HOW CAN THIS PROJECT ALREADY HAVE FAILED  You need to tell me that because that's funny so if you had a project and you say guys give me 1 year and it will be ready. and after 6 months i say to you that youre project failed. firts we need to have patience. I'm worried to because of the lacjk of communication but the deathline is not reached yet. I talked a couple of dayes ago with someone close to the team and that person let me know why they are AFK on social media ( it can be a lie but at the other hand i would do the same if it happened to me) 1) The binance deal was fucked up because someone leaked it and you can't do that before it's official. so for now that deal is of the table and we need to wait 2) A pump and dump party took place and when the dumping started and people saw there investment go minus 90 precent in less then a weel they accuse ryan and started to treath him and his fammily. 3) Also look at twitter look at telegramgroup people are posting the will kill him. you don't do that. 4) they also are quit because they don't want to start another pump and dump 5) they are quit because if they come with updates netflix and youtube can throw millions at them Thank you for your opinion. I am reading Communications to get facts, but here I see only speculation. This is the weakness in this case, and nothing would be worse than raising false hopes here. Above all, don't lie to yourself. Of all the liars in the world, sometimes the worst are our own fears.
Community keeps dying. FLIK has no trading volume, has a bad reputation in the community. Let say they deliver product in Q1. Who will use it when there is no community? Projects can fail but saying you are making a streamingplatform to get funds of investors and use that money for you're luxury life that's illegal " abuse of trust" that's a International judicial fact. They can fail in what they say. Especially when they continue like this. They can say sorry we failed.( An other way of scamming .)
After serious check, the fact is that this project failed. There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.

Every time i deciede to invest in a crypto i have a list of 8 parameters a crypto has to have to invest in and if a crypto hits 5/8 i invest.
1) The creator of FLIK has a name and is a real person . not like 90 procent of the other project that have a anonymous name. So if the project fails we can all toghetter sue the hell out of them. A project can fail but if they come with nothing that would point out they just used the ico funds to live there deluxe life. I have evidence enough that they or telling us they are working on the platform so if nothing comes that's scamming people and taht's illegal.
2) Most of the devs who start a project have 0 experience and contacts in the field they want to start something. FLIK is for the filmindustry and ryan with TI have experience and have a lot of contacts . If you look at there instagram you will see...
3) I know if the projects fails TI and Tony Gallippi already have a lot of money and wouldn't care but if FLiK was a scam they already would say they are not linked to FLiK.
4) TI is a co owner and already tweeted about it. Also Kevin hart tweeted about it. They have the support of stars.
5) Digital glue is a worldknown and respected firm that already confirmed in mail they are working with flik and have a weekly meeting.
Digital glue has customers like the fukking NASA so if they are making the streamingplatform it will be huge.
6) I had contact with somebody close to ryan that said they are working hard on FLiK i know that's real evidence but the message shows they don't run away from the project or else they wouldn't talk to me and just say nothing like they are doing on social media. The reason they are AFK on social media is because : 1) They have contracts and i'ts to early to talk about them.
2) Netflix and youtube are billion dollar firms who can throw a couple of million to stop FLiK
3) they are scared and pissed of because a couple of guys threaten his fammily because they accused ryan of the pump and dump moment.
Sorry for the typo's english is not my native language and i have dyslexie.
I'm not saying it's not a scam because it always can be 80 procent of the crypto's know are a scam but it would be verry stupid of them to scam people with there name, face and all there firms they have wide open
The only thing i'm afraid for is if they will be ready to launch te platform if the deathline comes

However , this does not change the situation that now exists in relation to investors.....Patience in work bears fruit, but even patience does not help, if the direction is lost. Well see his is a little different than what I was talking about because they did have plan and to go further with the coin in writing. But you still can't just mark it as fraud and I highly doubt you have a law agree. Do you want to know why? You buying something that isn't real in the first place that is why. It can't be fraud because it is not real. It is not a real currency, not a physical product, not a type of software and the list goes on. It would need to fit under a fraud category but it can't because it won't fit in to any of those things. You are placing you money and trust into websites that say what the plan is and offer for you to buy there mathematical computer algorithm (cryptocurrency). That is basicly the truth right there. The people are not bound to go through with what they say on the websites, but you all have so much trust in these people words they put on there and just start buying in. My personal verdict is that it's a botched project (they tried to bite off more than they could chew), followed by a potential scam followup. I don't believe we can sue anyone. These words - " im sure this will change soon the huge pump is comming so wait for the surprise....The price will certainly rise to more than 0.4 to 0.6 $ ..... etc.. " is just speculation, a hopeless hope and a self-projected dream. In the world cryptocurrency trade we need agree to the risks that project will fail and we will lose our money. Do you have a law degree ? I don't yes but i know a thing or 2 about it. My work is related with the law every single time so i'm sure we have something to work on if it is a scam. You're arguments have a point but FLIK is a project with a product . We have identities of people who are promissing people a product if they invest in the project. Now on instagram they posted pics taht they bought a ferrari . If we don't get news in the coming 2 months we can require a explanation. If we don't get one we can sue them for abuse of trust (sort of scam) because a project can indeed fail but if they sell the dream (streamingplatform) and they come out with nothing but they are living the dream buying new villa's and ferrari's then you can assume they used the money of the ico and so they are doing illegal things. illegal way of collecting money ... To hard to really explain in detail because my english is not good enough. |

Actually, I can save you the effort. Seriously, if he's posting make believe stories about being featured in articles that make no mention of him, one can only assume the worst. His name was in it but a couple of houres later they changed it. Dont know why. That seems a little odd. I would like to think TI wouldn't stake his rep on a scam, so I'm still somewhat hopeful regardless of the silence, but I'm glad a sold half when it was at it's peak and made my investment back. So let me get this straight, you guys invested in a token where the only benefit of owning the token, is you can use it to rent and purchase film from the companies platform? No profit sharing, no buy back guarantees. Basically, you guys bought all that token, just so you can turn around and give it back to him in lieu of shitty movies that you can probably watch online for free. I have made several shitty investments, but damn!!!!!

