62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrency soon be an alternate payment option? on: October 13, 2019, 03:36:58 AM
In only a few countries cryptocurrency can be an alternate payment option because many countries have announced bitcoin as an illegal digital coin. Now if the government take any step to make it legal then it can happen.
It is now being used as alternate payment because it is more faster and convenient method to transact. Crypto really is develop for that purpose but most of people understand it as an asset for investments. It happens as an alternate as long as the government recognize it.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers, the biggest crypto problem on: October 12, 2019, 11:21:02 PM
Scammers are the only problem at this point in time which needs to be eradicated. Otherwise this will crush the cryptos. Regulators are struggling on that aspect only. Is there any easy solution for this issue?
the easiest way is to be as attentive as possible and if you are already an expert in cryptocurrency, then teach other people how to become as vigilant and not fall for the tricks of scammers
I agree. Be vigilant and be aware of every scams for not to fall for it. Scammers are everywhere because there are many that are getting their bait without any idea how come that happen. People have to be more knowledgeable than those scammer. To stop them is to stop get into them.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: October 12, 2019, 10:06:21 PM
I think the most important reason out of three will be a lack of knowledge. You can not invest in a project if you do not have knowledge about it.
People are easily trust when they see good offers and think about it as easy money which can give good return for short time though not having knowledge about it. Out of greed and because of need of money, people got scam, mostly become a victim when you are thinking where to get an amount easily.
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 12, 2019, 08:23:30 PM
Bitcoin indeed lose some popularity this past few months due to the dumped that happen, let's accept that fact that the reason why bitcoin got so recognized last year was due to its unbelievable price growth. But every time bitcoin price got dumped the popularity it got from the pump slowly fades.
Maybe it is not what to called losing of popularity but people lie low in using bitcoin because of low price. Some focus on earning it without investing while others trying to take risk of investing in every little amount. Bitcoin is not losing popularity but recognizes the uses and benefits from it as a currency.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What did you know about Bitcoin before becoming a bitcoiner? on: October 12, 2019, 01:39:10 PM
I used to know about Bitcoin in 2013, when I was just participating in the XML airdrop program and selling it to merchants. At that time, I was not aware of the true value of bitcoin. Up to now its development has made the whole world recognize this existence.
Actually I had know what bitcoin is and never interested on it until my friend showed how he earned from it abd there were lot of projects that becoming successful. It took time before I read articles about bitcoin and realize that it is also life changing. I learned the risks and continue to gain from bitcoin.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience from day one on: October 12, 2019, 09:53:09 AM
tell me whats your experience so far?

Well your own experience is also like mine if not that you have some airdrop you said you have profitted from - I really don't like  airdrop because they distribute little coin and most times require referral.

Further, I have also invested in some shitty coins and they have really gone down from invested price. Coin exchange is going down and some are only listed there...  Shocked Smiley
Just got good airdrops but airdrops mostly become shitcoins which is not worth of time now. I started by joining campaigns where the coins listed on the market as planned and also distributed which is worth when you wait for a month or more because increases unlike now that even distributed it is lock and there is no value in the market. Projects are more good before than it is now.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 11, 2019, 08:58:11 PM
Doing airdrop is the best and easiest way to earn free alts , but it's random value and mostly few of it. And the second way is doing faucet and bounties. It need a bit of work but the result is quite nice
Free alts that are mostly useless, zero value, zero market. Faucets not worth it, don't expect that free altcoins are going to be worth it someday. There are airdrop campaigns that's done by known companies like coinbase and blockchain.com that gives $25 stellar.

In that kind of bounty, you'll have to exchange your identity to them in return to the favor of the reward they'll give you. Many joined the airdrop but I didn't.
I agree that faucets is not an option at all. Useless and it is unlikely to ever become useful.
Bounty, not much, but yes. Airdrops - gives very little amount. But there is an option to invite much referrals and get paid for those invitations.
Some are just waste of time and some can be a way for your account to be scam. There is no worth giving time on free altcoin because very few are true and good project and make success on the development and being implement. Better to work and invest with popular altcoin rather than finding and waiting for the worth of what you think can give you some.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is irreversible: strength and weakness on: October 11, 2019, 12:21:45 PM
As you said, the irreversibility of the transactions is both a strength and a weakness, but in my opinion it is mostly positive. The fact that there is no "undo" button means that one must execute a transaction with caution, and when we are talking about for example BTC transaction, they are usually large. The need to be careful is something that we are losing currently in the financial world with everything so easily reversed (mostly flat-currency-transactions). Of course, if there is a fraud this would mean lost money, but in most cases it is the users fault for not making their background research. Do you think otherwise?
That makes responsible in every transactions and making sure that it is correct before you click. Being irreversible can secure from any fraud and tripping of the accounts. Though being irreversible wont help when you need to cancel or wanting to change, which has risk to lost it.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Thing That Could Stop Bitcoin on: October 10, 2019, 10:44:28 PM
It will never stop unless the time will come that no one will ever use bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, Most likely impossible to happen. About china they are having a huge step now, I heard that they will tokenize their national currency which is a pretty big move, and base on blogs they will launch soon maybe sooner than libra.
It does possible if internet is going to shutdown and we go back in the time that technology never invented. There are many new crypto and many developers that keep on making improvements for digital currencies. Bitcoin will keep going as long as people are with it.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a scam? What to do next. on: October 10, 2019, 01:35:42 PM
A common investment scam and that happens all the time and those newbie investors are the ones who are falling into this kind of trap.

