I kinda feel great having recently invested a couple of BTCs buying CGB, it might pay off really good Cheesy
62  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: RAM-Reduction & Backup Center Testing (version 0.89.99.14) on: November 17, 2013, 06:44:46 AM
Just as a suggestion, it might be a good idea to not have the root key bolded in print backup for clarity or possible ink spillage. Or perhaps allow it to be customisable?

$5,000,0000 zimbabwean dollars

I'd take this offer. The currency of Zimbabwe is the USD, Euro, Pound, Rand, and Pula.

So, $5,000,000 Zimbabwe dollars = 13,774 BTC
€5,000,000 = 18,457 BTC
£5,000,000 = 21900 BTC
R5,000,000 = 1336 BTC
P5,000,000 = 1515 BTC

So either way, your lowest offer is 1336 BTC

that's not true.

i specifically said zimbabwean dollars.

which would mean zimbabwean dollars, not any other currency.  zimbabwean dollars happened to be the official currency of zimbabwe until 2009, by the way.  just in case you forgot.

nice try
That's still almost 13k USD Tongue, http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=5000000&From=ZWD&To=USD

Where did all the donations go?

There are hundreds of competent people on this forum ready to work.

And yet there is still no serious bid to get the job done, it seems.
Mine was fairly serious Tongue, if only theymos would reply.

69  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: RAM-Reduction & Backup Center Testing (version 0.89.99.10) on: November 11, 2013, 05:13:40 PM
Awesome! This version is actually opening up in OS X Mavericks (previous one was giving me some system python library problems), seems to be okay so far (a few crashes but it works)
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: Great New Crash (fulfilled) on: November 10, 2013, 03:40:04 PM
Shall we sell now? I think it is the crash and will keep dropping
Just hold for a few weeks, if it's a crash it'll come back up. Unless you're dying and need some cash.

Isn't using PayPal for gambling activities a direct violation of their ToS?

This happened a couple of hours ago, I was looking to buy CGB against BTC and petregr approached me at BTC0.00125/CGB. I sent over 0.25 BTC (transaction f54a85eac38712dbe73d02322ce129044f299ba645b348039b434a581c00f474) and he transferred 200CGB as decided. But afterwards I sent another 0.75 BTC (txn b56eb69d1a56cb4eb626950c3fe51599aab8637d90a28c386aaf1521412a1a26) and I have zilch. So...beware!

75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] CGB for BTC on: November 09, 2013, 10:37:08 AM
It's much better to use an exchange:
www.cryptsy.com
Does it have instant buy or do I have to wait for orders to process? I'm actually looking to buy BTC1 worth of CGB.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [WTB] CGB for BTC on: November 09, 2013, 10:29:44 AM
Anyone selling CGB for BTC? I'd like to buy a few, PM me your rates!

I had a question, is it like bitcoin-qt where I have to backup after every transaction or can I backup once and my CGB will stay up to date?

79  Economy / Services / Re: Quick programming bounty: anti-phishing regex - 0.2 BTC on: November 09, 2013, 07:48:00 AM
Why don't you simply capture individual parts and parse that in SMF's URL BBC parser (fairly sure SMF supports callbacks for BBC)? That should be faster than a single regex doing that.
80  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Inputs.io CLOSED, 4100 BTC STOLEN - REFUND DISCUSSION THREAD on: November 07, 2013, 01:27:47 PM
TF has refunded me 1.61 of 2.14 BTC, not sure if I should be happy or angry. I definitely want my remaining 0.53, they are worth like 150$ atm.
