Unfortunately, your document (D:/201610911205519.jpg, 2259568 bytes) is not found on the DeepOnion Blockchain. You are verifying from a wallet not containing DeepOnion owner address. It is possible the document is registered, but can only be verified by a wallet containing owner address. Or, it is possible that the file is never registered on the DeepOnion Blockchain. Or it is altered from the version that it was registered. i can't verify this, any problem? I apologize. I pasted a wrong wallet address. Please try this one. Nice image but i dont know if the image changed some point i would be happier where you use DeepVault feature so we can check its originality.

This took me a little while, but I upgraded from v1.2 to v1.3 (I was afraid before that I might mess up anything in the wallet/airdrop) and I registered the original document from my notebook in deepvault. Unfortunately though, deepvault doesn't confirm authenticity. I have not figured out why. Does imgur do something to the picture when they host it? Does the DeepVault verification work with imgur? Or am I doing it wrong? Can anyone point me into the right direction? I could not find anything on the DO forums. Did you uncheck the box when you register in order that everyone can verify? If so please publish your owner address which you used to register the file, otherwise only you can verify with the wallet you registered. You probably need to wait a few minutes before you can verify, as it takes a few minutes for the transactions to be propagated through the network and get confirmed. EDIT: I think you did not uncheck the box, so only you as the owner can verify this picture. |

Innovative Feature DeepVault Released
Introducing the DeepVault Enabled Wallet v1.3!  1. What is DeepVault?DeepVault is a service allowing you to register a file's hash on the DeepOnion blockchain. This enables you or others to verify if a copy of the file is authentic and unaltered by comparing it to the original hash stored in the blockchain. 2. What is a typical use case for DeepVault?A simple example: you download a new version of the DeepOnion wallet and wish to check if your download is identical to the Dev's release version. You can check this by using the DeepVault feature to see if your copy's hash matches that of the Dev's release. This completely eliminates the possibility of using a compromised wallet distributed by malicious groups, protecting your onions from theft. 3. What is the owner address? Why do we need it?The Owner address is a DeepOnion address belonging to the original person that uploaded the document. It allows the original person to decide whether or not they will allow other people to verify the authenticity of the document. If it is a private document, then you may want to restrict verification to the Owner's wallet only. 4. Why can't I verify my file, I know it was uploaded to the DeepOnion blockchain?It is possible that the owner of this file does not allow everyone to verify the document (see 3). 5. How much do you charge for using DeepVault? Where do these fees go?When you register a file with DeepOnion blockchain, the system charges 1 ONION. All future verification is free. The 1 ONION fee primarily goes to a fund address for future enhancement and support of this feature. A small portion is used as fee for related transactions. What exactly happened? the main dev looking after the drop had some sort of emergency. But as usual we'll see them keep to their word and deliver in a couple of days as stated. Good news that ICO banned. I hope it is banned everywhere, at least going through a formal process (like those IPO through SEC). There are way too many scams there (in fact, most ICOs are scams).

China ICO ban is not a bad thing, there are too many cheating there. Banning it will be healthy in long term for the crypto-currency market. So it is positive. The bitcoin correction after hitting a major level is totally expected.