First of all, there is no guarantee in investment (my first rule). Even in other investments, there are no guarantees so if you saw the word guaranteed profit the best thing to do is to stay away from the investment because it will end up as a scam.

Some scammers' strategy is that they will put in your dashboard an amount which is twice the money you invested but in reality, you can't withdraw it because in order to withdraw it you must invest a certain amount. Best thing to do to prevent being scammed is either you learn how scammers scam people or just don't invest at all.
I agree. That is just a bait. There is no investment that will double over night so go away from that and do not believe because if you do you gonna end up of losing than gaining from it. Very few can be trusted but other just copying the project with bad intentions. Beware where you are going to take your investments.

73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: October 06, 2019, 09:34:39 PM
Why not just take a break from all the crypto related stuff? Instead of quitting?

Sometimes it is better if you take your mind off with all the negativity that's been going around (bakkt disappointment, price going down, FUD, this community etc).

Just take a hike, enjoy your time with your family and friends for about a week and see how it goes for you? Seems that you have devoted so much time in crypto sphere that you are somewhat bored and burn out. Just my .2 sats.

Best of luck.
Quitting is not answer of your boredom and lost of interest. Take time to rest and live crypto world for a while, it makes you tired staring on the situation that was not change but become worse as you stay on it. Take a break and enjoy the outside world. There is a best time for crypto which anyone that wait to come. Enjoy what your doing but do not let it be your only world.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exacly what is the Reason? on: October 06, 2019, 02:23:59 PM
You really don't have to search for reasons on why there is still a low price and the bull run is hasn't come yet. No one can really answer that question in exactly but they're just speculations. Just focus on investing coins that has the capability to push during bull runs.
There is no exact reason why but still we keep holding and add more volume of potential coins though there is no sign that it would bull. It is just that we expect too much increase that is why that even the price is rise than before, we could mot appreciate it because of high expectation for it. There is a movement in the market but still not enough to bull.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Over? on: October 06, 2019, 11:50:19 AM
Bitcoin is not ever any way, I remember when bitcoin price banned in China and price drop lower, after two weeks bitcoin raised up back to higher price and make many investor crazy with bitcoin.
Bitcoin when bear in the market, it give opportunity to many investors to grab with the lower price to invest because there is high possibility that the price goes up as there are many crazy with it and take risk with the potential coin. Though there is bad impact of banning for the country, there are many that benefit with it. It take very long time to end bitcoin, it is too early to make conclusion just because of the situation.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's next for bitcoin ? on: October 06, 2019, 09:23:55 AM
Bitcoin is not a person or is bitcoin a government nor is bitcoin a house of cabals.  So in a funny way bitcoin can not send bitcoin to help with hazard or natural disasters. If an individual that has good will to send money for aid then also can bitcoin be sent to relief people
It just that bitcoin is not yet recognize by the government and there is no one donating bitcoin because they see the potential of it of growing as an asset rather than a currency. I am looking on how long it takes before it can be use as real currency though price fluctuates time to time unlike any other currencies. Maybe in the future people can see it as real money.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There isn't always a clear reason why BTC went up or down on: October 05, 2019, 09:50:32 PM
No ,there are so many reason why its moving most reason are the every individual who traded or who are trading them their bitcoin, the individual trader or investor has a big part of why the price of bitcoin is moving and also there are still more reason behind the moving price of it.
There is a circulation and the market and those who play with the price make it moves. It is normal that the price fluctuates because that means that there is a change with the supply and demand of bitcoin. It is better than being stable which make long to gain profit.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects? on: October 04, 2019, 08:52:45 PM
I find it hard to trust most of the newly lunched projects in the crypto space, except I am sure that they meant and serious about what they proclaim to achieve. Most of them have even failed before launching, because their intention is to siphon money from investors. It is also hard for you to see most of then survive above two years.
it is very difficult for new projects to maintain the liquidity of their coins, because the cryptocurrency market is in crisis. Prices fall on all coins and fall very much. Here you need to wait for the crisis to end.
Seems like even good projects are end up unsuccessful and cannot survive the market. I think it takes too much time before this kind of crisis be done. There is no change, the more project raise, the more down and going worst for the project that become scam in the end.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2019, 07:47:15 AM
Please don't do so, Bitcoin is a good cryptocurrency and an investment.
But as always tell and must be done. you will always invest in what you only can without any risking of your daily life.
The idea is brilliant but i do not recommend it. Don't get your house a stake or anything. just put your extra money on an investment.
I agree. It is very risky to loan and invest it especially if the price is not growing time to time. Better to find ways where you can earn bitcoin instead of loaning, even little by little you can save it. Market circulation is not that good however, it is your decision and your ways. hopefully that works successfully.
80  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: October 02, 2019, 11:07:50 PM
This really means your top coin is XRP because in the first place you invested in xrp rather than btc. Why not decide for yourself though? And give time yourself to search which is better to invest in. Bitcoin has dominance in the market, on my point I always invest more on btc than any other altcoin.
He might have another way to get XRP without investing any amount rather having bitcoin. Though it does not rise often you have to wait till it bullish because every coin has its own time for good circulation along the market. It takes high risk to sell now with the bear market but you are the one to decide what you are going to do to increase what you have with potential coins.
