12:30:12 AM
BCH is highly frowned upon because of their hostility, unprofessionalism, and overall untrustworthiness. It seems the people behind it, Roger Ver and Jihan Wu, wanted to control and profit from bitcoin too much that they made their own coin, bitcoin cash. It is hard to unsee how greedy they are. Just look at how bitmain operates.

In addition to your say, they declared a total war against bitcoin, which is totally unacceptale. They keep with manipulation in their twitter accounts. These are the valid reasons to hate BCH.

78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Losing faith in BTC... on: November 13, 2017, 11:00:38 PM
See bitcoin is not going any where don't worry, and bitcoin cash wont succeed like that in a longer run. Hold your bitcoins tight and see the magics.

I totally agree with you on this topic. We should let bitcoin be hurted by other fork coins. They can't do anything to bitcoin if the society of bitcoin stays high. We answered them in the best way on our trades, we never bought bitcoin cash and dumped all on them.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: November 13, 2017, 10:40:06 PM
I wonder what gives anyone here the ability to suggest how to invest other people's money.
I actually wonder if everybody here "put yer money where yer mouth is".
I don't think you do what you say
well i believe we need to buy bitcoin today is that the expectation was real that bitcoin might become a verry high in price in the near future so then as what everybody tend to do we must have to buy bitcoin today and hold it in preparation in the near future .i believe bitcoin can give us a huge profit if we believe on holfing it for a long time and i also believe that bitcoin can give us a huge amount of extra income .

Buy bitcoin now, because:

You may not be able to find it this cheap. It's in a crash at the moment. If it goes up, we can't catch up with it.
It's like a fiat money to deposit to your exchange accounts. You can do this with others too, but bitcoin is the most convenient wat of doing this.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming altcoin bull run on: November 13, 2017, 10:26:39 PM
I think it is safe to say we are approaching another massive bull run in the alts. Everyone who is getting into crypto is itching for 10,000%+ gains and that can only be found in 1 place; altcoins. Majority of money entering into Bitcoin is to buy ICO/alts. I am a very skilled Technical Analyst and I will be covering this bull run from start to finish. Follow me on trading views to see my ideas and feel free to spread the love and discuss. https://www.tradingview.com/u/Papou/

I think it will take some time before the alts can run up again. Bitcoin is too strong at the moment and the most alts are dying, but its a good chance to grab some cheap alts!

For sure, they will go up!

Vital thing is its timing here. Users don't want to wait more and more. Because they already in big loss due to bear market of altcoins. The trend will show the direction of the altcoin market. Hopefully, this time it will be upper-side trend which will make us earn some money from them.