I do not see the differecne between FLIK And LBRY credits.. Why different project with same goal. Maybe merge the two would have better odds
There are a lot of projects that have the same idea butwith a whole other outcome or result. The reason ? the team behind the project, the supportcast, advertising, ... I don't say LBRY is a bad project but hey i didn't know of them since a couple of days while worldstars like TI, kevin hart, ... are talking about FLiK. |

It's dumping because bitcoin is decreasing and other alts also are decreasing because people are running away, they are afraid. And the fact that every coin even bitcoin can't just keep rising and never have a correction. When FLiK will have a product and just 80.000.000 coins are on the market FLiK will skyrocket. They want to be the new or next netflix ... (marketcap of 84 billion dollars) That's verry optimistic but even if they can reach to 1 percent of the marketcap of netflix (840.000.000 dollar) That would be 10.5 dollar a FLiK. I know that you also can pay with bitcoin, ETH and ... But 1 FLIK can reach 3 to 5 dollar next year when they are up and running. This is good news
All that good news but still price of via - 16 procent instead. I don't get it anymore. Still i'm i big believer in VIA but every single time it goes to 1.5 or 1.6 to fall to 1 dollar again. More and more it's like a pump and dump coin. I hope i'm wrong and we will see next year prices of 3 to 5 dollar. But if you look to other coins with just half of the good news and progress they cost more than 20 dollars a pop. Hope we rapidly see an end of the pump and dump behavior and the rocket will blast off. |

And it is short-sighted to think that it's good that via goes from 2 dollar to 1.2 dollars again so you can buy more. Only with Bitcoin you could say that but with alts that's another thing. Bitcoin is here to stay but more than the half of alts that exist today will die within 3 to 4 years and will be replaced with other new alts. And like i said, it's not always the best product that take the number 1 spot. But the product that the people know or learn to know. And a coin without good marketing and a pump an dump reputation (even if it's not a pump and dump coin) will miss the train and will die. And then al the cheaper coins you bought will be worth 0. good luck with that. And you need to stop compare crypto with stock markets. It's not the same thing. Also i started with 3 k 2years ago and already made more then 50 K profit and still have a crypto wallet of 60 K butt still i'm not so stupid to put all of my profit in 1 coin just because of the reasons above. and i know there are a lot of others guys here who made a lot more than i did but i don't think i'm a fukking newbie. And maybe you do'nt follow much other alts but a couple of shit coins are rising like hell with 1 medium upgrade and if you loke at VIA with a super dev and al the good upgrades and news rise up from 1 to 2 dollars to be dumped to 1.2 again. It's sad to see that and if via cant brake trough VIA and all the investors and believers (Me 2) will miss the train. And again all you're cheap coins you bought will be worth even less to maybe 0. And now in these days long term in crypto can be 6 months because crypto is just starting and in 6 months a lot can change for the good but also the other side. My point is that posts like yours add absolutely nothing to the discussion. They are just rants that scare off potential buyers for a solid coin. You ranted that you're losing money on a high risk high profit investment, guess what, it's high risk. For all we know this coin could die in few months (I don't see that happening). Just to say, there are here people like me that bought this coin when it was priced 4 times the current price and are not bitching. Either you buy and hold and wait or if you fear of losing your money you dump now, it's not like you have many other choices. Is there still a chance to recover and see 5 dollar VIA before the end of the year ? And wath about next year ? The problem is that you're looking at the short term instead of the long term. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen I'm in for the long term and believe verry hard in via but it hurts a lot to see a decline from 2 dollars to 1,2 again after all the work and progress. also the market goes from 170 to 30 btc on polo If VIA rise up to 5 dollars before the end of the year i would still keep my VIA. Because i think VIA goals can be long term (2020) at least 50 bucks a piece maybe even more. But the problem is marketing i think just like SIA has no marketing. You see fucked up coins that are just air (no product) rise up like hell and doing x100 x1000 profit. I think VIA, SIA and a couple of other verry good projects need to watch out for lesser projects with super marketing skills. Because it isn't always the best product that takes the crown. For example: HEINEKEN beer vs STELLA ARTOIS. Ik think not many folks on this forum ever heard about STELLA but it's al lot better than HEINEKEN. HEINEKEN is the piss of a cow who drinked STELLA. MARKETING is KING and we just need to watch out or VIA,SIA and a lot of other cool and good projects will miss the train. |

Could be Clearwallet users dumping their coins now that they got access to them after a long time.
damn weak hands selling at very low price again. i still believe in viacoin can reach 250000sats this year possibly because of very low cap, dev, community and the roadmap. also good whales in here what whales? the price, volume and buy support has been steadily declining for months, looks like its in its death throes People are trading other coins, the flavor of the month. Thats fine but eventually it will come back. I still believe in this coin but it's not looking good i'm afraid. A good coin but no support at all ,we can tell each other that everything will be alright and it will come back and rise again. But i'm hearing this like a month now and every day I'm losing a lot of money with Via and Sia (2 of the best coins around). Sia i think will be fine over time but I'm afraid that via is missing the train. I hope the coming week we see greens. |
