61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 28, 2018, 12:55:43 PM
This project's discussion is a little bit too technical but I admire the effort of the team to answer questions from the community and clarify things in a manner that is more comprehensible even to non-technical people. Smiley

I have been on this forum for a long time but, never saw any team interaction with this passion and technical understanding.

that's good, because to me this is one of the more promising projects that have come for a long time.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 28, 2018, 12:54:53 PM
Is there any news about its MVP release? According to their roadmap it was scheduled to be released last October 2018 yet I haven't heard any updates about  it. I guess the community would be glad to have updates about the project. Imho.

No, unfortunately not. Also Antipoff, who said that he spoke in the name of nkryuchkov, has not been here for a while.

As long as someone talked for himself i don't see any problem. He can be too busy to write in here but he has a spokesperson which is enough i think.

Speaking is not the problem, nkryuchkov uses bitcointalk for news or announcements occasionally.
What the community also needs is a "readsperson", which is reading here and give some answers.

just say community manager Cheesy. yeah every ICO needs one to succeed.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 25, 2018, 05:17:50 PM

We hope that in 2019 the bright things from crypto currency will arise again therefore it can give a good starting point for ehealth to meet its future.

Unfortunately we are all in pessimistic mode right now with everything that is happening to crypto market. Luckily eHealth is not having their ICO anytime soon and i still believe there is time to recover until then.

there is time to recover, but I'm saving my money for when it all bottoms out. I hope it's really low.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 25, 2018, 05:17:12 PM
Not yet! First ICO and then later in the future exchanges. But as they say in the video: they need exchanges that are allowed to trade securities.
I read that coinbase is expected to launch security token trading on their platform and im pretty sure the other competitive exchanges will follow.
https://www.cointelligence.com/content/security-token-exchanges-launch-2019/

Coinbase is an exchange and they want to launch trading security tokens while Duck want to launch ititial security token sale and tokens creating on their blockchain like ERC tokens on Ethereum. So they are not a competitors... As Duck not going launch exchange Huh

you mean Dusk right? I don't think they need to launch an exchange. their project is big enough as it is.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid exchange | Decentralized hub | Token with revenue on: November 25, 2018, 05:15:37 PM
The TGE starts in less than two days. The token price is set to 0.1 USD / 0.0005 ETH, but the price of Ether is in a free fall. How will you handle the token price with the current volatility?

Glad you've pointed that out. Maybe they could have an ETH - USD converter that will be based on the current market price so that it would be fair to all investors,  I mean it is somehow conflicting if the token price will be based on a fixed ETH price considering its volatility.

I think they should have a converter, otherwise they might find that they don't raise quite as much as they hope.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid multi-asset exchange | Token with revenue on: November 23, 2018, 01:59:53 PM
Jarvis is going to be a smartest exchange ever in all aspects & the excitement is on its culmination as the day of launch. I hope this project succes and hardcap reached in presale

it remains to be seen, but hey, enthusiasm is always welcome.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 23, 2018, 01:58:58 PM

There are sto's on ethereum too. Ethereum doesn't limit anything they are ico or sto or just shitcoin. But being on ethereum chain doesn't give any confidence to users, you can make your own token in seconds very cheap. I think dusk network also trying to build this trust. Like this:

"Oh, it is on dusk network. That can't be bad or scam."

I am not sure how DUSK can limit someone from creating a token on its platform. How would anyone know beforehand that some token will be shit?

limiting anyone to create tokens would be a bad idea. it would turn off a lot of people.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 23, 2018, 01:58:17 PM
In the crypto it is necessary to think and act with the head before the heart, the Teams end up leaving their topics aside by the market sentiment. But currently in the case of Ehealth, I think they do not bring something simply because there are no updates to do, you can notice this by following other networks. Of course, this does not justify lack of interaction and questions left unanswered

If there are really no updates, this  means they dont working!
I took part in many projects and there was always a little update.

We have a new office.
We have a  new dog in our office.
We are looking for investors in Australia now.
We redesign our software.
We are sitting here and waiting for the bull run.
We are trying to contact medics and doctors.
We are working with the university, the hospital together ...

But I can understand them a little. In this bear market nobody wants to write something,
but it is their job to stay in contact with their investors, if they want to succeed.

not every project is the same, though I do understand why you feel this way.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 20, 2018, 10:07:15 AM
It is the AI implementation that excites me about this project because advances in AI technology has been proven viable to help us humans live a life efficiently than ever.

I think the same in relation to AI, we have not yet used 10% of all possible branches, and certainly the health area has great potential for this technology, we will have much more convenience when applied. Unfortunately, there are still few promising projects like Ehealth to use AI

let's hope they get that side of the project right, because it's a tremendous undertaking.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 20, 2018, 10:06:20 AM

I really wanna share your optimism but I have my doubts that the market will make a turn-around very soon. The current situation reminds me a bit of the situation early 2015.

