61  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC and PSYCHOLOGY on: July 04, 2018, 11:33:28 PM
I think the way of thinking is just one of the factors affecting cryptocurrencies.
Like Will I invest? Is it time to buy? Will sell? Hold? is a good investment?
With fear there are a lot of things that can make an urge out of people to invest that is making a great value.
Another is I just do not understand why people insist that it is just an investment while this is more than just that.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Be patient or take a risk for money??? on: July 04, 2018, 11:27:13 PM
That time when you think of WHAT WILL YOU DO is a time of panic. You are starting to feel you need to move out but if I am to advice you. Do something else. Entertain yourself or do other work aside from crypto.
May or may not bee related or you can be paid or not in crypto too. Do not look at the market all the time

Permission to post po.
You do not have to ask permission to post. This is a forum.

Is it really matter ba yung mga comment sa isang thread?

The more the informative, mas marami kang matututunan.

No need to worry.
About sa merits, mejo mahirap pero if you are a quality poster and user, makikitaan ka ng worth ng ibang users at sources kaya just be a contributior as you an. Before you know it, isa ka na sa mga henyo dito.
64  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Filipino Guide] Ang Bitcointalk Merit System on: July 04, 2018, 08:19:42 PM
Basing on the post itself, it would really be beneficial to the Filipino people to understand where to post, how to increase merit, and importantly what is a Merit.

I didn’t know that.

By the way, added na sa watchlist ‘to. Haha.

Hindi sa galing ito sa 3rd world country, pero sa ibang lahi kasi its either Sir means superiority or sarcasm or a tone of voice.

We should not have any socio-cultural barrier kya kailangan natin itong iadapt.
65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you ever think that bitcoin has an own card?? on: July 04, 2018, 07:48:46 PM
Well I am wondering if you are just noob in the forum or really noob in using cryptocurrencies. I would say both. The concept of Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies is to have fast transactions. Its aim is to be a mode of payment and that is still an ongoing process until today. Through internet, transactions without third parties is possible. With its features, mobile wallets, hard wallets and all sorts of wallets are created for easier transactions as well as the creation of credit cards.

If you happen to create your own, you will further understand. Good luck mate.
66  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency exchange got bigger on: July 04, 2018, 02:56:04 PM
We can not stop developers from doing that. With alts being made for different projects, there is a sure proportional or direct effect on the exchanges. Though I see exchanges as opportunities and services open to everyone, there is always that feeling of anxiety along with the risks of loosing some amount if not legit. I personally think that exchanges is like lt-coins has their possibility that it wont be successful. E
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people in crypto still wish the downfall of Bitcoin? on: July 04, 2018, 02:38:31 PM
Easy. So they  can buy more in cheaper price. Those who got rich already wanted to have dumps to they can buy more and dump when prices are high or they have already in their profiting phase.

But not all are getting rich actually, some fake news spreader are just paranoid. Maybe it is because they check the market too much and that only lead them panicking or just spreading FUD because they are mad that they can not see the benefits in a short period of time.
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day on: July 04, 2018, 11:49:41 AM
The crypto market is profit driven. The loyalty is directly proportional to the potential profit a coin can generate. So bitcoin is no exception here. I am a long time holder of bitcoin. I didn't sell off my holdings when the price was at 21k. I am not ready to sell of my holdings today as well. Because I belive there is potential.

The moment I stop believing that the potential is not anymore present in bitcoin. I will loose my interest in holding and sell of my reserve. So when someone says they are loyal to bitcoin not because of the potential profit but for the technology, I laugh silently. Till the time potential for profit is there, people will love even the technology. The moment all potential is gone, people will not think twice before dumping it. That's how the world crypto economy works.

I sincerely agree.
The point of holding of true believers will bring NO END to crypto currencies. And when I say true holders, they are the one who believe in the technology and not directly to the profits it can give with pump and dump.

Yes there will be betrayers out there because they focus on rewards and when they can't earn easily, they get bored and just leave. I do not see any concept of cryptocurrencies in there.

I stay silet too. and for sure I will not regret any decision that I will make when it comes to holding my coins. I do make transactions but never see it as a source of money only. I have big hopes for it that is why I value its use.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Phones on: July 04, 2018, 11:07:48 AM
Next time, try to include a link on your post if the title is intriguing enough to warrant it: http://bgr.com/2018/05/16/htc-exodus-bitcoin-phone-blockchain/

HTC Exodus, based on the article, wouldn't be running on native Android. As far as the report goes, this phone would have iphone 6 parts and would mainly focus on the utilization of dapps on the fly whenever the user wants to use it. Idk how would they accomplish such a feat but HTC is known for many firsts in mobile phones. This phone featuring the blockchain tech, I think, would be useful for people and companies who needs to have high security on their machines without losing portability and other features you can find on a mobile phone. I'd definitely love to get my hands on it though I don't think it would sell out that much. I guess we need to wait for more details regarding Exodus and see whether it really is a worth-it blockchain phone or not.

