Not until we start seeing crypto scammers get arrested for real many new investors won't join,I have friends that won't join crypto because of scammers running away with ICO funds forever ,no way to arrest them and get the funds out of them,the few news I read about getting some scammers is not enough ,the more there is an effective way the less scammers will harm crypto
This is the thing that should be regulated, those people behind any crypto project must be accountable with all the money they get from each of their investors, there should be a body that regulate and enforce penalties for those who would just scam a project intentionally. There should be a criteria, qualification and/or requirement as well on how can a group/team could out up and develop a project. This will surely protect and help us all being a crypto investors to at least lessen the risk we take as we get involve in trading and in cryptocurrency as a whole. |

THE FACT IS BEAR MARKET GIVE BIRTH TO VERY GOOD PROJECTS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT ,KUDOS TO ALL THE PROJECTS THAT GOT RELEASED IN BEAR MARKET AND STILL CONTINUE WITH THERE ROADMAP AND GET LISTED WITH NO DELAY,IT MEANS THEY MEAN BUSINESS, it means they are here to deliver at best ,market condition doesn't worry them and they believe that there working product will do the rest.
Bear period is part of cryptocurrency market status.. Of course there's no such thing as stable market when it comes to trading even with forex. There's always this good side of every situation even if most of the people think about the bear market as unlucky or anything like that. Bear market is an opportunity to buy and get hold of a coin or token that will sooner or later will give gain and huge profit, it's just a matter of timing really. I just think that anything that came from the bottom will eventually rise up until it reaches the moon. |

Hello, do you know how to create an EOS wallet for free? I have heard about meet.one, but the offer has ended. If someone has EOS account, he needs to spend EOS tokens or only RAM for creating the new account?
I dont think you can find any eos wallet in any wallet app that is totally free, you just have to spend a little or fund it so your wallet will be active and ready for incoming and outgoing transactions. It doesn't really cost that much but the thing is you cannot buy eos with very few amount in an exchange because they usually have minimum buy/sell when you trade. |

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.
Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.
I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.
Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.
I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

Regulation with cryptocurrency will really help the crypto space but I think they will be limited to regulating the project like knowing the people behind it so they will be accountable with all the investors money and checking the purpose of their token if they are needed by most people because different projects keeps on sprouting nowadays and scams are everywhere. |

The answer is capital NO. YES,BIG NOOOO. As long as the market is willing to accommodate everyone, we will always get new tokens in the market. bounties will keep on sprawling out from everywhere. back and forth.
Also, as exchange platforms keeps delisting old and garbage products from the market. new ones are likely to emerge and replace them.
just in, bittrex delisted over 40 coins from U.S market.
I agree, the answer is big NO! Why?! Because cryptocurrency is like huge business, as long as there are people who are willing to invest and there are communities who.supporta the project then it will never stop, but the.quality of each project are quite uncertain nowadays because crypto developer are now focus with tbeir gains and not with what the token can do for the people in crypto space. |

are you tired waiting distribution, get locked token, blame when price dump and other bounty hunters problem.
so why bounty campain not have a payment with ETH or BTC for rewards if they afraid if bounty hunter will dump their token ?

I like the idea of course and I know everyone else here would love to be paid with bitcoin or ethereum. Previously back in 2016 I think bounty hunters are being paid with btc or eth as I heard that someone is sharing his story, he is a senior biunty hunter of course but already stop doing bounty since you cannot rely anymore with the income you may get out of it, time came that it has changed and payment for bounty hunters became the token itself. |

I had same experience and I was taken aback if I would still continue with what I am doing during that time, what I did was I use my mobilephone instead just to make sure the donwload would not compromise anything with my pc and of course my accounts. Everytime I received an alert sich that same warning I am started to get paranoid that perhaps if I will continue the dl sooner or later I will get hack so I just stop the dl at once. |

I made the right decision not to join Yobit campaign every one is jumping to join the bandwagon but I cannot betray my friend who was scammed by Yobit, I can lose a friend if he saw promoting Yobit, who scam big money and for a few dollar, now Yobit promoters are now banned here, what do you think , are you also tempted to join Yobit when everybody are joining ?
As for now I will have to think many times before I participate in any tokensale and whether they call it ieo, ico or any other name it's just the same. The market has not yet recovered from the bearish period that's why I don't think I would invest anytime soon although things might change maybe depending to the project so I m not closing my door to any possiblilities with other cryptocurrency project. hey all... it's exactly one year now when market started downward movement due to which many bounty/ico companies were not able to list their token to any exchange. Some even did not bothered to send bounty reward token to bounty participants. I have more then 40 tokens that are not listed to any exchange. This situation forced many participants to stop working on bounty campaigns and find some other way to earn from crypto. What was the last bounty that paid you token and that tokens were listed on good exachange and you were able to earn 1-2 ETH / 0.1 to 0.2 BTC or any small amount.
For me it was the project of Credits on its bounty campaign phase 2 where I was able to earn more that $300 for just very short period and I also earn quite huge on its bounty campaign phase 1 and I earn I think almost $900 if I'm not mistaken. I can only recall those days that doing bounty is really a very rewarding job for a stay-at-home mother like me and I really felt that I am satisfied and contented being a bounty hunter then but now it's the other way around. |

