Breaking NewsKimoto Gravity change will occur sometime next week, we will confirm the block once the final test has been completed. This will also give us time to let the exchanges know and before we take iCoin mainstream. One of the reasons we have been holding off is we didn't want new users to crypto to have to update the wallet so soon. There will also be something extra included in the wallet that I am sure you will all appreciate.  So we can pump the coin without worry of Multipool right? Great news!!! |

Some premine coins:
- Pandacoin PANDA 3% premine that is 90% of total mined coins. Sold 1% for 250 BTC IPO.
- Ultracoin UTC 50% premine, currently accounted for 95% of mined coins. Sold over 100 BTC IPO.
- iCoin ICN 1% premine. No IPO yet.
If you don't like premine, don't invest in it. No one forces you to buy or mine iCoin. Don't post silly comments.
If i could buy 30-50% from that Premine, i would pump it 10x or more from current price with around 150 BTC to spend.
The problem doesn't come from Captainhook nor source code, it's already good, very fast sync,working stable and nice graphic.
The problem is Devs have no money to pump it. Check Pandacoin, they use 250 BTC from IPO to pump it and net hash is growing amazing.
Stop blaming about premine or someone, come up with IPO plan and anyone can invest in iCoin.

Albeit correct, it's only temporary. Just starting to get our name out in the community and the slight dip will be an opportune time to buy. We have major plans in the works to increase community awareness in other facets besides the forums. Looking forward to what will happen these next couple weeks - Ridg Whole market is down not only ICN. Other coins dropped 50-70%. ps: Time to buy, just choose the right coin  |

Yes symbiont, this has been on the minds of the iCoin team and there's been discussion between @Viperbass and the head developer in regards to this. Perhaps he can hop on and give you a more concise update / timeline shortly Ok. Thx. I would like to invest more in this coin. I like it very much. But without KGW there is no way to survive. As soon as icoin will hit coinwarz or a bigger exchange some mining farms and/or multipools will jump in and let the coin die on a high diff. I have seen it many times in the past. By he way nice new logo and website! The dev in charge of the coin is captainhook, just PM him if you need confirmation. I do agree with you, I was scammed trying to buy iCoin about 3 weeks ago. Rather use the exchanges to buy for your own protection.
Does anyone know when the launch is taking place, getting anxious now.

FYI, iCoin price was up from 0.000025 to 0.00005 in 1 week, nethash up 4x from 50MH to 210MH, Difficulty is above 7 and iCoin QQ group reached 1000 members.
This is just at very bottom because iCoin Devs just rolled out 1 promotion out of 6.
I estimate price will x2 to x3 next week when iCoin has new branding and website as well as more promotion.
Also expected further growth when:
1. Added to Coinwarz
2. Added to Coinmarketcap
3. Added to Cryptsy
4. Added to Chinese exchange
Each section could lead iCoin price x2 to x5.
I believe iCoin is the most potential coin of 2014 because there're lot of room to grow from bottom, not like other coins are at their highest price after launched a few days and continue dropping.
Still buying ICN at 0.4btc/10k. Buy in bulk at least 10k ICN at once.

Dropping? No one sells at the low bids. You can see no one will sell below 35000 any real amounts. It's still up 300% in a day. 35000-50000 is the new base.