First thing is first, I think mobile phones for blockchain is an interesting investment. Yet the attraction will be not that high in rate because as of now, we do use mobile phone as wallets and trading already. I would like a phone that can mine for sure. But I guess it will be too expensive as a trial project. And I think it is hard to develop a phone that is blockchain focused because the concept of blockchain is already broad.

Maybe a detailed project about this will get more interested.
70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is so positive (100% HODL) on: July 03, 2018, 08:02:02 PM
I do appreciate more if people are like you. Gathering information and news that may be factors affecting the market. People should do this instead of speculating and predicting all the time and sometimes they are baseless. Accusations and falsification may always hve an impact depending on how positive pr negative it may be

I would give you merits if I have some.
+1 for now.

71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: buy low sell HIGH :)) on: July 03, 2018, 07:33:08 PM
It is always the best way to make sure profits yet people or no one can do it perfectly. No one knows which and when is the lowest price and before it even start rising again, people are always late and afraid to buy. So a word of mouth is not as easy to do in the reality. Though I think it will be the best strategy too, I think people should have knowledge, skills and if you suddenly fail, people should know how to wait, adapt and cope up with situation just to avoid depression and further losses.
72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling in the crypto market on: July 03, 2018, 07:25:12 PM
I honestly think that cryptocurrency world made gambling more accessible, hidden and convenient. No doubt that it complements its use. It sure do make a good combination yet I wish for more useful ways to use it.
I do not support gambling at all though I have tried it some few times. I just do not feel like it. I always think about how much work I have put into just to have some amounts in BTCs and I would not like to bet it down and see where it falls in a blink.

73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain child porn on: July 03, 2018, 06:56:03 PM
I can't even understand the whole point of the article.

Was it Blockchain infected with porn or Ledger infected with porn?
This is a serious nonsense and I think he has not having 1% knowledge about Blockchain itself. I can't stop laughing yet it saddens me that people try to tear down a goo technology even if they do not know it yet.

I think this is just one of the news contradicting the advertisements though I think this has the worst quality I have read in my life.
74  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Safe O Hindi? on: July 02, 2018, 10:56:32 PM
Ang nakakatakot lang is pano if mamisplace mo yung private keys mo.
Alam ko na in order to have a safe wallet dapat talaga yung mga keys is yung mahirap icopy or saved so that no one else could open it pero dba nga ang function ng cryptos is easy and fast transactions. With such too complicated process, you might also lose your coins easily.
75  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Campaign which pays for merits? on: July 02, 2018, 10:12:08 PM
I think the idea is nonsense. Merits will be just another reason to spam threads, make shit posts and make repeated threads just to complete a quota. I would not like merits to be wasted and it is JUST to make merits hard to earn so that less people abuse opportunities given If they prove themselves worth the merits then they will surely be noticed and efforts will be credited. Patience is also the key.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much damaged bitcoin has brought you? on: July 02, 2018, 10:00:22 PM
Honestly, no damage at all.
I benefit from bitcoin not all the time but maybe few times in a month. I see to it that I do not abuse this technology and I do hope for more development not just through other crypto project but also in line with health issues, educational purposes and social development.
Though I hear scam accusations all the time, I do not get affected since I know its real function and purpose.
77  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should we pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: June 30, 2018, 02:46:49 PM
I think a corrupt government is unavoidable. In some countries, the people are also the ones who elected some of the countries' leaders and who's to be blame by that?
Government can be as functional as everyone but first thing is first, it needs people too to move mountains. It is just a mater of support system. It will be for our benefits too in my opinion. Or even if it is just for our security, we will be needing that practically.
We should not just think about the negative side of it. Though I agree that sometimes taxes are funding those corrupt people's trips. I would still see the goodness it could bring to us.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who sells BTC now? on: June 30, 2018, 02:25:49 PM
It is always advisable to hold when you currently have losses. It is better to wait for a return of value than to cut your losses. I think if there are any sellers by this time, they are those who need money today for something important either for their families or self necessities. It will be hard for them to decide but they need to prioritize things in life. If you do not know how to organize the things you have especially financial matters, Life will definitely be tough for you.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What currencies do you gamble with? on: June 24, 2018, 07:49:53 PM
Well, bitcoins is definitely the comfort coin for anything that you would like to do.
I gambled once and seems like bitcoins is also in general use when it comes to gambling.
I also have observed that many gambling sites are Bitcoin generated.
Other than that stakes are used very often in common gambling sites.

Now, I avoided gambling and I am in for my review that will last for 5 months. I will win my license very soon.
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin future from now to December on: June 24, 2018, 07:40:39 PM
Future in December? Why say such a thing while you can say what do you think will be the prices of a specific cryptocoin in December?
Another thread that only focused on pump and dump value. Sometimes I get sick about this.
People should know that there is no assured value by a period of time that is why predicting is never helpful. It only excited new investors without any basis then trolls around that they are being scammed and loss their money.

Come on people. Use it as payment not only for investment.