Same here, i would give a desperation more time then that, people are way too optimistic for that to happen. It needs more blood and suffering Smiley. At the meanwhile, we can make profits.

Unless something major happen this is how is going to be for a few years. It doesn't look well. Just solid projects will be able.to survive this.

on the positive side, we can buy crypto cheap nowadays. I just hope the dusk ICO won't be affected too much.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid multi-asset exchange | Token with revenue on: November 20, 2018, 10:05:16 AM

I don't like it neither; I am more a very strong advocate of decentralization and freedom, but let's be realistic, with these government... we need to make a choice: we do want adoption of the technology or to stay in an utopia?

But anyway, the best feature for me is NFC, so you can pay with fiat or crypto through the NFC feature of your phone.

It's indeed something that has been around enough and start to be used as well for payments in general, plus people may not care in the end if the payment is processed with crypto or fiat. It could work.

eventually the fiat system will collapse and that's when crypto will be worth a lot. but until then it's important for us to build infrastructure.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid multi-asset exchange | Token with revenue on: November 18, 2018, 12:47:11 PM
One thing that comes to my mind when reading this is buying Apple stocks with Bitcoin. well, is this jarvis exchanger and capital market? and looking at teams and roadmaps I believe jarvis will be successful for the future.

They can be but the hard task isn't building the software, I guess, but it' somply with regulators, especially the SEC if one day they want to operate in the US

that's definatelly a huge hurdle they have to pass. but building the software is much more important. they can hire people to get them past regulators.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 18, 2018, 12:46:09 PM
How will you do the token swap, i mean how simple it will be? And since you have partnered with ethfinex, would it be too far fetched to think that they could do the swap by moving those tokens to bitfinex?

Token swap will be at Q2 2019 and I guess it will be so simple. There are ways to do it instead of making the complex swap procedure.

Quite good there is not so much time to wait to have the network functioning then, at least for what concern basic functions.

They haven't really given any details regarding the token swap. perhaps they should.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 18, 2018, 12:44:38 PM
I see they have a telegram channel and since i don't use telegram, i wonder if anybody knows if in there you can ask more direct question and get answer or is it like in here ? Undecided

The last time someone of the EHF team (Nikolay) wrote on telegram was 10 days or so ago and it was the post quoted above, so no real activity there either.

we need to have patience guys. we won't see a real update until next year IMO.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 17, 2018, 02:21:50 PM
They should at least convey here to the community if there are delays or whatsoever.

they should, but updates are rare and far between. nothing to get worked up about since this is a long term project.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Security tokens, privatechain, Bitfinex! on: November 17, 2018, 02:20:43 PM
So within the end of the year we can already buy the tokens and right after, the next year, the network should come online, sounds quite a reasonable plan

I dont doubt they will manage to stick to their plans since the interest in Dust is pretty high right now and after some good marketing moves, they should raise enough to go ahead with their roadmap.

I hope you're right. too many projects fail to materialize these days. I really hope Dusk makes it.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid multi-asset exchange | Token with revenue on: November 17, 2018, 02:19:23 PM
ICO's are so 2017.

if it ain't broke don't fix it bro. as long as they get what they need , why wouldn't they do it.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] Jarvis - Hybrid multi-asset exchange | Token with revenue on: November 13, 2018, 12:49:05 PM
Jarvis? I loved that name. I can feel like Tony Stark when using the exchange.

Also, %25 profit sharing is permanent or you may decrease it in the future? Like binance or kucoin. They started high but dropping after some time.

that's an important question. but since there's no mention of it decreasing then maybe it will stay the same. I love profit sharing.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Fast, Anonymous, Secure Transmission of Data! on: November 13, 2018, 09:54:00 AM
so if i understand correctly there will be 2 different, consecutive tokens, a temporary erc20 token distributed to the exchanges in December and then a swap to the final token, if you work with companies/exchanges that register their users in my opinion anonymity it fails...

As far as I know, ERC20 token was for Ethfinex only. Is there any announcement about distributing it to other exchanges also?

since it's a standard ERC20 token, you can bet it will be listed on forkdelta and all decentralized exchanges.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: November 13, 2018, 09:50:31 AM
The whole market is bearish and ICO's are failing because they may have got a great investment on paper but in terms of exchange, they got less. The green bars should be coming anytime and then projects like EHF will boom.

Actually I'm thinking that its a blessing in disguise that this project has a longer roadmap which can coincide with next year's crypto boom. Hopefully! Smiley

unfortunately you can't really predict when the next boom is gonna hit. so it's all speculation.
