You might want to read up on how AWS works. It has more OS than you can throw a stick at. You wont be able to match what it has.
With AWS you can create many VPS's not just one with the free tier. Get a free account and use a coupon and you can create at least 5 to 10 VPS's. I currently use AWS on a free tier.