If you would agree with me, a lot of things have changed I the world of bounty.
Back in the days of ICO boom, bounty was very profitable. You could engage yourself in just one ore two bounty campaigns in a month and be rest assured you would get a substantial reward, that is able to sustain you ahead of another campaign. The story now seems to be different.
We are now in a time where, if you are not care, even after attempting several bounty campaigns (say ten of them), you might need to wait for months before you could be adequately rewarded from just few on them. Sometimes you may not get enough to justify your hard labour and there are times you get nothing, which means wasted effort and time.
I have thought of this several times and one of the solutions I resolved on is simply intensive research and hardwork.
In order not to waste time in promoting scam projects, that at the end would not pay you or a project with no proper planning, that later does not succeed, you would have to learn how to do proper research and devote much of your time for it.
The reason you also need to work hard, is that you do not know when the reward of a particular project you have researched on would come, due to the general market condition. Therefore, it will be best for you to attempt several bounty campaigns. Not all that you see around, but at least four (4) good ones at a time.
If you really want to limit your complaints as a bounty hunter, then you have to do proper and intensive research on your own and at the same time work hard to get the best you could, irrespective of your rank.
I get what you are pointing in your post, just like in my case where I really don't have much time to spend for researching and scrutinizing good projects for my bounties but at least I take full responsibility for all the projects I joined in even if much of my bounties are mostly given by my co-bounty hunters that are close to me. As for me I already have this perception that I do not expect something for my reward unless it is already converted to eth or btc. |

Back in 2017 I never knew there is anything called bounties or bitcointalk forum until 2018 when I came across a PDF that says it all about how to earn coins promoting projects so since then I decide to give a try ,since 2018 now I've been promoting some projects and I've gotten paid via the project tokens but in reality I haven't been able to earn a dime ,they keep postponing when they will get listed on exchanges ,the PDF never talked about how long this always takes ,just imagine if bounty is all I got I would have starved a lot ,bounties long things and it can easily make one give up promoting them ,its always one delay after the other
You are right and it's really difficult to rely with just doing bounty alone as you source of income but I knew one person who made her life quite well by doing bounties and her life standing now is much better as compared previously when. As for me what I do is just to take my time doing bounties I try accumate tokens from reward, who knows someday i will just see treasure in one of my crypto wallet. |

For newbies in the crypto business, you must Know this. make sure you never associate your exchange email with your bounty account. make this a top priority. i advice hunters to have more than 3 gmail accounts.
The good side of bounties
1; you will definitely make lot of money campaigning for good projects.
2; you might even get rich on the long term if you are a holder of coins and able to detect good projects.
BAD SIDE.
1; whether you like it or now, your social media accounts will receive login threat(someone trying to login to your account from a different location)
2; hackers will also play with emails that was exposed while registering on bounties.
3; if your account is not secured properly, you will lose everything. even your wallet.

Wow! Nice idea of using different emails for bounties and for exchange. I haven't done it yet but reading your post makes me realized that it will truly lessen the risk of being hack if we use different emails with our bounties and another email for registering since to an exchange. We know lot of Altcoin on the markets with different prices. How you determine which is most potential coin? What method are you using? Few people's are thinking those coin price growing well its potential coin. Do you think same?
I don't think that price growth could determine potentiality of coin. For me, I determine potential coin by uses. Its true few coins growth is good enough even there is no uses. But it's only temporary or by manipulated. But if you choose potential coin which have uses and team are too active to develop their platform then it might give you good returns on future.
So before invest on any existing coins you should determine which is potential coin and how it is. Don't just compare growth of price for alts.
What's your thoughts about it? Let's share knowledge and correct me if I am wrong.
I like your post and you are very right that before we join any crypto project we must determine the potentiality of that coin ans/or token and it is true as well that one factor that could determine a good and stable coins is its uses that it will play in the market and for the people in crypto world, it is also very important to see and feel the efforts of the team to make it more big in the arena. |
