Hey i use cryptonator as my main wallet and my account had google authnicator but i lost it and have no backup key so i have no way to send funds i contacted customer support and this is what they said for the first time :

If you've lost access to your phone or 2FA application, you can disable Two-Step-Verification with the secret backup key which was issued to you after you have completed the 2FA activation.

If you don't have this backup key, we can disable the Two-Step-Verification on your account manually. However, due to the security reasons, there will be a 7-days withdrawal hold placed on your account.

If this is the case, please reply with a confirmation.
So as you see they said too send a confirmation i sent it 3 days back an no respond still
