I think newcomers who buy new altcoin wants to speculating, which is very risky indeed.
Like you said before, most of new altcoins are created to steal others money, unless we really know about the project of the coin.
Top altcoins like ETH, BNB, or others top 10 are safer, you won't lose your money too much if the price going down, but its need time to gain profit because the value is already high.
I think that the trend has changed and now the biggest part of the new projects are really trying to create something interesting for the cryptocurrency market. |

Yes, I agree with some of the points you have said above. even I personally never stop to tell everyone that to be more careful before investing in crypto or any project. there are lots of hype projects, old projects come back to life just to make a profit from the investors' money and of course fraud projects have many ways to fool the victims.

For newbies it's safer to follow reputable bounty managers in this forum, this is more safer than just blindly joining any bounty projects, I can see some not so good bounties in bounty section where as many still join them
There are no safe ways to participate in bounty campaigns. This forum has the bounty manager Arteezy. he was very good, but the last 4 companies turned out to be a scam. and now he has no companies at all. there are no guarantees Arteezy has good records of successful bounties on this forum but he is human too, now it's seems he isn't taking things more serious like in past anymore? I haven't joined any of his Campaign before but I have friends who have. In 2017 and 2018 he managed many campaigns, one of which was success and helped a lot of participants get huge amounts of money. My friend made over $ 5000 with just one campaign he managed, but then he managed many scam projects and was no longer interested in the participants. and now we all understand that he has lost his reputation and no one else wants to participate in his campaigns. even if tomorrow he will launch a new campaign no one wants to participate and we won’t see such hype as before |

Yes, exactly we need to find a solution to it because as per the OP suggestion we can clearly see the difference and we have been suffering from it for a very long time. That's why there should have to make some changes regarding bounty campaign's participation. I think there should be limited seats for the bounty campaign which can help the participant to receive a greater reward. Fewer participants mean greater rewards and that sounds good. So this might be good solution for quality reward distribution.
anyway, I did not see good companies where the number of participants was limited. no one made good money thanks to the limits. I have no examples. Such companies can only be signatures with payment in bitcoins, but for 3 years I have never been so fast to register in such campaigns |

The volatility of crypto is what defines it to the others. Crypto tends to become famous and known because of it's volatility. Imagine if crypto has a low volatility, How would the market be affected? It will drastically lower the cap. Why? because when the market is volatile it means the market is flexible? What does that mean? It means that the charts/price will more likely bounce all over the place support to resistance vice-versa. So this means that investors or newbies have a better chance on earning when they buy for low. Which leads in a great introduction to crypto.
